Upon my arrival back home, my car had several scratches on the driver's door and bumper, not sure how it happened, but they weren't on there when I dropped it off. I won't park in a place where someone else parks my car. I will always park it myself.
The actual lot is secure and the shuttle driver Dave was very nice. The staff inside the location need customer service and have no sense of urgency. The gentleman that assisted me on my return could care less about assisting me and took forever to go get my car.
I came back late and called them and they had my car waiting for me.
Ask for car wash they rinsed it off left water spots all over didn't even dry it 14.95 disgrace I won't ever go back or anybody that works for me or I know we use you at least once a week

The lot attendandts/counter personnel were rude. When we arrived to drop off the vehicle they seemed to be more interested in each other & their phones rather then taking care of their customers. My experience with your counter personnel to pick up my car was not pleasant. Our international flight back was delayed 3 times when we finally managed to get a flight into Miami. When we landed in Miami we found out our connection to Philly was also delayed. When I called to alert your employee of this change (which was no fault of ours) he was downright rude to me on the phone, telling me that you close between 12 & 4am & that someone would stay if they absolutely HAD to,or we could simply come back at 4 am to get our car! Just exactly how was that going to work. Plus, I still had a 2 1/2 hour drive home. I do want to say that your shuttle drivers were fantastic! Both were very pleasant & friendly.
My vehicle was washed on the outside but on the inside it stunk and smelled like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. I am not not NOT! PLEASED AT ALL!!! Why should I pick up my car and have it reak of smoke. When I don't smoke. And my car was left unlocked. . Won't be using this company again!
Shuttle was late. I will not use it again
Driver throw luggage and damaged it in the process, very poor customer service
Parking lot was too small with cars everywhere making difficult for customers to get in. Confuse to find the place because it says "Rental" and "Parking" is not seeing, so customers get confuse.
Had gas siphoned from my tank during the stay. Never will again stay at a place where you must leave the key.
The shuttle drivers were amazing, courteous and fast. Our car had not been washed but we were compensated for that and overall had a good experience. We would use Payless again.
waited too long in line just to drop my keys off and head to the airport. many people in line were renting cars. will probably not come back again.

I was delayed for over 1 hour when I came to pick my car. I believe you need additional staff to man the computers at night. Secondly, my car was not found immediately. Your staff spent over 30 minutes looking for my car.
The reason that I didn't rate Payless five stars is due to the fact that you have not updated your direections to your parking lot. You have "recently" moved - about a YEAR ago. The people and service were wonderful. I arrived in Philly at 11:50 (late plane), called Payless and had my car in ten minutes. It doesn't get any better than that! Thanks!
