The shuttle leaves the hotel at Quarter to and Quarter after the hour (example: 4:45, 5:15, 5:45, 6:15…etc.) from 345am AM. Please make an appointment in advance and arrive 20 minutes before shuttle departure. If there are any issues, please call the lot at 412.787.2600. Shuttles do not come unless scheduled.     Requested a 3:15pm shuttle. Staff put us down for 2:15. Staff offered no apologies when the mistake was discovered but did quickly call for a shuttle when we arrived before 3. However, despite staff's assurances the shuttle would arrive in 15-20 minutes, the shuttle took over 45 minutes to appear. The ride was uneventful and we managed to make our flight. Returning, the shuttle arrived about 20 minutes after calling the hotel. This shuttle was dirty, sounded ready to break down and the driver, while courteous, drove recklessly. My car was as i left it, but I would not use this lot again.

    The receptionist at the Quality Inn was very pleasant & welcoming. The courtesy van arrived within 15 min. After dropping us at the airport I noticed I left my purse in the van. I called the receptionist and she got in touch with the driver. He turned around right after he got the call & came right back. My purse was where I left it untouched. They were awesome! Our return shuttle came also within 15 min. The vans are not new but adequate as we had no mishaps. We will definitely park here when we fly out of Pittsburgh!

    Shuttle on the way to the airport was reasonable, with about a 15 minute wait. I was told the shuttle would get to the airport 15 minutes after I called. Instead I waited more than 50 minutes. One hotel staff member was nice and one was rude when I called to find out the status while waiting almost an hour. Drivers were nice. Beware Quality Inn's "Hotel Express" shuttle or any hotel that uses the Hotel Express shuttle.

    We had never heard of parking at a hotel! However, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenience and ease of parking at the hotel. And best of all, it was economical. We will do it again.

    This is not "on site" airport parking, so as long as you are comfortable being a short drive (15-20 minutes) from the airport, I heartily recommend the Quality Inn's parking deal. Also, due to the lot not being "on site" there is an obvious lag in time between getting your luggage at the baggage carousel and being picked up by this shuttle, so...bottom line: allow a little breathing time, fight off the urge to be impatient, and I think you'll agree this is a GREAT airport parking DEAL!

    Good experience. The van arrived at the airport fairly quickly and took us right to our car. He was right on time to take us to the airport. Drawback is having to drop others off first but for the savings, probably worth it.

    Great hotel counter person who registered me. Shutttle to airport was on time and quick. Return pickup by shuttle was over a half hour. Saw other shuttles three times in the time I waited. Condition of the shuttle van was fair or below fair.

    Only minor glitch was that hotel had been given the wrong pick-up time at the start of the trip, so make sure you have reservations. Also, we were new to airport, and walked down the front toward gate 8, only to find it was not there....but around the back. It was easily accessible from inside the airport. Otherwise, great service.

    We got there 15 minutes early and they provided a quick breakfast for us for free. Will Definitely be using this lot again. We waited about 10 minutes for a pickup from the airport.

    Parked twice at the Sheraton and this was the 2nd time at the Quality Inn and both locations work out great. If the system continues to be as efficient (both cost efficient, quick & easy to arrange and use) we will continue for all of our travel out of PITT.
