    Took driver 40 minutes from the time I called to be picked up at the airport. I used to used GreenBee which were so fast I guess I was spoiled.

    I really appreciated being able to leave my car somewhere safe while I was traveling. And it was very convenient to call the hotel when I landed to arrange for pick-up. By the time I got my luggage, I only had to wait about 5-6 minutes for the shuttle van to arrive. Sure beats having to wait for other transportation!

    At least 15 minutes from the airport.....and then you have to wait for the shuttle. Getting to the airport the shuttles leave on the hour or so....I was lucky to get there 15 minutes prior to the leave time

    Pick-up service might be unreliable. 90 minutes wait time. 10/26/15 we called for pickup from SMF airport 6:45pm upon arrival, was told the shuttle would arrive in 20-30 minutes. We waited outside until 8:20 pm when the van finally came. Only 1 driver was on duty that night. However, we did not experience long delay on the previous trip 10/12. On both trips, we called the hotel to confirm pickup right before boarding the return flights as advised. Staff was fine.

    My car was covered in pitch when it was picked up. They provided paper towels and window cleaner, however I had to pay for a carwash and go through twice to get the rest of the vehicle washed.

    the wait time at the airport for pickup was to long. once I got picked up the driver made one stop to drop off at another hotel before dropping me off. the total time from my call for a pick up until I was at my car was about 40 minutes. unexceptable

    The shuttle took me to the airport right away, but there was a long delay in getting the shuttle back to the Quality Inn from the airport. It was a 35 minute wait.

    I found my car extremely dirty with residues coming from a tree. According to the policy, they are not responsible for the cleanness of the car but nobody advised me not to park under that tree that releases sticky residue. I have pictures if you want to see how I found my car. I told the front desk about my concerned. I wrote a note about my disappointment.

    On the pick up we waited for over an hour. We called 4 times, each time we were told that we would get a call back, we never once got a call Back from anybody.... This customer service treatment is the worst we have ever experienced..... We will never recommend this service to anyone.....the driver was courteous, but it is clear that the office staff, left us stranded for over an hour....at the airport in 90* weather.....

    Going out was fine; the shuttle was there and ready to go. Coming back was another matter as it took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. There were not a lot of spaces at the Quality Inn but the lot was not entirely full. The spaces that were available were all under trees and when I returned after a nine day trip, sap from the tree had rendered my car a sticky mess. Luckily, it was mostly water soluble and washed off fairly easily but sap along the door seams still makes some funny noises when opening the doors. I would use the service again, but I would try harder to find a space not under a tree and I would call the shuttle while waiting for the luggage carousel rather than waiting until I had my luggage in hand.

    When we got into the airport and called for a shuttle to pick us up, the advert says 20 minutes. Reality was almost an hour and they kept saying the driver was on his way. When he got there there was no explanation as to why he was late or apology. Very disappointed in the service this time!

    Check-in was quick and easy, shuttle took me immediately to the airport and the driver was quite pleasant. However, on return, I called the hotel as directed (8:15) and was told the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes. Called again at 8:59 and was assured the driver was on the way. Called at 9:30 and the person at the hotel said she would call the driver and call e back. She called back at 9:42 ad said the driver was 5 minutes away. At 10:15, I decided to take a taxi ($35.00). I got a call from the driver at 10:17 and I let him know I was in a taxi. I will never use this service again.

    The driver was great! I had a dead battery after be gone for 2weeks. The manager told the driver he couldn't help me. So after he got off work, which was about 15 minutes after he picked us up from the airport. He got his own car and gave us a jump. I will use this parking lot again because of him.

    Waited outside airport for over 1hour til almost midnight. We called 2 times, they said there was a mixup. If we didn't call the 2nd time to inquire, we would have been ignored and probably never picked-up. This is really terrible service!! Also when we parked and rode the shuttle to the airport, the driver said he didn't know about our reservation and wasn't told to take us to the airport. So 2 "mistakes" in one reservation is very bad!!

    The wait to be picked up from the airport was 40 minutes and they told me it would be no longer than 20. And the hotel is only 10 min away!

    The staff went a huge extra step. I left a travel mug in the motel's reception area. They (Myron) called me! And he kept the cup under personal custody for two weeks. Then the motel had the shuttle make an extra stop to retrieve it from his home. It's a special mug to me so this was wonderful. I also observed then being very helpful to other parking customers.
