THE VERY WORST. I WILL NEVER PARK WITH PREMIER. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Horrible service!!!! They are disorganized. They overbooked. They lost keys or they were stolen. At least 30 people were inconvenienced. Several of us were never given our keys. I waited over 4 hours without any success. No supervisor available. Customer service was horrible. It was a horrible situation.
Booked last minute...great price and service.
We had a great experience at this lot! We went on a cruise and had no trouble finding the lot. I dropped my fam and the luggage off at the boat and did the shuttles by myself. I had to wait for about 30-40 minutes for the shuttle. Well worth the wait to save $70! I exited the boat by myself and let my fam stay and eat a leisurely breakfast. Again, I waited about 20-30 minutes, picked up my car and then headed to the port to pick up my fam. The shuttles were packed and a little grungy and the drivers were a little crazy but I would do it again in a second to save $70.
Easy enough to find the lot. Parking spaces are very tight; I managed to squeeze my Civic in but we had to all leave by the passenger-side doors, which only opened halfway. Going to our cruise, there were only two small shuttle vans for a lineup of over 100 people. We stood in the Miami sun for over an hour before squeezing into the shuttle. No seat belts for half the seats. People were sitting on each others' laps rather than risk missing their ship. The return was better. We only had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle, and though it was crowded it wasn't as ridiculous as the way in. The lot looked a little seedy but seemed safe enough. Our car was fine after a weeks' stay. I would give it exactly 2 1/2 stars if I could. Cheap parking, and you get what you pay for.
Very stressful to deal with these people. They knew how many had reservations but they only had two small shuttles, so we waited and we waited, while the deadline for the ship's departure came closer and closer. And the "manager" all of sudden denied that he was the manager, and said he had no way to fix things. Never, never deal with this company.
THe parking lines and spaces are very tights, you need to exit the car before parking in the tight spot. WE arrived at 11:30 AM on Saturday the 23rd of MArch 2013 and the wait for a shuttle was very long onver 90 minutes we were able to call for a taxi to go to our SHip leaving Miami Port. They were overwelmed and could not handle the amount of people waiting for transportation to the port. many people took taxis if they could get one, Takis were also a long wait.
This was the worst experience in all of my travels. I recently retired from a job in which I was a road warrior. I flew into and out of Orlando airport and was very dependent upon an offsite parking facility. You need to take lessons from them. We waited for over an hour for one of your vans to "stop" at our terminal... saw several drive bys, but behind all of the other vans, buses, taxis and private vehicles trying to identify ourselves with a yellow sticker on our shirt is a joke! Your parking facility is not easy to maneuver in when we first pulled in to park... and the staff was not at all helpful. I would never use this facility again nor recommend it to anyone I know.
My review is a "No Star" one. First it was hard to find the lot and then we stood for an hour in the 80% sun while a totally disorganized group of lot attendants did nothing to load passengers in an orderly fashion. As the shuttles arrived, each driver would holler out a name of a ship (never ours) and the most agile of the elderly would charge from the back of the 100 yard line to board. This went on for an hour until I finally got mad (as did many others) and demanded a ride to the boat. We had reached the point where we didn't care what ship name was called, we just did like everyone else and pushed our way to the front of the line. On the way back it was even worse. We waited for an hour and the very few Premier Shuttles that did come never stopped at any one location. If we went to the left, they passed us and stopped one hundred yards further down the line. When we moved to that spot the next shuttle (half hour later) stopped where we were the first time. Two of our party took a cab and waited for us for another hour at the car. We finally got a shuttle when we bulled our way through again and demanded a ride. These folks may be a bit cheaper but you are much better off paying the price and parking at the dock. We will never use them again - ever. I have rated their service as poor since there is no spot for "terrible" or "Non-existant". I have clicked on the first star (poor) only because there in no "terrible" star.
They were prompt in getting us to the ship, but after an hour of promises that the shuttle was almost there we ended up taking a cab to get our car. The dispatcher got so rude when I was calling for pickup that he just started hanging up on me. I will never use them again!
It is too bad that this place is so poorly run, it could be the best: great location and price. They overbook so you have to leave your keys and they take the car to a different lot. Then getting to the port takes a long time while they get organized, and as far as returning--we had to take a taxi back since no one showed up in 45 minutes. They have a set speech about the shuttle being a convenience (I guess meaning they are not required to provide it). Had I known, I would have just taken the taxi without waiting 45 minutes first! Add $10 for the taxi. Several others had to resort to the same measures. I don't blame the employees, but that's who gets the anger of the dissatisfied customers since there is no manager around.
Driver was rude. When we got back our case was blocked by another car and I had to track down an attendent several times before they finally moved the car. This is unacceptable. If your lot is full you need to stop taking cars in. I did not pay to be blocked In. Will not use this lot again.

We used Premier Parking in Miami for a cruise and found the driver extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. I will ask for him when we travel there again.
This was my first time using this type of service and I was a little skeptical at first booking it online and not knowing much about the Miami area. None the less the attendants were helpful my luggage, informative about the port, prompt shuttle service to and from, and when I returned I was l glad to see my vehicle in one piece!
