Look for self parking signs, enter garage, look for Hotel Parking sign, get parking ticket and continue to level 2 and above to park vehicle, visibly place parking ticket and reservation on vehicle dashboard. Securely park vehicle, verify all lights are turned off. Call 305-220-2686 and notify us and walk with luggage toward elevator select ground level, upon exiting stand on curbside infront of elevator and wait for shuttle to arrive. terrible directions to find lot... no signage or mention that the actual lot is part of the Renaissance Hotel (in the provided directions/receipt etc). Exiting the lot was also very difficult... no gate house attendant was on duty and the "help" button on the gate house was falling on deaf ears. A better exit system must be thought of. I will write a detailed review online to make sure other customers know what they're getting themselves into.
waited in garage for shuttle for an hour.... did not fly, drove from Naples...
Upon arrival the shuttle was there and we were able to depart to the cruise port quickly; however, upon the return and after calling for pick up we had to wait almost an hour and finally took a cab to the garage since the shuttle never showed up. There were several other people waiting and very upset about the long wait. I noticed others taking a cab as well. The directions to the garage did not indicate that it was also a hotel. The name of the hotel would have made it easier to locate. I had to ask the hotel valet if I was in the correct location. I would probably use your service again since the location to the port is nearby; but would most likely be prepared to take a cab upon our return so that I would not have to wait for the shuttle.
I gave mostly poor comments because I was not given instructions how to find my shuttle and after waiting about an hour at the shuttle area after disembarkation from the ship I had to pay another shuttle 10$ to get to my car. The person who took our money at departure for the cruise with Royal Carrebean did not tell us how to get back

Long delay in pick up. Directions very poor. Stopped at every ship. Almost 2 hours to reach ship from time of call.
Your parking instructions were excellent and your drivers very prompt. It was a pleasure not to have to wait long at the cruise port after returning from our cruise. It was a little challenging to find the parking garage.
