The overall experience was good. I have used this parking lot before and will continue to use it in the future. It would be nice to have additional rebates sometimes.
I would park here again. It was fast, close to the airport, and affordable. I reserved my reservation online, so leaving I had to check in with the customer service office. I parked right by the door of the office, they validated my ticket when I showed them a print out of online registration and I was on my way.
It is close by LAX & we hardly ever have to wait for a shuttle

I use QuikPark for all parking needs because the facilities location, indoor structure is the best (very clean and wide parking spots), and I feel safe around the folks working there. I find that having to print out a receipt for pre-paid discounted parking a bit odd since it can be tracked in my QuickPark account and have an email of the receipt. need to eliminate the paper requirement. Also, it doesn't seem like they drive through the airport as often as other services. So, as soon as I'm near the pick up area, I call to request a pick up. They usually come by within 5 mins, which I would consider very speedy. My guess is that the vans are focused around the departure level.
I will never make a reservation with QuikPark again. I waited 2 hours for a shuttle and ended up paying $21 for a cab to get my car. When I brought it up to customer service they blamed their poor service on "traffic." There were plenty of other companies such as the Parking Spot who managed to provide multiple shuttles in a timely fashion even with traffic. When I finally got to my car there were 5 shuttles parked in the garage not making runs. I have never been so frustrated and will never park here again.

I have tried many lots around LAX and this was by far the cleanest, easiest and quickest I have used. Also since it's all indoor parking your car is still clean when you get back to it.
I had to wait longer than usual for a shuttle to take me to the terminal. I was early enough but at times because of traffic this could be a problem.
I am a long standing customer. Each time I have a car wash. This time when it was returned the windows were streaked, the back seat hadn't been vacuumed as hadn't much of the dashboard and it hadn't been dusted. First time this has happened.
Used valet it was great. Shuttle service was good as well. Didn't remember where to meet shuttle called garage phone was answered promptly and we where informed to go to hotel courtesy pick up. Worked out wonderfully.
From the drivers to the staff in office, everyone was amazing. I was running behind and a gentleman from the office grabbed my bags and ran with me to the shuttle. Then upon return, the driver insisted on letting us exit and then drooped our luggage for us. I left my wallet on the counter, and the gal working was waiting for me at the exit. Staff is amazing, and because of them, I would park here anytime I travel from LAX
The drivers tried to help with the luggage, and that's a good thing.

for all things related to the departure on Saturday morning, everything went very well. All of my issues are related to the pickup on Monday evening. When the shuttle picked us up from the Spirit terminal there were only 2 people, plus the 4 in my party. By the time we left the airport for the trip back to the parking structure the shuttle was completely filled with 8-10 people standing in the aisle, holding the bar while reading a sign that says standing while shuttle is in motion is not permitted. There was so much luggage that the floor was filled as was also the step well leading out of the shuttle. When we arrived at the structure the doors opened and luggage fell out of the van. I had paid for valet and our truck was waiting for us, that's good. I had also paid for a wash, but this turned into a big fiasco. There were hand prints all over the vehicle and long swashes of dried dirty water that had dried on the truck. When i went to pay for the parking i requested to speak to a supervisor so that i could discuss my expectations versus the job performed. Person at the desk offered that I only pay half as that would compensate for them cleaning the inside, which they didn't do either. Then I was told that it was probably dirty because they washed the vehicle on the day it was brought in, where's the value in paying for the wash if it's going to get dirty sitting in the garage for 3 days?? Then I was told they couldn't help me because the wash is done by someone else so they couldn't be responsible. I beg to differ. After 15 minutes of waiting for a supervisor for the car wash, he agreed we shouldn't have to pay. There's something wrong when you subcontract a service like the car wash and then don't take responsibility for their actions. What if the car had been damaged during their service, would you decline then as well??? Without notification to your customers I would maintain it's your responsibility to make this right... regards, Clint

Got my car washed and it was a poor job
This was my second time using Quik Park. First experience was excellent. Yesterday, i had to call twice for a shuttle pickup and still waited more than 20 minutes, and I was at TerminL 1! The other hotel and parking shuttles each went by 6-7 times before I called. Driver and checkout employee said there was a lot of traffic, however, the other shuttles were arriving every few minutes. I am hoping that this was only a specific incident, as I travel regularly and would like to continue using Quik Park in the future.
It would be nice if they could show where the open spaces were as we looped around the structure twice looking for a spot.
