    Took too long to find my car. It had been moved from its original location and the ticket was not updated with the new location. After a long flight, circling the lot searching for your car is not fun.

    when I called for pickup upon arrival back in Boston I was told to go to the first lane and wait - WRONG - the first lane at C is for taxis only - after waiting quite a while I realized I needed to be at the 2nd lane

    Shuttle drivers are excellent and courteous. Parking lot attendants at booth are kind of rude. Parking lot is kind of narrow.

    I've noticed that on my 2 most recent trips the pick up (from Terminal C) was not prompt. I've had to wait for 20-30 minutes for pick-up.

    There was a delay and difficulty getting out of the parking lot in a timely manner because it was so packed. I understand that this was vacation week, and it may have been a peak time for the lot.

    Usually dependable but our last visit was terrible. Upon arrival at Logan we called the dispatcher and he asked "What Airline?". I said we flew Delta but it was an International Flight. He said to wait by the Red Sign Commuter Pick Up area and a shuttle would be right there. Waited 20 minutes and he said that 3 shuttles have been there and left. I said he did not see any. He asked if we were at the Pick up spot. I said yes. Waited another 20 minutes. No Shuttle.. Called again. Dispatcher was rude and said we were at the International Terminal, not the Delta terminal. I said that what I told him. he said I lied. We got picked up. Very angry cashier, very rude, did not care about helping customers. Wanted to charge me for an extra hour.
