Was hard to find place, even with GPS, no clear signage. Shuttle nice and clean. coming home I waited 52 MINUTES for the shuttle (ok, it was 5am) and the dispatcher was not very helpful, had 0 communications with the driver, and kept lying to me (van is stuck in traffic, etc.) But car was safe, I just should have taken a cab to their lot. still have it on my phone, first phone call to you was @5:20, another 5:28, 5:44, 5:56 and 6:09. he finally showed up 6:12. There is a just one very poorly visible sign on front gate with the address. No sign directing to the property or on the gate stating the name of the place. I had to circle and go to 2 other nearby places to ask,
Considering the service is done at a bargain price and that I managed to arrive with plenty of time to check in, and, though, the waiting time for the pick up shuttle was somewhat long and cumbersome. Again, difficult to complain for the perfect pricing........:) Overall not bad.....it got me there and back at a very reasonable price......:)
The parking lot entrance isn't well marked but not terrible to find. Dropping the car off wasn't a problem and neither was the shuttle service to the airport, however the pick-up from the airport to the lot was disgusting for lack of a better term. I called them after we picked up our bags and followed the instructions that were given to us as to where to meet the shuttle. 1) had to call four times and each time was told that they're just leaving the lot now. 2) waited outside in the cold and wind for 45 minutes for a five minute ride to the lot. 3) the van wasn't marked so we didn't even know that it had shown up and we saw the same van drive by us three times and didn't even slow down, if I didn't run up and ask him if he was our shuttle he would have left us there. 4) the driver was rude and unapologetic for driving past us three times and almost leaving us for a 4th time. I would not recommend this service to anyone. this was the first and last time that I will ever use this service. I know they're the cheapest at Newark but you get what you pay for. I'll spend another buck or two a day for prompt and courteous service.

It was good, there was no waiting time. it was ontime.
The van has four steps to get up and the driver did not help us. They claim that it is not their vans but contracted out. They had trouble finding car. Do not use!
Arrival was fine. Pickup of vehicle was terrible. Although I had specified the hour of my return on my reservation form and I phoned from the airport to reconfirm, a long wait ensued because: 1] so many cars had been admitted to the lot they needed to be parked in the access lanes; 2] staff had difficulty locating the keys of cars that had to be moved in order to get to the car of the people who were waiting; 3] cars that had to be moved had nowhere nearby to be parked; 4] some cars that were parked in the access lanes were "self-park", meaning that the owners took the keys with them so there was no way those cars could be moved. EVERYONE who was waiting had the same experience and there was much grumbling. After a wait of nearly 2 hours, one couple informed staff that would were going to involve the police if they didn't get their car soon. Most everyone went off searching for their vehicle and showing staff where it was parked. Never again.
The service of this facility is lacking. It took me almost one hour to get my car. I waited more than half an hour outside in the cold for the shuttle and then waited around for a long time for my car in the lot, and again waited for someone to let me out of the parking lot.
It took way too long to retreive the car when i arrived at the lot. No one was available. I had to go to the office trailer to try to find someone. I will give it one more try then if it is still the same I will go back to Vista.

Really not sure if I'd use this specific parking area again. Prepay ended up being the most convenient for this situation, but it's not what I usually want to do.
when we returned from our trip, it took the attendant 1 hour to locate our vehicle and another hour to move vehicles parked in front of it, so we can get to our car. What's the point of telling them your arrival date and time if your car is going to be buried behind 5 other cars. Very poor!!! Not organized at all.
The pick up at the airport was horrible. Very difficult to find where we were to be picked up. Felt like we were on a wild goose chase. Probably would not park here again

I was running late for my flight and the Premier staff was very helpful. They called me ahead of time to see if I needed help with directions and made sure I had priority in the shuttle bc I told them I would be running late. Can't ask for better then that.
Our drivers picked up our luggage and loaded it. Our driver on returning even put our luggage in the car. Awesome!
Fast. If they're not there already waitin, they're on the way.
Facilities were clean, drivers friendly, ticket taker accommodating and we did not have a wait either with departure or arrival.
Major changes and the shuttle was great we returned late an it was so cold the shuttle was there very fast and we were back to the lot and in no time, not sure which I liked more the fast shuttle or the fact that we paid half of what we would have at the airport!!! definite recommendation from us an we were traveling with young children made the end of our trip a breeze.
Awesome service you guys got me in an out! the shuttle was there to get me and my car was ready to go!! took me 20 mins that's beyond what I thought an I will definitely be telling everyone I know how fast and easy you guys made this!!!
