    When people are getting to the airport they expect you to be timely getting them there. We are all on a schedule. The driver did not show up at 7. 2 employees didn't seem to be too worried. Luckily a third showed up and decided to take us herself.

    I was told there was not staff to pick me up from the airport. After three phone calls, I was told to take a cab. The staff offers to pay $7.00 of my 13.60 cab bill. After much arguing, they gave me 13.00. not worth the hassle...look for another parking option !

    When we returned and called the hotel as we were told to do when we left we were told to call a cab. We told the person that we were told to call the hotel when we returned and they would call a cab for us. At that point they did but I think the staff should be better informed.

    No trouble at hotel but lots trying to get transport back on arrival. Quality doesn't use own shuttle, and they had to negotiate with 2 United cab drivers who were fighting over not wanting to provide our service as they might not get paid. Not a pleasant way to return.

    Was not pleased with having to pay for transportation both to and from the airport. My whole purpose of parking at this location was to save money and ended up paying more than I would have to just park at the airport. When the taxi was called by the front desk, I was told my ride would be covered, but it was not. Inconvenient and almost made me late for my flight waiting for the taxi. Will not be using this set up again.

    Was a bit hard to find even with GPS because hotel sign sits off road. We eventually back tracked and found it and had given ourselves plenty of time so it wasn't difficult or inconvenient. Could use directional signs for hotel off initial road. Clerk at a Quality Inn was courteous and called taxi right away. They don't seem to run their own shuttle. Just use taxi service and have an account with them. Going to airport was a good experience. Coming back to car was very disappointing due to inefficient taxi company that had 3 taxis sitting at taxi pick up area of PIE airport. No one had heard from dispatch that we were waiting. When a can finally came to lot, he drive around parking lot, never stopping where the same company drivers had told us to wait by benches. We eventually needed the other taxi drivers from same company to flag the other driver down and tell him where we were. The can for us pulled over in top of lot and parked and we had to go to him! And he never got out of car to put our bags in trunk, the other driver who had flagged him over put our bags in his trunk only because he didn't bother getting out! He took us to our car at the motel and we got our smaller bags out and made him get our two larger bags out of trunk and put in our trunk 3 steps away. Needless to say, he did not earn a tip for his inadequate lazy service.

    upon my return, my flight was delayed beyond the time that the shuttle would be running. the cabbies were not at all cooperative in taking me to the quality inn on ulmerton road where my car was parked. one guy spoke of a contract and I had no idea what they were talking about and at around midnight I didn't care ... all I wanted to do was get to my car and go home .... after a bit of a hassle one cap driver agreed to take me .... that was not nice ....

    CAREFUL!!! Real bait and switch. If you arrive back at the airport in the evening, nobody will pick you up. You'll be advised to hire a cab, and they will reimburse you. BUT, you then find out that the "Quality?" inn will only give you back $7.00 when the fare is typically more. Staff is uncaring, unsympathetic, + a poor representation of the chain. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and will protest my VISA charge for the difference. Beware of this terrible business practice. My taxi driver told me that he's known for a long time that the Inn has continued to screw the public on the "free" shuttle deal!!!

    We were very pleased with the parking here. And the shuttle service was great. The lady who took us to the airport was kind and helpful. Also we had locked ourselves out of our car and she was generous enough to take us back to the airport so we could rent a car to go and retrieve a spare key to our car from home. Would recommend this to others.

    shuttle to the airport was great but we were told that the shuttle personnel had called out on the evening that we arrived home and we needed to take a cab. We did get refund for taxi ride.

    No problems at all until return. The driver was ill and we were instructed to take a cab. The cabstand was a much longer walk than the pickup place we'd been instucted to use. Then we had to take the first driver in the que who would not commit to the $7 allowed. Upon reaching the hotel office and presenting a receipt, they would not cover the full amount or the tip. It's a good thing we happened to have cash or it would have been a serious problem. No savings over the long term parking right across from the airport that is served by a dependable shuttle. We won't use again.
