Superior customer service at the lot! They got me to the terminal fast! Arriving back i had my bags and was in my car within a half hour on my way home!! The price obviously amazing thanks guys will see you guys again soon an will make sure I tell everybody I know traveling!!
Shuttle driver did not know which terminal the airlines were in. He also did not know his way around the terminals. Communication with him was difficult because of language barrier. Pick up at newark airport should be in front of terminal instead of having to walk with luggage to airport employee pick up lot.

Parking lot was VERY difficult to find. Also, shuttle did NOT drop off or pick up at terminal, only NEAR terminal. Should have been clearly stated. Pricing was very competitive, making the choice a good one.
We used this long term parking last week. It took forever to check in. They didn't have enough staff on hand. Coming home we called and they were 30 minutes late from when we placed the call. A female picked us in a shuttle and didn't help w our bags at all. We were traveling w infant and no one helped. While in the shuttle we sat right next to the exit window. Well it was broken and kept coming open.the shuttle was junk and we had to pick up ore people. We will never park here again... Poor quality!

Worst parking ever. VERY hard to find the location. Missed it twice from highway. Waited an hour upon return to find out that the Premier shuttle doesnt even say Premier on it. And no one mentioned to look for the Secure shuttle!! You have more airport employees taking our shuttle than customers.
The shuttle was prompt and assisted with putting our bags on the bus when we arrived at Premier Parking. The only negative to this is that when he took us to the terminals he did not drop us off at our the United terminal but instead dropped us off at the employee shuttle stop which was next door to the terminals. I was traveling with 4 children and each of us had 2 bags, it was a bit of a struggle to drag all bags and kids to the terminal doors.

No question, you will save money by parking here. The rates are very good, but you will be hit up for other fees (gas surcharge,a $5 "convenience" fee, which pays for the shuttle bus, which is not really free as some other reviewers seem to indicate). I found the shuttle both upon my departure and return less than prompt, and the parking lot is not as close as some other lots I've used in the past. All in all an inexpensive, safe lot to use, but get there early to allow enough time for the long shuttle process.
I had a great experience with Premier Parking in Newark. They had great customer service and had the best Prices around. There was ZERO wait time for the FREE shuttle!! Thanks Premier!!
It's Cheap with great customer service, I mean way cheaper than parking in in EWR longterm parking lot. I've been using this for the past two years and each time I have had a great experience. The shuttle came quickly and the driver helped us with our luggage. The Lot had tons of cars in the parking lot and I felt safe leaving my keys with the attendant. Give it a try if you wanna save some $$!!
Easy to find, very courteous staff (both the attendant and shuttle driver) and no problems whatsoever getting to or from the Terminal. It's not glamorous, but it's well-priced and convenient.

It would be very helpful if you state to the traveler(s) that they need to look at back of ticket and whatever terminal you're at; follow those directions to get back to pickup area. It would help us out a lot.

Premier Parking lot MOVED while we were away and the shuttle service was all messed up when we returned. It took us 1 hour wait for our Shuttle at EWR, and we kept calling them. Also very confusing and a little disorganized to get our car back. Attendants were ALL VERY NICE and VERY COURTIOUS - Thank you
