PreFlight Airport Parking - IAH run a shuttle service to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station alongside free transportation to and from the terminals at Houston Airport. You need to arrive to park at PreFlight Airport Parking - IAH 15 minutes prior to the time you need to be at IAH. The shuttle bus runs every 4-6 minutes. Once you have returned to Houston Airport a PreFlight Airport Parking coach will pick you up outside baggage claim at terminals A, B, C & D. For pickup outside terminal E; after you have collected your luggage please call 281.358.2900 for pick up. A PreFlight Airport Parking coach will pick up every 4 - 6 minutes from 8am - 12 Midnight. For pick up between 12 Midnight and 8am call 281.358.2900.

    The staff were all great, the shuttles were on time and quick to deliver us and pick us up. Upon our return from our trip, our battery was dead, so Paul helped us to try to boost it without luck. Why only 3 stars? A full tank of gas was siphoned from our vehicle when we were away. The tank was left bone dry - wouldn't register on the gas gauge - after arriving with 7/8's of a tank. So - good service, horrible security.

    Would go back if I get the chance. No waiting and van waiting in the parking lot with no long walking needed. Van also waiting at the airport. Made everything smooth and easy. Love it

    I was impressed by the service I received from Preflight Airport Parking. There is no waiting time for the shuttle bus; they take you right to the parking lot where your car parked; they offer covered parking space; their staff are very courteous and helpful; and more importantly, their charge is reasonable. I was especially impressed by the driver, Judith. I will definitely recommend Preflight Airport Parking to anyone without reservation, and will use the service for my future travel needs.

    I have parked here for several times. This is time I landed in IAH at 12:30 am. I think I have to wait a while for the shuttle because it is very late. However, after calling the phone service, the shuttle came to pick me up in 5 mins. Recommend!

    I realize that Greens Rd. is not Priority Park's responsibility; however, the condition is horrible. The businesses need to partician the county to have it resurfaced. It is in need of severe repair.

    Another issue other than the wait was I swiped my credit card and it did not recognize that I had already paid a portion upon booking. I had to back up, go to an attendant and wait for them to sort it out using my email on my phone.

    i am VERY displeased with the service i received on FRIDAY. i was TOLD to park in the only uncovered parking slots in the entire lot. and THEN, the shuttle driver did NOT give me a slot slip, so that i would be easily able to find my car upon my return. i WANT this information to go to a manager, as i WILL be contacting you regarding these issues.
