Will definately use this service again. Easy to find. The shuttle was at our car before we got out of it & the gentleman was very friendly & helpful with our cases. We came out terminal E & called Preflight to let them know we were there, & within 30 seconds he was there! The guy that picked us up was also very happy, friendly & took our cases to the car! Highly recommend!

Almost missed flight because the driver waited on customer that did not have their luggage ready. We waited about 10 minutes for the lady to get her bags packed and loaded onto the bus. I felt that was unfair to me who was ready when he came to my car.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of all of the employees. The drivers were waiting for us both to pick us up at our cars and at the airport when we returned. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and warm. The covered parking is car ports, but everything looked well maintained. The price was the least expensive as well for covered parking. I would definitely recommend them.

The shuttle service was rated Poor because I waited for 20 minutes at the Airport for a ride back to the parking lot. Then I called and waited for another 7 minutes. The driver knew we had waited for a while, but offered no appology for being late.

The pickup at the airport was longer than expected & had to call them 3 times. I asked them if they needed my name, so that they would know if I was picked up or not. They said they didn't need it & we missed one of the shuttles, that left empty!?!?!?! The cost on my receipt said the total on the bill would be "exactly $39.99". When we left, the clerk said I had to pay $40. When I question what my bill said, she said oh well, you have to pay me $40. Even though it was only .01 different, imagine the .01 they could make in a day. This is why I did not give 5 stars.

We were very impressed with all aspects of your company. The lot was easy to find and the drivers were most courteous. They lifted and carried all our bags to and from the bus and to the car when we returned. He also put the luggage in the trunk. When we decided to go with Pre Flight the price was the determining factor, we are very pleased and will use this parking lot the next time we fly. Also when we exited the lot they offered us cold bottled water...how nice!

Had good experience parking at Houston, rented a car at Denver. Returned from Denver Nov 1. Parking in Houston was good, reasonable price, good treatment by employees. Was met on return by Parking Company van. Overall the experience was good.

1st visit I didn't get any instructions from the attendant to allow me acces to the covered area that I had reserved but fortunately when the shuttle bus driver saw that I couldn't gain access he came to my rescue and eventually got me in (the access card that I was given didn't work).

We love pre-flight! We have never had any problems with them and never had to wait for a shuttle. We travel frequently so we appreciate the discounts given for booking again within 60 days. We have never had to wait for a shuttle to get to the airport or to come home from the airport.

The drivers were extremely helpful and courteous. The slip that you are given states that the shuttles arrive every 4-6 minutes. This was true going to the airport. we waited for more than 15 minutes for a shuttle to pick up up for our return home. I have no comment about the attendants at the lot except that smiles go a long way. They should try it.

Excellent service! Courteous at all times at the gate and on the shuttle. Our flight arrived back to the airport late at night and a simply call to the parking lot got the shuttle at the terminal in a flash. parking lot clean and in very good condition. Service is second to none. Recommend to use this parking to anyone! Thank you for the complimentary water bottles at the exit....great service!

Have used your facility two times in a year and excellent location and excellent shuttle bus personnel. However the attendant I dealt with which is the cashier seems to have no smile or as to she seems as if in her body language she doesn't care for her job. That's just my opinion though. It was at checkout. May use someone else next time I haven't decided yet. Overall everyone is was superb.

pls consider VISIBLY and CLEARLY indicating that a PRINTED receipt is required to guarantee the web rates prior to starting the reservation procedure. I was NOT pleased that this only apparent AFTER finalizing the reservation. I was scrambling at the last minute to print my receipt. I had assumed that showing my credit card would suffice and/or ID.

3 busses were full when they got to United, then the 4 bus would not pick us up because we had to many bags and a scotter that came a part. the 5 th bus was GREAT,the man took all our bags and the scotter, it was raining he took us to the car had us follow him to the covered parking lot got all our bags and the scotter in the car, than helped us out of the parking lot he got a good tip but he worked.HE WAS GREAT, and we got free water too!!!!

The lady at the exit was very rude and not courteous. The shuttle driver should be told to lower the volume or listen to the radio when he has no customers. He had the Johoa message loud and people getting into the vehicle are not interested in listening to such stations.

I often fly out of Terminal E and find it annoying to have to go round and around the airport to terminal C, B, A etc. exiting the airport loop and then returning to get dropped off last, especially when time is tight or I may have been the first one on the shuttle.
