Please pull up to the front of the office and the attendant will take your car. Free shuttle bus to the Airport. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time you would like to arrive at your airport terminal.

Payless Car Rental & Easy Airport Parking (formerly Ace Rent A Car) offers secure parking close to IND airport at a great price. As trusted operators they provide a professional service with free shuttle buses running between Payless Car Rental/Easy Airport Parking and Indianapolis Airport. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. When you arrive please pull up to the front of the office and one of the parking attendants will transfer your luggage to the shuttle bus then take your car. On your return to Indianapolis Airport, please call 800-242-7368 for shuttle pickup. The shuttle bus comes upon request. Please proceed to Zone 5 of the Ground Transportation center for our pickup area.

    We landed last night and called the number on the ticket at 7:20 p.m. We made our way to the Zone 3 Ground Transportation area. We did not get picked up until 8:05. I was presuming that the pickup time would be a lot sooner seeing as though the service was not that far away.

    I had no issues with dropping off my vehicle however when I returned it was a different story. I watched multiple Parking Garage vans from other companies pick people up while I waited and waited for the van to show up. The driver played his music loudly and messed with his phone while driving. He looked liked he was extremely tired and trying to keep himself awake. When I got to the parking lot office the place just looked dirty and the employees were sitting around looking at phones. The people have zero customer service. I will never use this company again and will ensure that no one I know or work with does either. Terrible experience.

    The gentleman that helped me when I first arrived was great, he brought paperwork out to my car so I didn't have to get my son out of the car. He told me everything I needed to know for when I got back. Getting back from my trip the shuttle was prompt, lady was a nice driver. I got back to Payless and had intentions on paying cash because of dollar amount I don't like using my debit card for low transactions and often pay cash for almost everything. I went to pay $40 cash for a $29.75 transaction for my parking was told they don't carry cash. I understand not carrying large sums of money, but cash is a staple and should be still be considered for a form of payment. So I ended up using my debit card, pulled all my luggage (roller bag, 2 back packs, stroller and my 2 year old child) all to my car at 11 pm at night. There were 4 people in the building where people were paying. Customer service would have been great if they were like the first gentleman I encountered when I arrived at Payless ( I wish I had his name) I understand you don't load an all that, but my review is to help better your business and you should consider paying attention to that. I will park at Payless again and can now be better prepared!

    I have used your location for parking my car many times. I think it was better when it was Ace and it was only $5 then. The drivers were more helpful with taking women's heavy bags to the parked car. I followed the instructions on my claim ticket and did the text. I got an instant reply saying the shuttle was on it's way. (This was at 11:40 p.m.) At midnight, I called and after many rings, I got an answer. He said they did not get the text. Why do you have it if it doesn't work, yet I got a reply. I would have felt somewhat better had he said they will have to check into that. When I got to your location, I again asked, and again told, we did not get the text. No accountability whatsoever. It does not give me a feeling of wanting to come back. I told him the other shuttle services came through 2-3 times while I waited 30 minutes for a ride. He claimed that the shuttle was there at 11:40. I don't believe it, but if it was, it must have pulled away from the spot right before 11:40. Again, no accountability, like that was supposed to make me feel better. There was another guy waiting there also at that time. I do tip the drivers, and both times the drivers were very nice, but I assume they are told not to assist women with their luggage to the car, which is only a few yards away. Ace drivers would take it to the car and load it also. I am 60+.

    The driver did not assist with putting my baggage in the trunk of my car. He set it at the back of my car while I went in and paid my bill, that was the last I saw of him. You usually provide better service than that and it was disappointing.

    The only thing that did not go well was the drop off location, We were dropped off at what was later going to be our pickup location. This was very hard on part of our group as this required much walking before we could go to our check-in location. Previous lots we have used dropped us at the check-in location where we could get access to wheelchairs or at least have a short walk to the luggage and check-in location. on our return trip the pickup location is close to the baggage return area that worked fine. We think this should be addressed and we will check with you on the next trip to verify the drop-off location before booking with you.

    1. I'm pretty sure I did not leave my radio at the volume i found it to be on my return. 2. The wait for the shuttle post-travel (after 3 calls) was >30 minutes 3. It took 3 calls before we contacted a human @ ~650PM on a Sunday. Hope this is of help.

    Called at 10:52pm when flight landed. Was waiting in zone 3 as instructed by 11:07pm. Van showed up 11:39pm. I called two times to inquire about where the van was, one time no one picked up and the other a quick response, he's on his way and quickly hung up. When I mentioned to the driver it took 45 minutes he said he was there at 11:15, which was not true, I and another woman had both been standing there since 11:07pm. No van showed up at 11:15pm, outright lie. Not cool. Will use another service next time. Last time wait pickup time was 25 minutes.
