QuikPark has moved to a brand new modern garage located just a half block from LAX.  It is located adjacent to the Concourse hotel.  We have self, valet and rooftop rates available as well as a full car wash detailing service.  The new QuikPark has many improvements that come with a newly built garage such as new elevators and spacious stall.

We continue to offer great parking rates, and fast a friendly service on modern shuttles to Los Angeles International Airport terminals.  Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    I have mixed feelings about this review based on the many times I used them (yes, I am a repeat customer). I am only rating 3 stars because the service I am getting has been inconsistent so far. The last two times that I used them, I was picked up 45 mins later after I called them. At one time, the shuttle just passed by my terminal, didn't stop, and the next shuttle didn't show up until more than 30 minutes later. On another occasion, I had to wait 30 minutes and we had to stop at every terminal even when there was no one getting in and out of the shuttle. I wish they would already have the information on where their customers need to be dropped off or picked up to avoid the extra stops. My first experience was nothing similar or I guess I just got lucky with timing on that one which made me use them regularly now. The longest wait probably is about 10 mins which is not bad at all. The parking lot was excellent except for the smelly elevator. I agree with others in saying that a bigger sign should be posted so people can easily find the lot, but once you have been there, you will find it to be easily accessible and I like that it is pretty close to the airport. I will continue to use (I have already made two more reservations in advance) and hope that my wait time on my next two trips will be better. Otherwise, I may look for other options on my future flights.

    Your shuttle service is marked POOR based on my return. I spent 1 hr. waiting for the shuttle in the appropriate spot marked RED. After calling, your driver drove pass me without stopping. After a 2nd call, you finally came by and was picked up an hour after my initial phone call. However I would give you 4 of 5 stars overall in this survey.

    You need a big sign that says "QUIKPARK!" I saw the lot but went right by because it was not identified. I had to ask someone if that was it.

    The staff was great and very courteous and professional. The only issues was there was no sign outside the structure which made it confusing a t first and the attendant asked for an email verification rather than the verification number I had written down and gave to him. Minor details but when your wife is asking you crazy questions at 6am over the issue it adds unnecessary stress over what is a non-issue.

    This is the second time that the shuttle did not pick us up based on one call from the airport (when we already had our luggage). This time when I first called I got a tape and left a message. I had to call again 10 minutes later and then had to wait another 10 minutes. Nonetheless, I like QuikPark LAX very much.

    Fast courteous service with the shuttles both going and returning. Only slight problem no sign outside the parking lot, but that only cost me 30 seconds, but overall a great service at a great price.

    Had only a short wait for the pickup from the airport both times. Friendly staff. And to top it off, they helped us jump our car when the battery was dead!

    The staff of Quick Park were great! I had left food in the car by mistake which would have rotted and stunk up the car badly (peeled hard boiled eggs). The shuttle driver took our key and removed the food, they kept the key for us until we returned.

    You need better signage on the building. Waited way too long for the shuttle to arrive even though we called when we got our luggage. Driver did pick up and drop off our luggage but wasn't very friendly.
