    This was the first time I used The Spot thru this reservation site. I quit using them after I found your site. I've never had any other problems with your site or any of the lots I have used. The Spot attendent, however, did not know how to charge me since I was an hour late returning - so he charged me an extra day. This is why I quit usung the Spot in the first place. Someone should tell them their lots, shuttles and drivers are great - but their service at checkout or trying to reach someone to help is terrible.

    The online reservation process was excellent, however when I went to leave the lot and pay, the attendant refused to honor the reservation price. As no manager was on site to help resolve the issue, I was made to back my car out of the line and wait for a manager to be called to the lot. I was then made to re-enter the line at the end of the line, then the manager honored the price when my turn came back up at the window. In all, I was made to wait over 40 minutes in order to have the matter resolved and the reservation price honored. This was completely unacceptable.

    The directions from the receipt email were confusing. We saw three different 143 exits (a,b,c) and the directions did not specify which one to take. When we tried to call the office for directions, we used the number listed on the reservation receipt email. After about the third conversation with the person who answered the phone, we realized we had called the wrong location, although the phone number listed was under the address of the location at which we had made resvation. This is how it was listed: 4040 E. Van Buren St. Phoenix, AZ 85008 602-267-8780 Please change this so it is accurate! Fortunately we made our flight on time. Person who answered phone at Van Buren location was great and hustled us thru when we arrived at lot, shuttle was waiting for us, so all in all it worked out okay.

    We live in Montana and winter in AZ so multiple use of your facility isn't something we would do more than once or twice Maximum, but is nice to have the facility to use.

    The directions to the terminal pick up point were not very complete. It's a little difficult to shuffle all of your bags around trying to find out where to go & stand. Drivers & "checkers" were just great. Thanks!

    The men who drove the shuttles are extremely polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my transfers went smoothely. I appreciate their help very much since air travel is so confusing for me sometimes.
