    I was especially concerned when we got back as to how long it would take the shuttle driver to pick us up at the airport. He was there within 5-10 minutes after I called and helped us with our suitcases. Would definitely use this airport parking lot again and recommend this to others.

    I arrived ready to get to the airport and the van waited for me or I would have been rushed to make my flight. It was raining and I did not get much direction on where to park but there was a space just outside the door and I took that. Hope a space is available again when I need to park.

    I had to catch a flight in hurry and the staff is pretty accommodating. I would request to collect driver information ahead which will allow to print the red tag quicker.

    After waiting 45 minutes for a pick up, the Marriott van driver took me to my car. It was 1:00 am. I guess there is only one person working at Qulaity at that time of day.

    This was a bad experience. Had to wait at the start, even loaded our own bags to save time. On the return phone rang 20 times before being answered. Had to call a second time as they took well over half an hour to pick us up!!

    Everything was good when we originally dropped the car off. The problems began when we landed back in Buffalo. We called the hotel (using the number they gave) 3 times. The first time it rang 4 times and someone answered and promptly hung up. The second time the phone rang unanswered for 14 rings. We needed to call a 3rd time and then wait for 5 minutes to get the shuttle. Not what you want at 2:00 in the morning. Not good service!!!!!!!!

    You not asking the right questions. I went here to really save money. I DID!! But upon checking in with my prepaid receipt, it seemed difficult to get the info from the system. For starters your working with the clerk at the HOTEL check in not a separate station. After what I thought was the time to board the shuttle, I needed to fill in paperwork, with name etc , car make model license. Not very convenient. The shuttle wanted to leave to pick up a client but I needed to get to the airport. The driver was going to leave and I am still filling paperwork. I parked anywhere which was OK. Not sure what good the tag in the window was I needed to display. When I returned, I need to pay for 2 extra days that I was out of town. Since I was not in a secured lot and no record seem to exist that I was parked longer than intended, I could have left with out paying the difference. But I did, only to work with a very confused clerk at the Hotel desk.

    I decided to walk back coming Home it was 10min walk. I was was a little tired since it was 1 am coming home The front Desk offer me Coffee tea juice or water for free. Very Nice Guy at the FRONT DESK

    I prepaid for the parking. I was instructed to show my receipt to the hotel desk. It was 5:00am and there were at least 6 people trying to check in. I left my car there and walked to the airport (which is very close) and called once I arrived at my destination. I walked back from the airport, once home and waited about 15 minutes to tell the desk clerk the situation, which he tried to understand. There should be someone available for car parking. I never saw a shuttle either time I was there.

    came in at 1 am at night. my phone was empty, so called quality inn from helpdesk inside terminal. they picked me up right away. driver was courteous and helpful. the parking price was great for my almost 4 week parking, and it is close to the airport. thank you.
