Like other reviewers, the experience prior to my flight was fine. Upon arriving back to Indianapolis, I called the hotel after I got my bags (as instructed) and they told me the shuttle would arrive in 15 minutes. I went to the correct area and waited. After 30 minutes, i called the hotel again and was told the shuttle "just left" and should be there shortly. After another 30 minutes (an hour total), I called again and was told they should be there any minute. After another 30 minutes (seeing a pattern?) I call again and get no answer. I finally concede and go to the taxi area and take a taxi back to the hotel. Like others, I saw shuttles for their competitors come by multiple times in that hour and a half. The best part is, I arrive and there are five UNUSED hotel shuttles in the parking lot. I don't think they even sent anyone. I waited an hour and a half total for a hotel shuttle that NEVER ARRIVED and that is UNACCEPTABLE. I recommend NO ONE use this service. Their shuttle service is a JOKE. Spend the extra few dollars for a better service. You'll be thankful later.
Out going was fine on time to the terminal. The return not the same. After the call was made for pick up it took 50 minutes to get picked up. Therefore from the time the call was made and back to my parked car the total time lost was one full hour. time which was lost and I could have been nearly 1/2 way home. I will begin to use another service. Surly there is some place that can be more prompt! No tip given. TIP means to Insure Promptness. doesn't it?
The departure experience from the hotel was quick and excellent. We arrived at the airport on return at 12:40 AM after a long day of travel, called the hotel desk (Airport Quality Inn & Suites, Indy) and were told that the pickup would be in 25 minutes instead of the expected 10-15. After 45-50 minutes and an add'l call, we were finally picked up and were able to get back home at 3 AM, rather than the hoped-for 2 AM. We were not happy to stand outside the airport for nearly an hour and will have to reconsider using this service in the future.
We've used this Hotel for parking several times in the past. I'm happy to report that our most recent experience indicates an improvement in promptness. We were on board both the shuttle to the airport and the return shuttle to the hotel within 15 minutes of arriving at the stop.
Waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up. Had to call several times to ask if the shuttle was on the way. Lot of time wasted waiting on the terminal!
There were no long term spots at the lot when I went to drop off my car. In fact there was only one open spot in the semi truck section to leave my car. There were a lot of people trying to catch the shuttle out, but the wait to leave was short. I had a similar experience to others on the return trip. I called and was told the wait was 30 minutes but waited over 50 minutes and made multiple calls after my flight arrived around 11 pm. The hotel and parking lot were overflowing and shuttles were busy due to March Madness Tourney games that day in Indy.
Good, and overall quick shuttle service. Close to the airport, and decent parking space.
Hotel desk staff and drivers are all personable and attentive to your needs. Several different vehicles are used; be sure to ask for a description when you're waiting for a pick-up. If the driver can't find you they'll call your cellphone.
We will probably never use this service again. We waited over 1/2 hour for the shuttle to leave the parking lot. Then it went away from the airport to an industrial park to drop people off before taking us to the airport. We were worried about making our loading time. On our return, we waited about 45 minutes for the shuttle, despite the hotel's assurances that the driver was "on his way.". Fortunately, the cold hadn't set in yet, but at 12:30 midnight it is taxing to wait so long.
There was no decal on the vehicle and the driver would not get out of the van to identify himself as a Quality INN employee. Other than that the experience was pretty good.
About a 20-25 min. wait to leave for the airport and a 30-35 min. wait to be picked up at the airport.
I had a similar experience as one of the other reviewers. The parking experience started off fine, but ended badly. I called the hotel as soon as my plane landed. I waited an hour to be picked up and called twice more. Everyone on my plane was picked up during that hour and I was the only one left waiting. The shuttle driver didn't even apologize for being late. I won't use this parking service again and neither will anyone who talks to me!
The start was fine the finish was horrible. The trip from the hotel to the airport takes nine minutes. We waited over an hour and had to call four times before we were picked up. One competitors shuttle came by 3 times while we were waiting, two other competitors came by twice. I wouldn't recommend this service
