Airport Transportation

Shuttles runs every 25 minutes. For arrivals Shuttles begin at 11:00AM until 3;30PM. For Departures Shuttles begin at 7:30 AM until 11:00AM. MAXIMUM OF 4 PASSENGERS ALLOWED PER VEHICLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. LARGER PARTIES ARE ASK TO GO TO PORT DROP OFF PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE THEN COME PARK.

    We Always a good Experience! I see and hear a lot of you people complaining about this company. But I have to say this. Yes, the vans are older and sometimes the AC doesn't work, yes half the spots are on the open roof and half the spots are under an overhang, but it is the cheapest parking for the cruise port I've found in Miami yet unless you want to park in some surface street lot on the back side of the homeless district where you leave you keys and they move your car around. I've used this company 3 times now in the last 8 months and they are a great company. It cost a 1/3rd of the price that parking at the terminal runs. The vans have been there promptly to pick us up when we get on, and get off the ship. Sometimes the driver isn't in the best mood, but hey, would you always be in the best of moods if you had to drive in downtown Miami every day for your job? I see them deal with a lot of ignorant and lazy people so of course, after a while, it will weigh on you. They have always been cordial to us and always been helpful with our bags. We've actually had the driver Brian a few times. Sometimes you all have to stop and think for a minute. You're getting one of the cheapest parking rates in Down Town Miami, so maybe you're not gonna be picked up in a Ritz Carlton Stretched Limo with white glove service. These are good hard working people who get you to your destination. So leave it at that... and if some of you are upset about the driver not smiling, maybe you should dig into your precious pockets to spare a couple dollar tip for the driver. It is a service industry don't forget. I'm tired of people always taking the time to write negative review about things, but when they do have a good experience, they suddenly don't have the 5 minutes to let people know.. So here's to you Premier Parking, we'll be using you again in June!

    The lot at 1415 NE 2nd Ave. was easy to find and in reasonably good condition. I didn't mind having to park outside the covered area and the van left for the cruise ship terminal as soon as it was full. The attendant was courteous and assisted with the luggage. However, the return trip from the cruise terminal soured my overall opinion of their operation. After an hour and one-half wait and many phone calls to Premier, a van arrived for the two of us and four other passengers - totally unacceptable! There needs to be an adequate number of vans and drivers when five ships arrive in port on the same day.

    shuttles have no air condition,that is very uncomfortable,and during my experience driver was not smiling and almost left my luggage on the ground,luckily I looked out the window in time. We were under the impression the vehicle was in a covered parking garage and not on the top level uncovered.

    Not a good experience at all, found the employees to be rude and not helpful. Waited to be picked up from the ship for almost an hour. I called several times and the lady answering was rude and told me to flag down a van when I saw one. With 2,000 people outside that makes it alittle difficult. Would never return here again.

    The parking gargage was pretty decent. However, the shuttle needs a bit of work (i.e. air conditioning). The driver was flying thru the city, which made it a really interesting ride :-). I'm definitely using this company again!!

    The garage was great for parking. The shuttle was not good at all. The vans are old with no air.We got off the ship at 7:00AM. They advertise that the shuttles run from 7:30AM but it didn't arrive until 7:50 and there were several families already waiting so we hired a cab after waiting 50 minutes outside.

    Maybe have people call when they are ready to leave terminal,as most other garages do, and then take people in the order they called no matter which terminal they are in!!!

    The parking lot was very crowded with cars being parked in the aisle and behind other cars. Overbooking seems to be a way of life. The attendants looked like people who decided to see if anyone would pay them to park their car there. I will not recommend this lot and will not be back.

    Shuttle service great going to the port. Returning was horrible. Had two shuttles look me in the eye and drive off. We waited where drop off shuttle instructed us to. Was finally picked up after 1 and 20 minute wait with a baby. Will not use again and will not recommend.

    My husband and I (and two friends) used Premier for off-site parking for our recent cruise. The main suggestion I would give would be to consider changing the name of the company, as there are two shuttle services operating under the name "Premier." When he dropped us off at the port, the driver told us to make sure we looked for vans marked with Premier in blue letters. There were some confrontations and issues upon pick-up by people who were confused by two companies with the same name. We knew what to look for, but it was very confusing for a lot of people at the port. We all commented that it was crazy to have two shuttle services with the same name. Had our driver not told us, I'm sure we would have been confused, too.
