    Ample parking, attendants courteous,. The only complaint I had is they only take cash for remainder of payment. Website did not state that nor was i given the opportunity to pay in full online with my credit card. I don't usually travel with alot of cash, so I had to leave and find an ATM to pay for the remainder.

    Shuttle drop off at sky walk is scary at night time because it is isolated and no security. Would rather direct drop off at airport terminal.

    The only thing that could have been improved was to be dropped off right at the departures. We did enjoy walking across the skywalk bridge but it would have been more convenient to have been driven right to the main terminal. But no complaints with the staff whatsoever.

    All was fine, but the place felt unsafe to me and I was concerned while away that car would be safe. It was. Didn't like not being dropped off at terminal. Very long walk and scary returning at night.

    Apparently there has been a "contract dispute" between Pay Less Parking (new name is different) and PVD airport, and they can no longer drop off and pick up at the terminal. Now drop you at the base of "The Skyway" and it is something of a haul from there to the terminal - elevator ride and longish walk. Not the end of the world, but a bit lower on the convenience scale than a drop-off at your airline. All that said, the price is right and drop-off/pick up service was timely w/courteous drivers. Use these guys, but do prepare for a bit of extra time getting to the ticket/checking counter.

    No real problems. Arrived late in evening. Called for shuttle from walkway and received message that "all agents were assisting other customers" and left message. Didn't get a response and after 5 minutes called again and reached a 'live' person. Van then arrived promptly. Driver said he did not receive the original message. Total wait was just under 10 minutes. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

    Used lot in past and they dropped you off at the terminal. Now they drop you off at a parking garage which requires at least a 1/2 mile walk.

    It was fine when I was leaving, but my return was awful. I got to the end of the skyway and called, and got an answering machine. I walked to the lot. No shuttle

    We were not made aware that they lose their contract with the airport and you now have to walk. We could have gotten closer if we didn't use this service. We did this so we could be dropped off the door so we didn't have to carry 2 car seats, 2 big luggage, 3 carry ones and 2 kids under the age of 3. We will probably not sure it again but loved it in the past. We found out we had to walk with all our luggage when we got there at 3:30 am.

    On June 5th we arrived at 2:30am at our reservation time one one was there tgo check us in we called the number on the sign and no one answered the phone so we called the emergency number , person answered said some one would be there in 5 min. 15 minutes later no one came called number again they asked which lot were we at TFGreen we said he told us they thought we were at logan airport said he would call RI. Finally an attendant shows up at 3;30 we were not happy!

    I used to really love parking here but because of recent airport changes according to staff they can no longer shuttle you to the airport. They drop you off at the Skywalk. It's about a 10 minute walk which isn't long but sucks when carrying heavy luggage. I will most likely pay the extra and park at the airport and use the airport shuttle service in the future. Too bad things had to change.

    Woked out great but a couple of FYI's- They were only taking cash the day we checked in. Not sure if that is the norm. Also had us pay in full up front. They cannot drive INTO the airport grounds but do drop you off right at the outside walkway.
