We will no longer be using ParkNJet. After many years of using their service we were very disappointed. Previously we were able to valet park for a slightly higher rate. We were not given that option this time, but were still charged the higher rate. The parking lot was overly full; had many potholes; had not been cleared of snow. Due to cars that were parked in the lane and not actual parking spots as well as the snow behind our car, we had to maneuver back and forth several times to get out of our spot. We have previously recommended ParknJet to our friends and family; we will no longer be doing so. There are many parking options near O'Hare, we will be choosing a different one for our next trip.

at midnight Christmas night, after 4 days on vacation, our debit card did not go through. The attendant was totally rude and unsympathetic. Finally we were able to contact American Express for a special charge, but this rude guy was perfectly willing to sit there with a smirk and let us stay all night without any help. We offered to write a check, mail one, send it later, and everything possible. We were at our wits end and he was just a rude jerk, treating us like we were trying to stiff the company. He even threatened to call the police on us if we left without paying..which we could not do. ...and all on Christmas. As embarrassing as it was to have our card not process ( over our limit due to Christmas) it is not our custom to not pay, and we were driving a nice car, just returning from an expensive vacation. We will never use that company ever again. And we WILL speak against it. ParknJet NEVER.

No problems with the price tag and the staff - they charged me as was promised (cheap) and picked up from the airport very fast. But the parking lot is very crowded, cars are parked very close - so when we were back in 2 weeks to pick up the car I found a new scratch on the bumper.

Second time we parked there. Second time the attendent tried to rip us off on the balance due when we left the lot. The first time I bought the "oops, sorry I made a mistake". Second time it becomes a pattern and the guy was nasty about it. I won't park there again. Advice to others - know exactly what your balance is and have a copy of your receipt handy.

Car drop off was great! Courteous driver and attendant! Pickup from airport was terrible, took a long time. We called once our baggage was picked and when we were walking thru the doors your driver was leaving. The attendant was very rude to me when I called to get driver back. Not courteous at all.

The shuttle was packed going to the airport and the driver tried to add more passengers by having children in parent's lap. I don't think you need to pack people that tightly into a shuttle. I had to move over people to get out.

I waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes after my flight. Then the shuttle driver just sat there at the pick-up location. I called and the person was rude that I spoke to. I will never use this service again. Another customer, when asked, said it was her first time with this service and it was simply "taking too long" and she wasn't going to use it again either.

The shuttle taking us to the airport was only a short wait, but coming back from the airport, we waited about 45 minutes at 1 AM, so traffic couldn't be blamed.

Our driver on the way to the airport was fantastic. Interacted with everyone, positive, and upbeat. The driver on the way back didn't say a word. The lot was full of snow which made it hard to park, and when we returned, snow had been piled up behind our car and it took us 20 minutes to dig out.

After arriving at O'Hare at 12:40AM, I wasn't inthused about walking a mile to get to my shuddle and then to have to wait another 1/2 hour to be picked up. The pick-up at the airport was very inconvienent.

The only complaint is with how many people were picked up by the shuttle. There were 14 passengers in a vehicle meant to hold 10 - 12. We had children and adults sitting in each others laps. This was very dangerous. It was not the drivers fault. He h

I will not likely use Park and Jet again. It was very crowded and the cars were parked all over the place. Turns were tight and it was generally messy. I also think they should not report they are located 0 miles from the airport. This is misleading.

The direction and service was very good. The shuttle bus was prompt and would consider using this service again. I would suggest valet parking, everything was up and running when we returned for pick up. Our car was cleaned off and warmed up for us.
