QuikPark has moved to a brand new modern garage located just a half block from LAX.  It is located adjacent to the Concourse hotel.  We have self, valet and rooftop rates available as well as a full car wash detailing service.  The new QuikPark has many improvements that come with a newly built garage such as new elevators and spacious stall.

We continue to offer great parking rates, and fast a friendly service on modern shuttles to Los Angeles International Airport terminals.  Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    From LAX, gYou have to somehow wave to the driver of the shuttle hoping you grt noticed otherwise the shuttle would not be stopping at the designated wait areas.

    My only complaint is in the instruction for using the reservations online/prepaid. The online reservation confirmation email mentions twice in the "Arrival and Airport Pickup Info" section that checking in with the attendant upon arrival was mandatory. Not sure if this mandated instruction is to make sure customers talk to the attendant for instructions about exiting the lot, but taking the time to see the attendant on arrival seems like a waste of time when the instructions should be for exiting the parking structure the day of.

    From the initial call to QuikPak dispatch, it was 50 minutes later that the shuttle would arrive to Terminal 7. Four calls were placed to dispatch inquiring the status of the shuttle. This year we were disappointed with the response time. Although we were disappointed with the arrival of the shuttle I would like to commend dispatch on how calmly she remained through the situation.

    We have used Quikpark three times now & it has always been an excellent choice! Not only is the parking area clean & indoors but the waiting time both going and getting picked up after a trip is extremely fast. We would not hesitate to use them any time we need to drive up to LAX! Thank you Quikpark!

    In self-parking area, I could not find my car easily because there are no parking space numbers or level numbers. I had left my parking entry ticket in my car and I had to carry my luggage looking for my car. I spent alot of time dealing with that and waiting at the customer service counter.

    I waited for the shuttle and called them when I landed. I was waiting at Terminal 5 and the bus went so fast past me and didn't even see me waive at it. I am very annoyed at that. I saw several other buses from other companies who stopped! Bad job QuikPark!!!
