No one there seems too up on their job and what they are doing...very difficult to find the place and as I stopped at several convenience stores trying - the workers said have someone come in every MINUTE for directions to the place...also I was under the impression that I was to get $5 off as I had earned enough points or something---the woman at the counter at pick-up of my car had no clue what I was talking about. In fact, getting her to turn around and notice that someone was AT the counter was an issue. REALLY?? Not good--never again.

I decided to try this company out when I bought a living social voucher. The workers are not friendly when they answer the phone. In fact, they sound like they do not even want to be at work. Also, the shuttle comes around about every 20 minutes which is ridiculous. I usually leave my car at fast/park and the shuttles come every 5-10 minutes. I was not satisfied at all.

Drop off was easy after I located the right place to make arrangements. Car was waiting for me to pick up. I have used this before.
