    Check-in was quick and easy, shuttle took me immediately to the airport and the driver was quite pleasant. However, on return, I called the hotel as directed (8:15) and was told the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes. Called again at 8:59 and was assured the driver was on the way. Called at 9:30 and the person at the hotel said she would call the driver and call e back. She called back at 9:42 ad said the driver was 5 minutes away. At 10:15, I decided to take a taxi ($35.00). I got a call from the driver at 10:17 and I let him know I was in a taxi. I will never use this service again.

    The driver was great! I had a dead battery after be gone for 2weeks. The manager told the driver he couldn't help me. So after he got off work, which was about 15 minutes after he picked us up from the airport. He got his own car and gave us a jump. I will use this parking lot again because of him.

    Waited outside airport for over 1hour til almost midnight. We called 2 times, they said there was a mixup. If we didn't call the 2nd time to inquire, we would have been ignored and probably never picked-up. This is really terrible service!! Also when we parked and rode the shuttle to the airport, the driver said he didn't know about our reservation and wasn't told to take us to the airport. So 2 "mistakes" in one reservation is very bad!!

    The wait to be picked up from the airport was 40 minutes and they told me it would be no longer than 20. And the hotel is only 10 min away!

    The staff went a huge extra step. I left a travel mug in the motel's reception area. They (Myron) called me! And he kept the cup under personal custody for two weeks. Then the motel had the shuttle make an extra stop to retrieve it from his home. It's a special mug to me so this was wonderful. I also observed then being very helpful to other parking customers.

    Would like to be able to make changes (like add time to a reservation without having to make a new reservation) online or via email. Would also like to have a phone number on the receipt for when it's needed and not have to try and find it while on the road.

    I was VERY upset that I had to wait over 45 minutes at the airport waiting for the shuttle to get me back to my car. I could have easily gotten a cab and been back at my car in much less time. Very disappointed with this service.

    I arrived early since I read reviews that shuttle wait times were longer than expected. There were no available parking spots even though I had paid in full & had my reservation printed out for them to see. Luckily the receptionist asked the shuttle driver to move his car off to the side so that I could take his parking spot. I was given the option to leave my keys with them until they could find a spot, but I didn't want to do that. So that worked out. Then when I landed & called the hotel to let them know I was ready to be picked up, no one answered. It kept going to their answering machine. I called a few more times & then I just pressed whatever button to talk to someone in reservations. They were going to transfer my call to the same number I had been calling for the shuttle to pick me, so I let him know that I had called a few times & no one is answering. After some time, I did get picked up. My car was fine. The parking was the cheapest deal I could find last minute.

    The shuttle service from the Quality Inn to the airport was not on time. We waited for about 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take us to the airport. It did not leave the hotel on the hour.

    Parking was fine. Pickup and ride back to hotel was timely and efficient. The ride to the airport, however, was unacceptable. Fortunately, we arrived at the hotel early enough that the delays caused by the shuttle service did not adversely affect our travel. It would have been a different story if our schedule had been any tighter. As directed, we arrived at the hotel 15 minutes before the scheduled shuttle and checked in (after a long wait at the counter). The shuttle didn't depart until more than 1/2 hour past the appointed time. Then the driver took another rider not to the airport, but to a place in West Sacramento at least 20 minutes out of the way. Thus we barely made it to the airport on time. In addition, we were given no indication what was happening until I realized we weren't even headed to the airport. Inquiring of the driver, I was not informed of anything other than we were dropping this other person off first. No apologies for the inconvenience, no nothing. The driver seemed like a nice guy, but he communicated nothing to us about this little twist that could have been disastrous for us, since we were catching a red-eye and it was the last flight out that night. His attempts to communicate (or rather, the lack thereof) lead me to believe there may or may not have been a language barrier. In all, we made it okay. But the dollar per day we saved was not worth the uncertainty, stress, and delay. I won't use this service again. There are too many uncontrolled variables.
