On other recommendations we tried your parking a 2nd time. The first experience was not as good. The first time we had to call for the shuttle 3 times and wait 45 minutes. I don't remember receiving a survey request last time.

My first experience with Payless was good so I chose to use them again for my recent trip. At drop off, things went well, other than the agent sneezing all over the paperwork. Pick up, on the other hand, left much to be desired. I called from the terminal and was told to wait at the pick up area, which we did. For over 30 minutes. Another call found a grumpy agent who questioned my timing and said a shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. Finally arriving at the parking lot, the driver almost refused to let us off the shuttle as we hadn't told him we were picking up a valet, despite the fact he never asked. The CS agent who gave me my keys slapped the bill down, turned her back and didn't say a word, although the body language suggested she didn't give a d*** about what I thought. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because they do offer a good military discount and the prices are reasonable. Despite that, I'll be using a different company in the future. Very disappointed.

Drop off was very easy, staff was very polite, shuttle was waiting for us to go to the airport and driver was very nice. Upon our return, I called for the shuttle, and was told a 'few minutes', and one was 'on the way', but we actually had to wait much longer than expected, and 5 or 6 other company shuttles came and went twice before ours came once. It didn't help that is was a breezy and rainy day to be standing outside. Otherwise it was a good experience, and our car was waiting for us at the check out counter when we arrived on the return shuttle. Nice touch, thanks. I would book with them again.

I have used PayLess for many years and have always found the service excellent. This time, though, the shuttle wait time was unacceptable. While I waited, I noticed several other parking shuttles turn over three times before the Payless shuttle arrived. This only after I called a second time. The driver was great, but the dispatcher/attendant seemed very harried and confused and didn't seem to know what he was doing. If he was new to the job, he should have been shadowed by an experienced employee. The customer checking out in front of me expressed similar frustration.
