The wait for the shuttle to the airport was great, they had multiple shuttles waiting for you. The wait to get back to the structure was not so great. We waiting 20 minutes. We kept seeing multiples of other parking lots shuttles. But overall the staff wasn't the nicest but they weren't rude and it was easy to get in and out. The best part is that it's all covered parking unless you end up on the top and it's super close to LAX.
The folks in the customer service office were number one! Javier and Tom were wonderful to deal with.
The price is right with your lot, especially if you reserve ahead of time. A couple of minor concerns: there is not a lot of parking left, usually have to go almost all the way to the top. This means there may not be covered parking for some. Also, one of the drivers I had on the way to the airport drove like a maniac. All of us on the bus were gasping over how close he came to hitting other vehicles.
The instructions on the receipt were not up to date/accurate. The instructions said to check in/speak with an attendant upon arrival to park my car and that is unneeded, you just have to pick up an entry ticket and park your car. The instructions also do not provide correct information for leaving the lot when arriving back to pick up the car. Exiting customers have to present their entry ticket and receipt to the parking attendant in the customer service office to receive an exit ticket prior to being able to exit. This attendant and customer service office are not accessible via car, you have to either stop there on your way to your car to pick up the exit ticket, or pull your car to an open parking space near the office and walk over to receive before exit. You cannot exit and call the attendant at the exit driveway.
Rates have increased for this lot by almost 30%. We did not use to wait to get in a shuttle as soon as we get in the lot. But driver there was dinking on his phone and had the doors closed in the bus. He was kinda rude too when somebody knocked on the doors and wanted to go in so we can sit. the waiting benches had bags & luggages on them put them by some other travelers. When I got back early Monday morning, usually, you immediately see a bus when you look beyond the stop lights - always happy to see the purple bus but this time, no bus in sight. 5 minutes, none, 10 minutes, none by the 15th minute, I call the office, then 5 minutes later we have the bus. I was wondering if management changed? Bus driver said no. They should understand that the reason why you want to go back very early on a Monday is because you have to go straight to the office, right? Otherwise why get the first flight out from where you came from?
Checking out was a little longer than expected and one employee who was helping customers had to get a second person to assist. It was annoying because the second person was in view of the line but was not helping.

Great job on the new facility, though I have parked here many times before, I still enjoy the cleanliness, location and ease of use. I have been parking with you for many years and am delighted with the service you provide.
Upon returning the driver put my luggage on the top shelf and then did not offer assistants to get it down and then he watched me attempt to carry it down the steps. Very rude! I put my tip back in my pocket! His loss... The location is great and the wait time was good. But one person can bring everyone down.
You could do a better job of clarifying your method of checking in with prepaid reservations. It wasn't clear that I had done so properly until after I had already entered the building, received a ticket, started down the elevator, and was wondering whether I was going to be double-charged, that I saw any explanation about prepayments. Otherwise, everything was very good.
Battery was dead upon arrival. Attendant was not well trained, caused an extra 45 min delay. Had to call twice for shuttle. Will look for another service.
Suggested to have additional attendant on the shuttle to help customer to carry in or out luggage. Or station one attendant at the stop to help customers who come back from their trip.
I was slightly confused by the auto-gate, lack of signage, and proximity to the rear of a hotel. A sign that states "Pre-paid parking Enter here" would help those first-timers like me.
The Restrooms that were near to the cashier's office are marked for employees only. Are their restrooms for customers??? If so, I suggest you add a sign to the employee only restroom stating where they are located. Competitors offer nice facilities which is very important after long day of traveling.
It would have been 5 stars if only the return shuttle from LAX to parking lot was less wait, meaning less than 15 minutes. There were 2 quick pick shuttle buses that passed us by during our wait. We're guessing they were probably full which kind'a had us wait about 20 to 25 mins maybe. However, the desk customer service were accommodating and understanding. We lost our parking ticket and they just had to check our license plate and identification prior to leaving the lot. They didn't give us a hard time which was really good since we have young children with us and it was really late. Will definitely use this parking lot again and I will recommend it to friends and others.
I booked a valet reservation. Didn't know I had to follow the self-park signs in order to get to the valet area inside the parking structure. Once found, all was handled well.
I've been an QuikPark customer for years and this place just gets better and better. Service was so fast and seamless.
The shuttle driver spoke very poor English. Also, the cashier staff took their time checking us out. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
I valeted and either shuttle driver didn't call in my ticket or they didn't take down number but it took a very long time for me to get my car. It's not typical but it was late, and as a woman traveling alone, I don't love standing by myself in a parking lot waiting for someone to even take my ticket to get my car. Also didn't help that the valet who took my ticket, was waiting for guy who's car he got to pay so he could collect his tip. I don't begrudge him that but I ended up waiting 15 minutes and it would've been faster to self-park.
The shuttle drivers work very hard for the customers. I recommend tipping them a respectable amount for their really hard work, heavy lifting and getting us to the airport safely and on time.
