The new van was a great improvement. The drivers were very friendly and helpful.
great value, close to airport. drivers were very pleasant. minimal wait time.
Everything ran smoothly and I had no issues. I will use them again in the future.
Parking l o t needs attention.
Paring was good, no problems.
The shuttle was on time, even at 12:30 A.M on Saturday, It was a very nice experience.
Ask where to park before you park
Far from Airport and too long wait time for shuttle to drop off or pick up. I would rather pay $2.00/day more and park closer to Airport
I was nervous about leaving my car but it was fine. I'd go back there in a heartbeat. Made getting to the airport painless.
Our driver was very friendly. We had the same driver take us to the airport and pick us up two weeks later. She came right on time. Excellent experience.
In the past some of the drivers were very nasty but we had 2 different drivers both prompt and courteous. After past experiences we almost did not come back but this new group has restored our opinion of your parking facility and service. Thank you
I was a little unsure if it would be safe to park my Mercedes in the lot for fear of it being stolen or broken into, however, my car was safe and in the same condition as I left it. The price was reasonable and the pick-up /drop-off was less than 10 minutes. I would recommend long term parking at Penrose Hotel.
Pulled in, Front desk guy was rude and short. Told me to "park outback and to the left". Shady looking parking lot, poorly lit. Would not pay to park here again. Surprised me when i got back to find my truck sitting on my own 4 wheels
Its a decent place to park. I had my car for 5 days and it was safe.
The parking lot is that of the hotel. You have to register at the front desk and a note is given that has to be prominently displayed in the car. We used the car park on 4th July weekend and it was full. The hotel staff were very courteous. The parking is open and the shuttle ride was about 10 minutes to the airport. On our return we were able to ask for the shuttle once we collected our bags. The shuttle arrived to pick us in 15 minutes and we collected our car . The whole experience was uneventful and was good value for the price paid.
You must leave registration paperwork in car so don't park until you get it. As accurately explained the shuttle only runs every 30 min. For the price it was worth the extra wait in comparison to other companies. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Pick up came when we called... No scheduled wait and only took 15 min.
Not in a great area of town. Had some concerns leaving our car there given the general area but returned and the car was fine.
I would definitely use AirportParkingReservations.com and Penrose Hotel Philadelphia in the future for my airport parking needs. Using the site was very easy and all of the staff members at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. There was a little bit of a longer wait getting from the airport to the hotel... Unfortunately the only have on van/shuttle and it was van was full by the time it made it to us so we had to wait until they dropped them off and came back. We also returned during rush hour traffic so that added to our wait time.
There was no parking lot attendant; this was a hotel parking lot. We parked our car ourselves. The pick-up guy called me right back and informed me that he had to drop someone off first before he would be there to pick us up. Waited 30 minutes, but that was not a problem.
