You can exit the North Side of the airport and wait for a shuttle in the blue diamond area. My 3 year old apparently dropped her tiara by our car and one of the attendants placed it on our windshield securing it under one of our windshield wipers. It was such a nice surprise to find her tiara when we came to get our car after our trip :)
The shuttle pick ups are frequent and the turn around times are quick.
Everything went ok with the exception that I was trying to leave when the shift was about to leave (12:00am) I had to wait several minutes until the new clerk "opened her drawer". I was not clear if I had to pay for another day or not

The person I talked to on the phone to set up the reservation was short and impatient. However she guided me to the Parking Spot 2 and thats where I made my reservation. The parking spot 2 is amazing. I highly recommend it, will tell others about it and will use it again myself.!!! A+!!!!
Parking spots seem to be smaller. Shuttle buses don't go to all the Parking Spot lots so you have to wait for a specific bus. Checking out was a challenge since I prepaid for 1 day it took me a while to get the corrected invoice figured out.
The Spot 2 parking lot attendants and drivers were very curtious and helpful. I left my wallet in my vehicle and the shuttle came back to get me promptly so I would not miss my flight. I really appreciated their service.
This was the first time I used The Spot thru this reservation site. I quit using them after I found your site. I've never had any other problems with your site or any of the lots I have used. The Spot attendent, however, did not know how to charge me since I was an hour late returning - so he charged me an extra day. This is why I quit usung the Spot in the first place. Someone should tell them their lots, shuttles and drivers are great - but their service at checkout or trying to reach someone to help is terrible.
The online reservation process was excellent, however when I went to leave the lot and pay, the attendant refused to honor the reservation price. As no manager was on site to help resolve the issue, I was made to back my car out of the line and wait for a manager to be called to the lot. I was then made to re-enter the line at the end of the line, then the manager honored the price when my turn came back up at the window. In all, I was made to wait over 40 minutes in order to have the matter resolved and the reservation price honored. This was completely unacceptable.
We took advantage of a discount. After a long day traveling, we appreciated a bottle of cold water.
The directions from the receipt email were confusing. We saw three different 143 exits (a,b,c) and the directions did not specify which one to take. When we tried to call the office for directions, we used the number listed on the reservation receipt email. After about the third conversation with the person who answered the phone, we realized we had called the wrong location, although the phone number listed was under the address of the location at which we had made resvation. This is how it was listed: 4040 E. Van Buren St. Phoenix, AZ 85008 602-267-8780 Please change this so it is accurate! Fortunately we made our flight on time. Person who answered phone at Van Buren location was great and hustled us thru when we arrived at lot, shuttle was waiting for us, so all in all it worked out okay.
The agent at the gagte offered me a bottle of water-what a nice touch!
