The driver that picked me up at the airport was in a different van than the one that dropped me off. It didn't have any sign showing that he was with Quality Inn and I had seen him pull up to the taxi area for a good 15-20 mins. That was a waste of time, especially after a long flight. He should have called my cell phone which I had given to the hotel attendant when I called to let him know that I had landed. The driver finally called my cell and came out of the van to identify himself. Still, I did like the convenience of leaving my car in the lot to catch my last minute flight and getting a shuttle to the airport.
Easy to get to and nice to come and go to the airport in a comfortable can rather than a bus. Cost was almost half of onsite airport long term parking. I will do it again for sure!

I called the hotel 3 times, and it took 55 minutes until the shuttle picked me up from the airport. I was told that it was a courtesy shuttle, so I shouldn't be complaining. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that I've had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle back to my car, and I don't think I'll be using this service anymore. While the staff during the day are kind and courteous and for the most part organized, the staff are too unorganized and rude when my night flights arrive.
Everything was fine--short shuttle wait, the staff (especially when we came back late at night) was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that one of the seatbelts in the shuttle was broken, and we had six people so one person got stuck without a seatbelt, which isn't very much fun.

We returned to Sacramento around 10 PM on Sunday, March 6. Immediately upon arrival my boyfriend called the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come to the airport. The attendant was very scattered and repeatedly asked him for his phone number. We waited inside the airport for the shuttle until we received a call. My boyfriend answered and could not understand a word the driver was saying. We went outside in the pouring rain, walked up and down the entire terminal looking for the driver, only for him to hang up on us. I called back again and tried to clarify where this driver was located and I as well could not understand a word the driver was saying. Honestly, it sounded as if the driver was substituting Chinese words in for the English words he did not know. He hung up on me AGAIN so we again called the hotel for hopes we could get some clarification. They said he was waiting "where the taxis are", aka a parking lot at the end of the terminal not easily seen from inside the airport. We will not be using this service again. In a high customer service environment, do not utilize people with such broken English that a person can not get any understanding of what to do or where to go, especially in a situation such as ours.
Shuttle was more than 20 minutes on pickup while getting to the airport was only 12 minutes
No parking attendant, lot cars parking close together. Parking area long away from air port.
I totally recommend it if you want to save money on the main airport parking lot.
No cameras in lot, poor lighting, second time my car cover was stolen.

Took driver 40 minutes from the time I called to be picked up at the airport. I used to used GreenBee which were so fast I guess I was spoiled.
I really appreciated being able to leave my car somewhere safe while I was traveling. And it was very convenient to call the hotel when I landed to arrange for pick-up. By the time I got my luggage, I only had to wait about 5-6 minutes for the shuttle van to arrive. Sure beats having to wait for other transportation!
At least 15 minutes from the airport.....and then you have to wait for the shuttle. Getting to the airport the shuttles leave on the hour or so....I was lucky to get there 15 minutes prior to the leave time
Pick-up service might be unreliable. 90 minutes wait time. 10/26/15 we called for pickup from SMF airport 6:45pm upon arrival, was told the shuttle would arrive in 20-30 minutes. We waited outside until 8:20 pm when the van finally came. Only 1 driver was on duty that night. However, we did not experience long delay on the previous trip 10/12. On both trips, we called the hotel to confirm pickup right before boarding the return flights as advised. Staff was fine.
My car was covered in pitch when it was picked up. They provided paper towels and window cleaner, however I had to pay for a carwash and go through twice to get the rest of the vehicle washed.
the wait time at the airport for pickup was to long. once I got picked up the driver made one stop to drop off at another hotel before dropping me off. the total time from my call for a pick up until I was at my car was about 40 minutes. unexceptable
The shuttle took me to the airport right away, but there was a long delay in getting the shuttle back to the Quality Inn from the airport. It was a 35 minute wait.
