QuikPark has moved to a brand new modern garage located just a half block from LAX.  It is located adjacent to the Concourse hotel.  We have self, valet and rooftop rates available as well as a full car wash detailing service.  The new QuikPark has many improvements that come with a newly built garage such as new elevators and spacious stall.

We continue to offer great parking rates, and fast a friendly service on modern shuttles to Los Angeles International Airport terminals.  Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Friendly staff, but available parking was difficult to look for! I guess because of how popular this structure is, it's going to be difficult to find a spot. There were several cars that created their own space. Pay a couple of dollars more and valet it. That's what I'll do the next time.

    Overall, this was a great experience. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the departures loop at LAX was a total parking lot, whereas the arrivals loop was pretty wide open; it would have been nice if the driver could have taken us on the arrivals loop, as it would have saved a huge amount of time (especially since I was at the last terminal). LAX even had signs up telling drivers to do this. So, while this isn't really a problem of the service per se, that would have been outstanding local expertise.

    I goofed on the time (AM/PP mistake) office staff updated costs and fixed the problem but they were very slow about it or I would have rated 5 stars'. Everything else was 5 stars!

    Buses could be more frequent (I use quick park a lot) but today very fast. Luck of the draw as I have waited 30 mins or more previously but maybe this is a good sign of improvement. However, best parking lot at the airport for value and service in my opinion.

    This was the first time using Quick Park. The online reservation was very intuitive. When I arrived, I liked the covered lot, high level of service, and courteous attendants. Wait time to the airport was minimal, however returning I had to wait about 15 to 20 mins. I valeted my car and the shuttle drive called ahead to get my car ready. As we pulled up, my car was waiting for me. For a dollar extra valet is the way to go.

    They need better signage on where to enter. We had to drive around the building a couple of times to find the actual entrance. Other than that, it was a great experience and the best off-LAX parking we have used yet!

    I chose your lot due to the it having the best reviews on Yelp for having a good pickup experience. I did not have the same positive experience. We, a family of four, were supposed to be coming in at 2:00 in the morning so I wanted to make sure I picked a parking lot that would have a lot of buses available for pick up quickly. Our flight changed and we arrived at 7:30 in the evening. Things were still bustling at the airport. So there should have be lots of buses available right? I called the lot as we exited the luggage pickup area and I was assured that buses were around for pickup. We waited more than 15 mins and a bus passed by without stopping at the curb. I called the lot again and was advised that a bus was being sent out to the terminal. It was still another 15 mins before it arrived. We were not the only ones waiting. There was a group of nine plus others who were waiting for the same lot bus. The bus was packed with people waiting at our terminal. That is the last experience were having with the lot and prob the most important for those wishing to go home. I will prob be using The Spot lot next time.... That is the lot who had by far the most buses going around the terminal.... We had a lot of time to see what lots had buses going around... On the positive side, your lot is nice and the parking spots are a good size. The bus drivers are extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was easy.

    Had to drive a bit before finding a parking spot, but it was covered so that's all that mattered to me. Walked down and got on shuttle, no wait. Driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. Upon return waited 10-15 min to be picked up. Car was still there!

    My flight was delayed. I had a prepaid reservation but was nearly 3 hours late. The manager did not charge me another day. I would have understood because your competetors will get you for another day if you are even one minute over. I am so impressed by this very rational common sense customer friendly way of doing busuness. Ill be using quick park exclusivly from now on.

    There seemed to be a shortage of drivers on our return (6/17/16). I did call for pickup but still waited for 25-30 mins on curbside, we actually noticed several other bus companies pass by 3 times and a few 4 to 5 times. When bus did arrive the one stop nearly filled the seats which overwhelmed and seem to irritate the driver. There was only a couple seats left but still made a couple more stops. Customers were already tired, bus was crowed and hot, we shouldn't have to request for air conditioning. I had valet parking and driver did call in ticket but vehicle was not available when I arrived. Two full buses of people arrived at same time which again overwhelmed the short staff. It was very disorganized which I assume is due to the mass of people at once. Family had to wait another 10-15 minutes. for car to arrive and as I attempted to load my luggage got told to go back to office with my ticket. "I don't have my ticket, because attendant took it." When paying my car wash balance at desk another customer showed some irritation for disorganization and the desk attendant said under her breath "Not going to put up with his attitude" but customer never said a word (he may have sighed or an eye roll I didn't catch) . Some of the staff seemed very irritated and I am sure the lack of tips received from me and other customers doesn't help. I have used this company before and it has always done well, but last night's service is enough for me to wonder if I will use this company again. I understand that it not the company fault customers are tired from a long flight, but this is the most important time for the operation to be running smoothly.

    The shuttle bus driver was fast and hard working. There were 2 parking lot attends inside the office where you show you long term parking receipt upon return. I walked in and greeted them both. The female Mexican looked at me and didn't respond. She seemed arrogant or maybe she didn't speak English. The older Hispanic gentlemen seemed alright barely said anything or responded back. Parking itself and the convenience was really good.
