Our brand new, sparkling clean green Peachy Airport parking shuttles run continuously to and from the ATL Domestic and International airports 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. For shuttle to the International Terminal, you must use indoor parking.
Open 24, 7 days per week with pick up at your vehicles, free shuttle to the airport terminal, upon return, pick up from Space 49 for Outdoor parking and Space 34 for Indoor parking at the off-site parking shuttle area and return in free shuttle to your vehicle at the parking lot.
Staff were courteous at all times. Cannot fault the service, will definitely use Peachy again

Finding the inside parking was a little tricky, and it would have been nice to know it was past the the entrance to the main outside lot. Attendant coming in was courteous, and were the drivers. When we returned from the airport, and went to leave the attendant refused to accept my email confirmation and deposit for the rservation. She insisted that she have the paper confiramation, and we had to find it in one of our suitcases after traveling 12 hours and standing outside in 30 degree temp. This was the only negative part of our experience and certainly soured us for a next time. I asked the attendant to call a manager, and she did but received a recorded message. I don't think Peachy will be my first choice for extended parking the next time.
The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and communicate very well.

I have been using Peachy Airport exclusively for about a year. I have always been very pleased with the service. On this trip, both of the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. They both gave the impression that they were genuinely happy with their jobs and with the customers. The pay attendant, however, was a different story. She was not friendly at all, almost to the point of giving the impression that I was bothering her by coming to the window to pay. She was just this side of rude. Every other time I have been offered a bottle of water as I paid, and the attendant was very friendly. The one last night did not offer the water and barely spoke to me. I was very surprised to get this kind of unfriendly treatment from Peachy, as all of my other experiences have been beyond good. I will plan to continue to use and recommend Peachy Airport parking.
Arrived at indoor parking around 4:00 pm today (Tuesday). Was told by the lady at entrance that the shuttle would be there in 3 minutes. I parked my car and waited. The lights went out - no shuttle. I waited and finally walked toward the offices and ran into a manager who assured me a shuttle would be coming shortly. Two shuttles came, eventually. I waited where the manager told me to wait (flashing sign), but, the shuttle didn't make it over there (stopped several aisles away). I've had good experiences with the indoor lot until now. Good thing I gave myself a lot of time before my flight. Terrible experience.
Excellent service yet again!
This was my third time parking at Peachy and have received great service each time.
Last two "stays", three shuttle buses did not come down my aisle to pick me up even though I was just one aisle over. I had to call dispatch even though I was in covered parking. Yesterday, it took 20 minutes (1:30pm to 1:50pm) from the time I parked my car to the time the shuttle left covered parking, kept circling back to pick up more passengers. Need more shuttle buses.
I think your fees are too high.
Love love love your people. My experience was top notch from the word go. Early morning pick up at the lot was prompt (great easy listening music on radio). Minimum wait time at the airport for pick up by a very friendly driver. Corey at the car wash was very professional and helpful as well. Will definitely use & recommend Peachy parking to my friends. Signed beyond impressed.
My return flight was delayed by one hour which caused me to be late getting back to Atlanta. This made me miss my deadline by about 30 minutes. I was charged a full day's fee for something that was not my fault. I paid the extra cost ($7) without complaint, but thought it was unfair.
We have been using Peachy Parking since you opened, and have been well pleased with you service. I think you are one of the best in area, and as long as I get the deals and service you offer I will continue to us your parking
The driver on the return was very inexperienced and it took 20 minutes to get to my car after we entered the building. The computer system was down and it took another 30 minutes to exit and I had to pay cash. there was only one cashier on duty on a Thursday night!
I use Peachy Parking exclusively and have done so since they opened in Atlanta. Best location, best facility, best rates, best shuttle service, nicest people.
Because I was flying out of the International terminals, I was forced to park in the indoor lot and pay an additional $2 per day. I had already prepaid for outdoor parking. One family was returning at the International terminal and was dropped off at the outdoor lot. I don't see why I as the consumer does not have the option. The lots are literally 1-2 mins apart. Not a good display of customer service in my opinion.
