Please pull up to the front of the office and the attendant will take your car. Free shuttle bus to the Airport. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time you would like to arrive at your airport terminal.

Payless Car Rental & Easy Airport Parking (formerly Ace Rent A Car) offers secure parking close to IND airport at a great price. As trusted operators they provide a professional service with free shuttle buses running between Payless Car Rental/Easy Airport Parking and Indianapolis Airport. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When you arrive please pull up to the front of the office and one of the parking attendants will transfer your luggage to the shuttle bus then take your car. On your return to Indianapolis Airport, please call 800-242-7368 for shuttle pickup. The shuttle bus comes upon request. Please proceed to Zone 5 of the Ground Transportation center for our pickup area.

    The only thing that did not go well was the drop off location, We were dropped off at what was later going to be our pickup location. This was very hard on part of our group as this required much walking before we could go to our check-in location. Previous lots we have used dropped us at the check-in location where we could get access to wheelchairs or at least have a short walk to the luggage and check-in location. on our return trip the pickup location is close to the baggage return area that worked fine. We think this should be addressed and we will check with you on the next trip to verify the drop-off location before booking with you.

    1. I'm pretty sure I did not leave my radio at the volume i found it to be on my return. 2. The wait for the shuttle post-travel (after 3 calls) was >30 minutes 3. It took 3 calls before we contacted a human @ ~650PM on a Sunday. Hope this is of help.

    Parking lot configuration was a bit confusing and different from my previous visits. Usually could pull straight forward to exit, but this time had to back out. Not a major problem though.

    Called at 10:52pm when flight landed. Was waiting in zone 3 as instructed by 11:07pm. Van showed up 11:39pm. I called two times to inquire about where the van was, one time no one picked up and the other a quick response, he's on his way and quickly hung up. When I mentioned to the driver it took 45 minutes he said he was there at 11:15, which was not true, I and another woman had both been standing there since 11:07pm. No van showed up at 11:15pm, outright lie. Not cool. Will use another service next time. Last time wait pickup time was 25 minutes.

    I arrived at 4:30 a.m. Monday morning as reserved and waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to the airport. There were 20 people waiting to go to the airport but only one shuttle! Returned Fridat evening at 7:30 and waited nearly 45 minutes for a pick up from the airport. This is not "easy airport" parking.

    I was greeted promptly as I arrived and the staff was courteous and professional. The shuttle was already waiting to take me to the airport. When I arrived back home, I only waited a matter of minutes before the shuttle arrived and my car was waiting for me ready to go! Great customer service! Will definitely use again!

    I gave a fair rating, just to balance out the good and the bad on both trips to the airport. I called for shuttle around 2:15 a.m. Nobody answered the first time. The 2nd time, I got an answer, and he said the driver would be there in 12-15 min. There was one other pick up of 3 people, beside me. The driver wasn't very friendly. I am in my 60's and I had a big piece of luggage. Before, the drivers would offer to put it in my car. This guy said and did nothing. I did give him a tip, but wondered why I did that afterwards. The guy in the office wasn't very friendly either. I know it was almost 3 a.m., and I had been up since 4 a.m. the day before, but I wasn't too tired to be friendly. Not the service I usually get from your company.

    Have used multiple times. Never had an experience like this. Couldn't get thru on the poor for pickup service. Staff didn't have my vehicle ready and then couldn't seem to find it (even tho I was trying to point it out to him). Also, when I got home I discovered keys to a rental car that was left on my passenger seat.

    Arrival went very smoothly. I have used this service 4-5 times prior. Picking up my car Sunday evening after arriving back in Indy was not so good. Only one person staffing the office and lot. Driver called in the ticket numbers but whoever took them in the office left. I had to wait 20 minutes before I could pay and get my car.
