    The shuttle drivers are exceptional. Very personable, helpful with luggage. Very positive image for the company, first and last impressions are with them. Henry is fantastic. A point as a consumer, what is the rule about tipping? A note on the web site would be most helpful.

    The only suggestion I have is to make directions to find the pick-up place at the terminal more clear. There is no "blue diamond" area at the Terminal 4. I had to call you to find out that the pick up place is ahead of yellow cabs parking. Other than that everything was great.

    Emphasize the importance of presenting a copy of on-line reservation to the cashier at checkout. Otherwise the customer will be charged full amount without the benefit of discounts or deposits paid at the time the reservation was made.

    Fairly easy to figure out and pay. The only weird part was when I went to pay after parking I had to have a paper copy of my reservation email to validate my rate and deposit. I was able to email the attendant from my phone but it could have been awkward if I had just had a flip/low tech phone. Should be obvious at check out. Otherwise good experience.

    The woman working on 12/14/12 at approx. 6pm was such a huge help. I am sorry I did not get her name. She checked me out and helped me with information in regards to the express pass. I have already signed up for the that program this morning. What a friendly and professional employee you have there! All other employees were pleasant as well!!

    My only concern is the difficulty making the reservation on line. I am 86 years of age and somewhat computer savy but find it difficult to make the reservation on line. So my suggestion would be to allow older people like me make the reservation by telephone.

    Other than my GPS sending me the wrong way off the highway, this was an excellent experience. I would definitely park here again. The shuttle driver was so helpful, friendly and courteous.

    Upon loading the shuttle at the airport I realized I had left a backpack on the bench. When I informed the driver, he radioed the next shuttle driver who stopped and picked it up and delivered it to the booth at the parking location. THANK YOU!!!

    The driver (both ways) was extremely helpful and friendly. He works very hard and always has a smile. The attendant in the booth on the way out was also very helpful and friendly and cheerful. I wish I had gotten their names, but I have a feeling all your employees are like that! Good Job!

    The lot was apparently not open when we arrived at 5:15 am as we stated we would on the reservation. We waited in line for 15 minutes with 8 to 10 other cars to be checked in, then there was no room in the lot so they had to "valet" our car, which meant they kept our keys all week. When we returned, it took 20 minutes to be picked up and our car was not where they thought it had been parked. Overall, not a good experience and we will not use this lot again.

    This was my first time I used PreFlight and it was the recommendation of my father-in-law. I was surprised at how prompt and kind the drivers were, not only on arrival, but also when we were leaving as well. I will definitely use PreFlight again for my long-term parking needs in PHX.

    attendant immediately there when I parked and took bags out of car. Upon pickup from airport, did not have to wait more then 5 minutes. Attendant automatically grabbed bags and put them in the car. Prompt, fast and great service.

    We misplaced our parking ticket. The attendant was very helpful. We completed a lost ticket stub and by providing our airline itenerary we were able to pay the correct amount instead of a $100 lost ticket fee. That made a VERY favorable impression
