PreFlight Airport Parking are a popular and professional parking operator open 24 hours a day. Shuttle buses run between PreFlight Airport Parking and Baltimore Airport for free every 5 minutes, servicing all terminals. They also offer a shuttle service to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station. For your comfort and convenience copies of USA Today are available and they offer certain car care services, please inquire upon check in. Information about these services will be printed on the fax receipt. PreFlight Airport Parking will provide instructions on how to arrange your pick up when you contact them on your return to Baltimore Airport (BWI). During busy periods many of the parking lots fill early so you are advised to make a reservation early to be guaranteed a parking space for the length of time you need.

    We used PreFlight for a recent vacation, and had no problems getting to PreFlight and with the shuttle to the airport. However, when we returned from our trip, the service was unacceptable. We arrived at 11:15 pm from the international side and went out to the curb where the ticket we were given instructed. The four of us (my husband and I and our two children) stood outside in the cold and rain and watched as two PreFlight shuttles drove past without stopping. Finally another shuttle service called PreFlight for us to have a shuttle sent for us. The driver of the shuttle that came for us did not apologize, didn't help get out luggage on the shuttle -- we had eight bags, and when he got to our car didn't even get out of the driver's seat let alone help get our luggage off the shuttle. I don't think this is the way all PreFlight drivers service their customers, but we were certainly disappointed.

    Have used Preflight Parking a few times now and they have never disappointed. Attendants are VERY nice and courteous. I didnt have to touch my luggage once when I got there. They took it from my car to the shuttle, then from the shuttle to the check-in stand at Delta Airlines on the curb. Finding them at the end of the trip was easy as well. I went to the designated area, and they were right there waiting!!! Will always use Preflight from BWI!

    I have been parking here since moving to PA. The staff has always made me feel safe and secure, always striking up a conversation en route to the terminal or back to the car. Excellent service!!!

    This was my first time flying out of BWI as I am a Dulles flyer as it is much closer. I went with Pre Flight Parking and was not disappointed! I made the reservation on line and got to the lot at 4 AM. They told me where to park and as I was getting out of my car a van pulled up and helped us with our bags and off we went. The driver was great, he offered us a cold water which was very much appreciated after the 1:45 drive we had to the lot. Got to BWI in a few minutes, he unloaded our bags, I tipped him 2 bucks and off we went. Coming back was even better as our flight was delayed by over an hour but we waited at the correct location and here comes a van within a minute or 2 of us waiting there (no phone call needed). The driver was great and loaded our bags and drove us right to our car in the lot and unloaded the bags (another well spent 2 buck tip). What a great service and highly recommended!

    The people were so nice and the service was fast excellent and easy. I was reluctant to use a local area parking lot-I wanted to use a hotel thinking it would be easier but I am still in awe over their service and how easy this was. It was even easy for my elderly mother traveling alone.

    The shuttle service from the parking lot to the airport was excellent, but at BWI, I had to wait for about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. One bus drove right past me even though I waved my green ticket.

    I have been using preflight parking since 2005. I love it. It is the best way to get to and from the airport; hassle free. If you haven't tried it, you should. You'll be wondering why have I not used this before.

    I would definitely use Pre-Flight again. Taking their shuttles was easier and qucker than those at the airport economy lot, and their prices were lower.
