When I arrived I was told that my door handle had snapped off and there was nothing that they can do about it, it happens on toyota's all the time,Well i have had 3 Toyota 's and the handles has never broke off,

first driver was great. Second driver poor attitude. Neither attendant had much customer service.
We were frequent customers but would never go back. On our return last week the guy gouged us for an extra 10 buck for not having our receipt. Worse - his explanation was "for insurance regulations". Lot of better options out there.
was told no price reduction for paying with cash. so went ahead and paid with credit card online, then find out when i get back from my trip, i could have paid cash which was cheaper, come on
Car was not at facility when I arrived - a first for Pride Parking - but arrived within 5 - 10 minutes. Drivers were excellent.
I'm not sure what these other people are complaining about. We've been using Pride Parking for 10 years now and have been extremely happy with the service. We were always aware that our vehicle was parked off site. The lot on Mannheim is tiny. We've always had great service from the shuttle drivers and they are very friendly and courteous. Okay, the guys inside are a little rough around the edges but they are super nice once you get to know them. This is more of a mom and pop shop and the location is now surrounded by other parking structures that are similar in price and do have onsite parking if that's what you want. We will stick with Pride because they have proven to be very trustworthy all these years. They added a new service where they will pick you up in your own car right at the terminal. It is probably better to call them if you have to change your flight to an earlier arrival because they do have to go get your vehicle. Anyway, I love these guys and this service and have been very happy with them. I use them several times a year so I am not just a one time client.
Very poor. Arrived at the airport on time , got picked up by their shuttle only to find out my car was not there. Very upsetting , will not recommend this company to any of my friends.
My shuttle wait time was 45 minutes. Attendants were rude and inadequately prepared to serve me or any other customer. Horrible Experience!
We traveled to Italy for a week and found Pride Parking to be a good option for parking our car. It was easy to find, convenient drop off, and we were shuttled to our terminal. When we returned, we called and the shuttle picked us up 15 minutes later and our car was there waiting for us. We would use Prid Parking again and would recommend them to others.
This was our first use of Pride and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. We especially appreciated the prompt arrival of the van upon our arrival. In this case, your pickup was much faster than other previously used airport park & ride services.
BIG surprise. Used them several times before with 2-star results. But on my last trip I arrived earlier than expected. SURPRISE! My car was not there.... it was at one of two off-site lots. My driver thought it might be in the Des Planes lot. The counter clerk said he would try to find it-- not very reassuring. Yet a third guy told me that it would be only 20 minutes--- after they find it. Well, it took an hour to get my car. No apology-- and very rude to boot! I had changed my reservation time, but they do not read email so the change was not received. This business model bothers me for many reasons: 1. I was never told about this off-site arrangement. (Seems too important to hide) 2. Piecing together this puzzle, it seems that it was about 15 miles away. 3. I want to know exactly where my car is being stored. 4. I am selective about who I loan my car to... certainly not any of these guys going off- site to another suburb. I have since found a convenient PARK & LOCK place that is about the same price. I am told that it has about the same iffy pick up service. But at least I will know where my car is. __ Beware: Cars are not stored at the drop off site on Mannheim Rd. I did not know this because mine is always there waiting for me, but I saw one customer being told that their car was not there yet. I overheard the explanation. He was just as astonished as I was. It is a bit scary. I don’t know where the storage lot is, but it is not just down the road, because it took a while to get it. I am not sure who drives them?? The same guys that drive the shuttle??

Quality of service is going downhill. I have used Pride for a few years. However, the last 2 times thy have caused damage to my car. It was my fault for being in a hurry and not noticing before I left the lot, but when I called to complain all they could say was sorry. No offer for a discount on future parking, no offer to help compensate to have the scratches repaired, or even to refund the cost of my most recent visit. I will not be parking here in the future, I will go across the street to Park n Jet from now on. A few bucks saved here is not worth the cost to repair my car - you get what you pay for...

We waited 1 hour for a van. When we called the first time we were told we'd be picked up in 15-20min. 30 min later a van drove right past me as I tried waiving him down outside of 5C as instructed. It could've been an honest mistake but when I called the attendant at the lot he was completely out of line. He claimed 2 people were picked up at 5C and was basically suggesting I lied about being outside. Honestly he was totally rude and obnoxious and is the reason I'll never use your services again. Regardless, if people had been picked up there like he said, how is there not a system in place to be sure all customers who are waiting are accounted for?? We were told by the attendant that another van would be there in 15-20min but waited another 28 minutes. At least the driver was courteous and wiped the snow off my car before I left the lot.
Waited for 10 minutes for pickup, then an additional 15-20 picking up more people filling the van. Although I was the first one picked up, I was the last one served at checkout.
