Upon our return, the attendants hadmisplaced our keys. It took an hour of angst before they would let me in to look through their disorganized system to see if I could recognize them. They were very unpleasant and tried to blame me for this confusion!

On our trip to the airport, the shuttle driver told us to "make it snappy" from our car because two people were waiting in the shuttle. On our trip back to the lot from the airport, we had to wait a good 20 minutes at the pickup point and maybe longer for the shuttle to arrive even though both we and another passenger had called to say we were there. Once in the shuttle, the other passenger remarked we had waited a long time and wanted to go home. The driver responded, "I want to go home too."

The only complaint we have, was the time it took to be picked up. We were walking across the street to the pick up point, when we saw the shuttle and he drove off. It would seem that if you are called that you would wait a few minutes to get there. My dad had a walker. Other than that it was good. 2 other people waiting with us had the same complaint.
