    Absolutely terrible experience with park plus. The ride to the airport was quick and easy, but when it came time to pick us up from our flight they took 45 minutes to pick us up, and we were the first pickup. This place is less than 10 minutes from the airport, there is no reason we should be waiting in the cold for that long. Then the shuttle proceeded to stop at two other terminals, fine I get it, other people need rides too. It took over an hour to get back to the lot, and once we got there they didn't have our car ready. Apparently they tagged it wrong and had no idea where to find it. I watched as one employee walked around the entire parking lot, trying to use the remote key (which doesn't work) to find our car. At this point I asked if they have ever given our refunds for this sort of thing and the women at the counter completely ignored me. I mean, she didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to her. This was something that should have taken about 20-30 minutes and by the end of it, it had been an hour and twenty. We were completely behind schedule and parkplus could not have cared any less, nor did they bother to apologize at any point. Thanks parkplus

    When we got back the inside of the car was really dirty. I think they should be more carefull when they are parking the car and getting ready for us. Everything else was good but I was very disappointed that the car was that dirty.

    We used Park Plus in Oct. 2013 for a week trip out of town. The staff was very kind. The shuttle van was 30 feet from our car drop off and within five minutes we were udner way for a five minute ride to our terminal. On return we called for the pick up when we had our luggage. They came within ten minutes. At the parking area our van had already been pulled up to the van and we were under way within ten minutes. I would definately use Park Plus again.

    The service was great on the way to the airport. We had a little trouble finding the lot. We don't really know our way around by the airport. On the way back, we had to wait almost 40 minutes for the shuttle. 4 "Parking Spot" shuttles went by and 9 buses while we were waiting. We had already been delayed 3 hours by Jet Blue and really needed to get home, but could not hear the woman on the phone, she didn't know what the Jet Blue terminal was, and then we waited a very long time for the shuttle to come. That we were disappointed in.

    Used Park Plus once before, had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Was not happy. This trip i thought to give you guys one more chance. You nailed it. The shuttle picked me up one minute after I hit the curb and the driver was great!! The driver the first time did not apologize when I asked him why he was late. In fact he didn't even answer me!!

    Great experience . $10 dollars a day ! Price that nobody could bit up . People who work there are very friendly. Nice and on-time delivery to and out of the terminal . Came over to pick me up in a few minutes after I called. Helped with my luggage . The car was ready to go upon my arrival. I will be perking there again. My nephew followed my advice to park in the same place and he was satisfied too.

    Thie was my first time in long-term parking at JFK so I read all the reviews of all the lots. They all seemed to have their share of good and bad reviews and this one was $5 cheaper. We were staying for two weeks so the savings was substantial. Our experience was great. I paid online and when we got there, I handed them my printout and we hopped on the shuttle. Leave plenty of time to get to your terminal because if the shuttle is full and everyone is going to a different terminal, it can take some time. When we returned home we called them and they were there in 10 minutes. Driver was nice and shuttles, clean. Waited only 10 minutes for the car when we got back. I'd definitely use them again.

    We are not frequent fliers and we had to travel quite a distance to catch our flight out of JFK to HNL. We were running a little late and so I was a bit nervous. Driver got everything out of our car quick as a flash and we were on our way in minutes. The driver gave us the advice to take a photo of our claim ticket in case we misplaced it on our return, and sure enough we did! That was such a good idea that I would not have thought of. Upon return, we had a wait of many 15 minutes and our car was warmed up and waiting for us--it's a good thing too, since we had just come from the 82 degree weather of Hawaii to the 31 degree weather of NYC! All this at a very reasonable price!

    I arrived back from my trip at 5 am. My car was not ready when I arrived at the lot. Thy informed me my battery was dead which was quite curious because I had anew battery put in my car poor to the trip. They were vey vague about why it happened. I will or park there again.

    this was the best long-term parking at jfk for the money, hands down. we paid $136 for eleven days. the shuttles are modern and clean and the drivers courteous. we dropped off our car, hopped on the shuttle and were at the airport in five minutes. when we arrived back at jfk, the shuttle was waiting to pick us up. when we returned to the lot, our car was running, the heat was on and the doors were open and ready for our luggage. a great experience! i can't recommend park plus enough!

    We have just one criticism. We got our bags, left the terminal, and called the parking lot from "Section C" outside the terminal. The attendant insisted that we had to walk to "Section A," in order to be picked up by the shuttle. Section A was some 100 yards away, we had heavy bags to carry, we are a little bit older, and we were pretty tired after a long flight, but rather than argue, we carried everything to Section A. However, because the pick-up lane is a one-way street, the shuttle that picked us up at Section A had to drive right by Sections B and C. I think that in a large airport like JFK the attendants should be a little more accommodating.

    Awesome service! drop off was great,pick up terrific. Upon our return, our car was waiting with doors open for luggage which driver handled, to be loaded and off we went. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again!
