  My friend and I were going to Vegas for her birthday so she had purchased the Tippr deal online for $18 for 3 days. The voucher indicated that she needed reservations to use it so she did. When we arrive she gives her name for the reservation and she mentions she would like to use the Tippr voucher. They told her that you cannot use the Tippr voucher with the reservation because they are already giving you a discount for making a reservation. After about 10 minutes of trying to communicate that we would rather use the voucher than take advantage of reservation discount we have to show email correspondence indicating we needed a reservation for the voucher. Finally, after reluctantly letting us use the voucher we go to our parking spot. They too requested that we leave they keys to the car with them, which we refused to do. Overall it was a very frustrating situation. When we got back my friend wrote the manager complaining about the experience in which he replied with some strange math and offered her a whopping grand total refund of $4. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!

  We parked here because of the price and no negative reviews. Once we found the place we realized that it had to be brand new. We made a reservation online and paid a deposit. When we showed up we were 5 cars back and it took 5 minutes per car to get through all the paperwork (same paperwork that was filled out for the reservation) and then pay the remaining balance. We weren't really sure why we paid a deposit when we had to pay in full once there anyway. We were then told to park the car and bring them the key (not an option). It took us a half an hour total from arrival to getting to the airport. Absolutely ridiculous. When we arrived back I called the phone number on the parking stub. It was an automated system and hung up on me 3 times before I finally made it to the end. We went out and waited for the shuttle. We met up with another gentleman who had just called for pickup also. We waited over 20 minutes for the first shuttle to arrive. When it did it arrived full and we were told that we had never called, but a second shuttle would be there in the next 5 minutes. So 10 minutes later the second shuttle arrives and takes us to the lot. Surprisingly there was our car waiting for us (interesting since I never called). We grabbed our keys and left. 5 minutes after we had left I received a call on my cell phone asking if we were still at the airport (Wow, they are really on top of things). The interesting thing is that they called me on my cell phone, from which I had made the original 4 calls to get picked up (The calls that according to the driver I never made). Total time from the first call until we left the lot - 50 minutes. What a joke! I will NEVER recommend this lot nor will I ever use it again!

  We decided to park here because it was a cheaper price, and I didn't see any bad reviews. Getting there is tough if you aren't familiar with the area though! Once we finally found the lot to park the car, things were fine. The two gentlemen that were working were polite and courteous. Their systems were down, so they had to do everything by hand. We were told that the valet option was the same price, and that the car would be running and ready to go when we got back to Seattle. When we returned to Seattle, we tried to call the number to get a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We got an automated system that hung up on us the 4 times we tried calling. Lucky for us though, there were others that had called for a shuttle from there so that was nice. When we arrived back at the lot to pick up the car, it was not ready, it took the guy forever to find the keys to our car, and then he said we needed to pay (when we paid when we dropped off the car). Their systems were down. Totally unbelievable. Our car was not ready and running, as we were told earlier. On top of this, the guy that was behind the counter was rude and went to find our car but that took him a good 10 minutes. When he finally brought us the car, the windows were frozen over, the heat wasn't on. He jumped out of the car and walked quickly back to the building. Not that he would have received a tip anyway. I will NEVER recommend this lot to ANYONE. DO NOT PARK HERE.
