I had a fabulous experience with Qwik Park LAX! It was extremely easy to locate the garage, and the drop off was so well organized. We were immediately put on a shuttle, and the driver loaded all of our bags. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It quickly became obvious to me that the employees were very professional, and took their jobs very seriously. When we arrived back to LAX, I called for pick-up after getting our luggage. We were picked up five minutes later at the meeting spot. The driver was extremely professional, and cheerful, just like our first driver. Since I had chosen the valet service, the driver asked for my ticket, then called the garage to ask them to have my car ready. This efficient and professional service was less expensive than the old standby, parking lot C! The garage is located very close to LAX with a five minute drive time. With such a great staff, price, and location, I highly recommend Qwik Park!
QuikPark is the parking that we always use at LAX. The parking lot attendants and office personnel are very friendly and courteous; they are always willing to answer and questions and concerns that we might have. The shuttles are prompt, and the drivers are personable and helpful. We wouldn't even consider using anyone else.
I have used QuikPark in the past and just used them at their new location last week. The parking is safe and secure. There are plenty of shuttles all the time. I did not have to wait at all for a shuttle either direction. Put the address into your GPS. It's incredibly easy to find. It's also the cheapest and most convenient covered parking at LAX.
we had to wait 45 minutes to get pick up. 2 shuttle pass by without stopping. we call the reception , the receptionist was rude and hang up every time. once we finally get there after 45 minutes. no one was aware of anything, there was no manager. the service was the worst i saw in a long time i try to call the manager the following day . he never call back i guess if i could put 0 star i would.
This place is awesome! I reserved and pre-paid online at one of the websites that list all of the parking facilities. The price was much less than if you don't have a reservation. They are one of the closest lots/garages to LAX, and the price was very fair. I parked there from Friday through Monday while traveling with my Samoyed & his large kennel. The employees were all very prompt and professional and gladly helped load and unload his kennel. As soon as we walked up to the shuttle, we were immediately driven to LAX. They are so close, the drive only took 5 minutes. Upon return, we saw their shuttle drive by while we were still inside the building. The next one was there within 5 minutes. They knew when we'd be returning, so were looking for the big white dog. The facility is very clean and we felt very safe. The return driver told everyone where to go and how to check out, as the exit is automated. Once in the office, just give them a copy of your reservation & the ticket you received when you entered the garage. They give you the entry ticket back and another one that is the payment voucher. When you get to the gate, just put them in the machine in the order they tell you, and you're good to go! I will definitely park here again if I'm back at LAX and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Although it says "QuickPark", it is the slowest, most frustrating parking ever encountered at LAX. I ordered online where usually I print out a doc to give the booth operator when leaving. With this place, you have to bring your car down to the cashier, get out and wait in line. Then after a sickening stalling game the male and (Indian or Sri-Lankin) arrogant female where they tried to hold me up even more, I get two gate tickets from them; one marked #1 and the other #2. After inserting #1, you get a bloated fee demand. Then you insert #2 to get out of jail. I say out of jail because with this stall game they played, it was like "we have you locked in here so you just wait for the full explanation when WE get ready" (that being #1, #2 above). The van's A/C was leaking in back and although signs were posted on back seats not to sit there, bursts of condensate water sprayed on my daughter and I and the folks across from us. This is a health violation.
Parking lot is difficult to find. Person answering phones was very nice but not familiar with streets and kept giving incorrect names to streets to turn onto. One valet was using his phone when we arrived and ignored us. Pickup was perfect. Shuttle driver excellent. Valet at pickup was the person I would want to help with everything. He was great.
About a month ago my wife and I were traveling to San Francisco for the weekend. QuikPark was inexpensive, the shuttle was right there as we pulled in and we were going to make our flight easily. Then, as we were going into the security line at the airport, my wife realized she had left her purse in the car - no ID, no weekend in SF. I had less than an hour until the flight left. Luckily, the QuikPark shuttle showed up. The driver, Asaefa, said not to worry he would take me back to the parking garage, let me grab my wife's purse, not pick up other customers or make any other stops and bring me right back. I said, "Can you do that?" He said, "Sure that's customer service and besides, I was just going to take my break". ". My wife was happily surprised when I returned so quickly. Well, we made our flight just barely and we most certainly would have missed it without Asaefa. Many, many thanks to Asaefa and QuikPark!!!
Awesome service... Fast and on time shuttle service... Valet Parking is the best and they even wash and detailed my car... For a small fee... Will use them again for any other long-term stay.
Ride to Airport was quick. Pickup took a while but traffic at airport was really bad when we arrived.
I pre paid for valet. Upon arrival, there was no one there to take my car(had to go and find someone). Upon return, the same thing happened. I understand that the shuttle driver was supposed to ask if people had valet parked their car. Staff was very helpfull once located.
I had parked at the old QuickPark lot (what is now the Airport Center lot) many times- the last time I parked here, it was a huge hassle. They never informed me when they picked me up from the OLD parking lot, that the lot will be moving. Lo and behold, I come back to find that the SAME EXACT driver/shuttle is taking me to a different lot. The driver tells me that they changed lots and he is not allowed to take me to the other lot. How can you pick someone up from one lot but refuse to return him to that same lot? To make matters worse, when I finally forced him to drop me off at the curb near the old lot, and got my car, the people at the old lot would not honor any of the coupons, etc that I had. Awful experience.

When I arrived to Quikpark the staff that did the valet for my car was amazing. They were informative and nice. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They gave me lots of direction. Upon arriving to Tom Bradly airport I called the number of the office for Quikpark. I was told to wait under the red sign that said hotel shuttles. I did and was on the look out for a shuttle that says Quikpark or Radisson on it. I understand that it was very busy at lax at the time that I arrived so after a half an hour of not seeing the shuttle and patiently waiting I gave the shuttle another 10 minutes before I called the office. After 40 minutes of waiting I finally called the office and told them that I understand it was very busy and if they had an estimated time the shuttle will be arriving at the Tom Bradly airport. They woman that answered the phone had a rude tone in her voice. She snapped at me and said are you under the red sign? And I said yes, I'm exactly where you directed me to wait. She said well, there was already two shuttles that came from there and you need to pay attention. I am a very patient person and at this point I wanted to get angry and snap back but I kept my cool and said, I'm sorry I haven't seen any pass by but I will keep looking. About 10 minutes after that horrible conversation where I felt like she was calling me a liar; a shuttle that I haven't seen pass by with the lettering Quikpark was passing by. I flagged down the driver and he was very nice by helping me with my luggage. There was a crazy amount of traffic though lax at the time and it took about 20 minutes to get to the next terminal which I totally understood. It was busy. We picked up some people and the driver told the other what looked like 15 people that the bus was full and there will be another shuttle arriving. We finally got to the Quikpark lot and I was givin two tickets to exit. The woman that assisted me told me to put ticket one in the pay booth then ticket two. I said ok. I got my car from the amazing valet guys. They are super attentive and helpful. As I was exiting the ticket machine broke. It took another addition 10 minutes for someone to come and let me out of the garage. The experience of someone helping wasn't a joy either. The person that finally came asked me what I did, I told him that I did exactly what the woman in the office directed me to do. He then gave me this look as if I was bothering him and used this pass to let me out. I said thank you. He said nothing and walked away. I don't understand why I am getting rude service for a machine that isn't working at their facility. After dealing with the horrible service of the office members I will never use this parking garage again. I paid $100 and feel that it wasn't worth it. I am willing to pay more for faster service and employees who are getting paid to help customers to be helpful. If the office employees with mirror the service of the parking attendants then this place would be fantastic.

Your system has improved. It wasn't clear if you are limited to the floors you can park on. I like the pre-pay.
Meet promptly by the friendly attendant when I first arrived and he checked me in. Shuttle to LAX was waiting for us with no waiting and this was on a Holiday weekend so I was expecting to wait. Nice surprise. When we returned, we only had to wait 15 minutes to be picked up. Again a holiday weekend, so I thought that was reasonable. I would recommend and will definitely will park my car here again.
