Our lot is open from 7am to 3pm on all cruise days. 2 free shuttle passengers, each additional passenger is $8.00 paid directly to the shuttle.

    We were part of a group of four families taking a cruise out of Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale (FL) and decided to park three vehicles from May 22-26, 2014 in the Premier Lot. Unfortunately, the entire experience with this parking services was simply atrocious and I would recommend to anybody considering this parking facility to save your time and energy. The ~$30/car you may save over 4 nights compared to parking at the Port's onsite parking lot is simply not worth the headaches you may encounter, as detailed below. Experience Dropping Cars Off (Prior to Cruise Start): 1. The parking service is located behind an actual hotel parking lot, next to Red Carpet Inn Motel. The directions to the facility available online are not accurate at all. This means it will take you at least 30 minutes to get their, going around in circles trying to fine it! 2. Dropping the cars off with the valets was a smooth process. They are good guys and are efficient at. 3. The shuttles that Premier Parking uses are sub-contracted from KSA Tours. They are supposed to depart every 20 minutes. The shuttle we took had us waiting for 30 minutes and the driver was more interested about complaining about all the bags he had to figure out how to fit in the van. Go figure. 4. Another misconception is that the lot is 5 minutes away from the Port. With traffic, it can take 20 min to get from the lot to to Port. Experience Getting Picked Up from Port (After Cruise End): 5. We called ahead to let the Parking folks know when we would be arriving (group of 13, including 4 kids under the age of 10). We were told a shuttle would pick us up and to look for the KSA Tours logo on it. 6. We waiting for 20 minutes and the first shuttle appeared. Our group was the first in line, with our bags/suitcases nicely lined up for pickup. There were other parties standing behind us. The driver came out of the shuttle and told us that his van could not take all out bags but to wait for the next one only 2 minutes away. He proceeded to take bags from folks standing behind our group and loaded this folks into his van. 7. My group waited for another 20 minutes (not 2 minutes) for the next van to show up. We remained first in line. The driver, a middle-aged man by the name of Carlos, got out of the shuttle and proceeded to load bags from folks behind our group. When we asked why he was not taking our bags, he just looked at us up and down, mumbled something in broken English, and told us to wait for the next shuttle. We told him we had a bunch of kids that should go with at least one adult to get them out of the sun and heat. He ignored us and kept loading his shuttle with others and took off. 8. By now, my family of 13 had been standing in the sun with our bags for about 40 minutes. The shuttle took off and I called the main number to complain. The operator gave me the mobile phone number of a contact physically located at the lot and told me to call that person directly. I called the number and the gentleman told me that a van would be there in 5 minutes and knew of the situation at hand. 9. We waited another 20 minutes and a van showed up. A young lady driver got out, helped us load our bags as well as others. By this time, the van seats were already taken but we were told to take our bags and stand in the van with them if we were comfortable doing so. We loaded up, with 6 family members in seats (4 kids, 2 senior citizens) and the rest of us standing in the aisle with out suitcases. 10. The shuttle arrived at the lot in 20 minutes and the valets brought around our bags quickly. The driver, Carlos, walked by us at one point, and ignored us. My conclusion - the valets at the lot are employed by another sub-contractor or are employees of Premier Parking. Either way, they are professional and polite. The shuttles are sub-contracted by KSA Tours. Their drivers are disrespectful, unprofessional, have no regard for human decency (i.e. concern for kids, senior citizens, etc.) and this one particular driver (Carlos) may actually discriminate against who he chooses to take in his shuttle! If we parked three cars for four nights at the Port parking lot at $15/day, it would have cost us $180. By parking at Premier Parking at $6/day, we paid $72, saving $102. In this case, you get what you pay for I guess. The amount of time wasted from this experience, not to mention misery caused to my family was not worth the hundred bucks in saving!!!! Lesson learned, the hard way.

    Our experience was positive until we discovered that one of our CARRYON bags was loaded into the wrong car. There were only 4 or 5 couples picking up their cars at the time and we have been told that there is no way of reaching any of them now. Disappointing and expensive!

    Will not use again,lot was not as promised...waited an hour for shuttle to pick us up on return after being told would only be 10 minutes ...had to use alternate lot which we were to "follow" driver to but when light changed at intersection he did not wait for cars following....very disorganized!!!!!

    you can't advertise "park your car",and take the keys.I arrived at the lot to find ,"leave the keys". The lot is TOOOOOOOOO small for the amount of cars you take in.

    The price was good but I couldn't map quest directions and the person who gave me driving directions at the 800 # was no help. I finally asked a stranger at a gas station for directions. When I managed to get to the lot at approx noon the cars were lined up from the lot into the street and the line for the shuttle was 200 feet long. I managed to get my car inside and waited 15 minutes to get a claim ticket for my car keys. I grabbed a shutlle to the cruise port so I didn't have to wait what I assume was hours for the shuttle.

    We arrived on the Emerald Princess on Saturday Nov, 17th. We had to wait 2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up (after a number of phone calls). Will never use the parking service again!
