    The shuttle drivers are exceptional. Very personable, helpful with luggage. Very positive image for the company, first and last impressions are with them. Henry is fantastic. A point as a consumer, what is the rule about tipping? A note on the web site would be most helpful.

    The only suggestion I have is to make directions to find the pick-up place at the terminal more clear. There is no "blue diamond" area at the Terminal 4. I had to call you to find out that the pick up place is ahead of yellow cabs parking. Other than that everything was great.

    Emphasize the importance of presenting a copy of on-line reservation to the cashier at checkout. Otherwise the customer will be charged full amount without the benefit of discounts or deposits paid at the time the reservation was made.

    Fairly easy to figure out and pay. The only weird part was when I went to pay after parking I had to have a paper copy of my reservation email to validate my rate and deposit. I was able to email the attendant from my phone but it could have been awkward if I had just had a flip/low tech phone. Should be obvious at check out. Otherwise good experience.

    The woman working on 12/14/12 at approx. 6pm was such a huge help. I am sorry I did not get her name. She checked me out and helped me with information in regards to the express pass. I have already signed up for the that program this morning. What a friendly and professional employee you have there! All other employees were pleasant as well!!

    My only concern is the difficulty making the reservation on line. I am 86 years of age and somewhat computer savy but find it difficult to make the reservation on line. So my suggestion would be to allow older people like me make the reservation by telephone. replied 2 years 7 months ago

    Upon loading the shuttle at the airport I realized I had left a backpack on the bench. When I informed the driver, he radioed the next shuttle driver who stopped and picked it up and delivered it to the booth at the parking location. THANK YOU!!!
