Payless Airport Parking ask that you arrive to park 15 minutes before you want to be at the terminal at Orlando Airport. On your return to MCO please use the Courtesy Phone and press #235, or call 888-851-8875 for instructions where to meet the Shuttle on Level One. Level One is one level below the Luggage Area.

    The people behind front desk where not nice. When I called for pick up it took a while for someone to answer and when she did, she was not paying attention to the conversation. Then we had to call again because we were waiting so long. When we got there, the girl behind the counter was extremely rude. We couldn't find our car because they couldn't start it even though there is a new battery in it. Would not use them again!!!

    Everything went very smoothly. The drop off was very busy, but the driver was upbeat and courteous. Upon our return we had to wait because we had just missed the previous shuttle according to the dispatcher, but it wasn't an inconvenience..

    The person who decided to buy small vans for transport should be fired. To small and no room for luggage. Going we had no problem on the return trip we waited, with a group of nine people, more the 30 minutes for the van to show up. when one did show up it was full (makes you wonder why he stopped at all) and the driver told us another van was on the way. A good 15 minutes latter the older van, which was capable of handling both passengers and luggage, did show up and transported the group to the parking lot. Just a reminder to the drivers, wearing seat belts is the law in Florida ours did not wear his. While waiting we observed several vans arriving multiple times from your competition parking lots and we will be using them from now on

    The parking franchise, Payless, had no record that I had paid a deposit. Had I not printed and saved and then provided them a copy of my receipt, I would have had to pay the deposit again. This is totally unacceptable. Why didn't they have a computer record that I had paid? replied 5 months ago
    Many of our parking partners will now accept a copy of the receipt from a mobile device, with more coming on board all the time. Thank you for sharing your experience!

    We have used Payless many times but recently we were Appalled at the site of German roaches falling from the a/c unit and across the floor. It only takes one roach to hop on to our luggage to create an infestation at our home. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, no one seemed to care. These roaches are a proven health hazard and very difficult to Eradicate. Not sure we would use their services again in the future.

    The wait time on this occasion was exceptionally long, over 30 min. This is the first time that we have had an extended wait time for pickup after using this location for over 25 years. We have always been satisfied with Rainbow/Payless and we won't consider any other options unless it happens a second time.
