The only issue I had and it is the first time I have EVER had this, was it took almost 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. there were 3 cars ahead of me, but we sat for around 10 minutes, and then the whole line of cars (around 8, by then) had to back up to let the first car in line back into the parking lot. I am not sure what was going on , but after a 23 hour journey, to get home, that 20 minutes was VERY LONG!
We used Peachy Parking, international. The parking lot and attendant when we dropped the car off were great. On our return, we called from the airport to be picked up after arrival. We're told the bus would be there in 7 to 10 min. We waited. The bus arrived after 20 min. And when we wanted to get on, a bunch of women, working at the airport, got on the bus walking past us straight past us, who had been waiting with our luggage. The bus was full and NO room for us.!!, We were told another bus would be there in 5 to 7 min. We waited another 30 min!! The bus driver who came then, was extremely helpfull and very apologetic. He told us he would report this to his manager! We had been waiting for close to one hour in 98F heat!!!!
When we left, the cashier had no idea how to ring up the amount. We had to wait for quite a while with a line of cars behind us. She did not know how to plug the purchase into the register. She wanted to charge me $135 when I owed $105.
Unfortunately, our rear bumper was scraped by one of the shuttles while we were gone. Ray, the property manager gave us 2 free days of parking. Mike, whose title I do not know, was excellent! He completed the paperwork quickly, reassured us that it would all be covered, and even gave us 4 delicious peaches! We love Peachy Airport Parking!
Parking at Peachy works very well. Easy access and exit, as well as short distance to airport.
I've used Peachy since 2011 and the quality of service has declined a lot since then. Insisting clients carry a paper printout of their reservation is ridiculous in 2015. Having only pne shuttle running is unacceptable, especially when those who have paid a premium for the indoor and valet service need to wait extra time to unload the outdoor people. Finally, the exit attendees have been surly, rude, and generally unpleasant. Your drivers are always nice. I used to recommend you too my friends are traveling colleagues but I can't do that in good conscious any more. I will also be looking for a new parking service.
The parking lot was full for all those who did not have reservations. I had a reservation but they needed to valet my car. The attendant nicely informed me of this change. Everyone there was extremely polite despite the degree of stress that they were under. Great staff.
We arrived late last night. Our driver was great! She was very patient with me as I was struggling to find my keys. I highly recommend using this service.
I only fly a couple/few times a year but always park at Peachy Airport Indoor Parking. THANKS!

You need to list your vans leaving the airport which one is for inside parking and which one is outside parking. Its obvious you treat inside parking guest better than outside parking by the placement of the vans at the airport. Also, the driver last night on the inside parking was a jerk!!!
It was confusing when I was trying to leave. I was trying to use a coupon that didn't work online but they told me that I couldn't use it in conjunction with my reservation, although I could have used it if the code had worked online. Also, when I first pulled up to check out there was no one at the counter and I had to wait for a while for someone to come and help me. Otherwise it was really convenient and really smooth and not too expensive.
Everything was fine except there was a bit of confusion over where my keys were when I returned to pick up the vehicle. I had left the keys during the trip to have the vehicle detailed.
Car wash and bottled water are advertised but the car wash has not been open and I have never been given a bottle of water. The buses are all in good condition and the people are all very friendly.
