    I am sorry to say, because the staff was so nice and friendly, your current setup is not optimal for saving time. Folks do not want to walk half a mile with their luggage to the Westin lobby -- and they don't really want to transfer from golf cart to Westin lobby, where there could be a wait of as long as 20 minutes. I would recommend other lots that are all about the parking customers, not about the hotel.

    My only complaint was the parking area was far to walk to the Westin where u picked up shuttle. Dragging your luggage across a potholed and bumpy parking lot was not fun.

    Given the size of the parking lot and the condition of the pavement, the facilities could be better planned for access from the parking lot to the shuttle. Whether it was due to the current construction or the current layout as it is planned, it is a very poor design.

    Great Service and easy shuttle access. Construction in area made parking difficult. But for the price and service it was well worth it.

    While we did not have to wait long for the shuttle at the hotel (less than 10 min), we had to wait quite a bit at the airport (35min) for pick up. We ended up calling the 800 number to find out where the shuttle was in route.

    Parking was extremely close and if the shuttle service was prompt it only takes about 5 minutes to get from parking lot to airport. Shuttle service was pretty slow every time. I keep parking here since it is cheap and close, waiting for shuttle can take up to 20 min

    The lot was crowded and we had to park at the outer limits. We walked to the Westin and the shuttle arrived within a couple fo minutes. On our return we waited about 15 min. and went right back to the parking area. We would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

    QuikPark overall was great. With their coordination with the Westin hotel shuttle, it was quite convenient to get to from the highway. All parking attendants I've interacted with have been very courteous, helpful, and super friendly, which I like. The parking space itself is not too cramped, so I don't have to worry about my car getting scratched or dinged by neighboring cars. The parking fee is pretty reasonable compared to other lots. The only reason why I didn't give QuikPark a 5 stars is because I did not enjoy the Westin hotel shuttle drivers much. They either drive scary or they insist on taking my small luggage when I don't need their help, and they would throw it onto the shelf. But I don't think QuikPark has control over the selection of the Westin shuttle drivers, does it?

    Even though I paid for self-park, when I got to QuickPark SFO the lot was a mess because of Thanksgiving. Cars were blocking each other in, it wasn't clear where I should go or that my reservation had automatically been changed to valet because they took in more cars than usual. Wasted about a good 20 minutes figuring out the situation. Luckily our flight was delayed and we had no issues catching the flight, but the confusion was not pleasant at 6am

    We were very pleased - good value and easy and convenient shuttle. Only problem was driver of shuttle. We asked for Virgin International and he told us Virgin only left from Terminal 1 (which was Virgin America) and we ended up walking with our kids all the way back to terminal 3.

    You need to increase shuttle service. I waited over 30 min for a shuttle once I landed & saw so many other hotel & airport parking shuttles pass me by. I don't think I'll use this facility again due to lack of shuttle frequency.

    When we arrived we past the attendant in the booth. He was on his cell phone and did not even acknowledge us. We drove around the entire lot and could not find parking. We went back to the booth and he was still on his cell phone. He finally told where to park outside of the lot. It seems he should have been paying attention to his job. The same thing happened to the next car that came in the lot. He was just as mad as we were with the lack of service. We will NOT be back.

    It seems it may not be necessary now because overall size of the parking lot is not too big, but it would be great if shuttle buses drive parking lots to pick up/drop off customers.

    Extremely long and poorly lit walk from the parking space to the shuttle stop at the hotel next doors. Shuttle really needs to pick up at the lot.

    The lot was fine, the only problem was the shuttle service-it didn't run every 15 minutes, fjrom the time we arrived, it took the Westin shuttle 40 minutes to pick us up.

    The parking lot was not well marked; it appears as though they are or will be doing construction. The chainlink fence and signage was a little less than intuitive once you got into the parking facility. I was just glad that I seemingly parked in the right place.

    This was our second time using the Clarion parking and are still satisfied with the convenience and overall experience. The only change this time was that there was no shuttle in the lot - we had to walk to the Hotel lobby to catch the shuttle. Not a big deal, just a little less convenient since we were traveling with 3 small kids and large suitcases.

    We have used this site and parking location in the past and were very happy. With the Clarion hotel being closed we had to walk a long distance from out car to the Westin since the shuttle stop at the Clarion lot is closed - a big inconvenience. I suggest that the shuttle continues to pick-up at the same location (especially since there is a car gate between the hotels) instead of the inconvience it puts on their customers, especially those travelling with elderly, disabled, and children. I may consider another lot next time I travel.

    Timing of shuttle was not apparent. I waited almost 30 mins with others, for return to parking lot from airport. At 1AM! For a parking lot only 1 mile from the airport, this waiting will color my future usage of this lot.

    Gate was down when we tried to exit the parking lot. Had to walk over to gate attendant to request that it be opened. Maybe add a sign with instructions for late night hours? Shuttle to/from the airport arrived within the stated 20 minutes. Amount paid was the amount quoted.

    When I picked my car up last night 7/9/11 at the sfo parking lot after parking it on 7/1/11, the parking lot was now fenced in with temporary fences and a sign stating that if cars were there after 7/12 they would towed. 1st it was very difficult to reach my car bc of the fences amd as a result only 1 way to access the exit which caused a delay in exiting for many vehicles. 2nd were customers away on trips aware of the towing if they extended a trip or when initially parking?? i asked the attendant who chuckled and said he didnt believe customers were notified. Very disorganized. I would not park there again and would have been furious if my car were towed.

    Thank you, but wish someone would have told us we needed to call for the shuttle if our return was late. Our plane did not arrive until after midnight on our return flight... we stood and waited for over an hour for a shuttle we were only told ran every 20 minutes...

    The shuttle was not prompt and we waited from 250pm-4pm before we were finally picked up from the airport pickup area. It also took us 2 follow-up calls from the Clarion hotel to checkin about the status of the shuttle. Definitely timeliness can be improved.

    I did not like the fact that cars were lined up, blocking the cars parked along the fence. I got in at 11pm, had been up for over 24hrs, and had to wait for the attendant to find the car keys to the car that was blocking me in. It took over 20min. for him to find that car key. I was not happy. The other attendant that I paid, was very courteous and apologetic.

    The shuttle driver who picked my boyfriend and me up at the parking lot to take us to the airport didn't even get out of the driver's seat to help with our bags. That seemed unusual. We travel quite a bit, and usually the drivers at least offer to help.

    The shuttle comes every 20 minutes on the dot. We saw the shuttle went by after we parked and after we come out of the terminal. Having to wait the full 20 minutes both ways was a downer. It would be nice if the shuttle runs every 10 minutes.

    My only complaint was the lack of available parking spots. I had reserved ahead of time, but when I arrived at the Clarion, there were only 3 spots open. All 3 of them were between cars that were double-parked .I managed to get my car into one of them, but I had a hard time squeezing out of my car door and expected my door to be damaged by the neighbouring vehicle. Thankfully, no one damaged my car, but I would have sought recourse from the parking lot company if any damage had been done.

    The Clarion at SFO boasted being 1 mile from the airport and just 3 minutes away - but the shuttle only comes every 20 minutes (for pickup from the airport we waited 25 minutes) and stops at another hotel, so really, it took more than 30 minutes to travel 1 mile.

    I find the drivers very helpful and this makes a difference, especially helping me with my bags, which are usually heavy. The only thing is waiting the time between shuttles, which is about 15 minutes, when it's cold outside.
