    The fee for parking seemed fair and reasonable to me, the shuttle was able to take me to the airport promptly (as well as pick me up promptly on my return), and my car seemed to be safe and sound and in the same condition in which I'd left it on my return.

    The parking space was adequate - end space so easy to get our van in and out. The employees were great! We had immediate pick up going to the airport and returning to the parking lot. Thank you very much for providing this service. We certainly will park with you again.

    Park N' Travel on Coleman Ave, San Jose on 4/25 - NEVER ANSWERED the phone when I called for pickup btween 11:45 and 1:00 pm. I gave up after calling for at least 45 mins. I ended up calling a neighbor to come get me at Terminal A and "drop me" at the Park N' Travel where I walked to my car. No reason was given by the booth/lot attendant for not answering the phone. I saw 3 shuttles sitting in the parking lot. I travel a lot -- and won't back after such awful service.

    I find it frustrating that I need to print my invoice in order to use your lot. I do not have a printer. Why isnt my reservation # not enough for the representative? They have no problem printing my receipt on my way out. Seems like an odd customer request, in the age of technology. replied 2 weeks 5 days ago

    We had a problem with the driver yesterday when we returned from our trip. We are over 80 years old & over the past years using your service, the driver would take us in the bus directly next to our car and put our baggage into our trunk. We greatly appreciated this help, and we generously tipped him. Yesterday the driver was not interested in doing this. Maybe this was a new job to him & he did not understand the help we needed. We also saw him reluctantly help an older woman find her car that had been valet parked & the wrong number was put on her receipt. He acted like it was her fault & wanted her to walk the parking lot looking for it. It was finally found, but the driver was distressed that he had to spend time looking for it.

    Not happy about the time it took to get picked up by the shuttle bus over 40 minutes. Also, the phone to call the shuttle bus didn't work. no answer or busy signal

    Your parking spaces were very small - we drive a nice car and had a rese - it was a struggle to find a place. I finally found one but was unsettled about leaving my car there for fear of having it damaged due to zig zag parking :(
