Park N Jet-1 provide an excellent service at competitive rates and is located close to Seattle Airport. Our team of parking attendants are professional and courteous and will ensure the highest levels of customer care. Park N Jet-1 parking lot is safe, paved, fenced, well lit and open 24 hours a day. Shuttle services are available 24 hours a day for free and car care services are available for an extra fee, please inquire about these when you arrive at the lot. Vehicles longer than 17 feet (Including accessories) will be charged an additional $2.00/day. Vehicles longer than 19 feet (Including accessories), pick up trucks with crew cab, four doors, or dual rear wheels will be charged an additional $4.00/day. Vehicles longer than 21 feet can not be accepted at this lot. Please arrive at Park N Jet-1 Parking 25 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the SEA terminal. Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival and pay in advance. You will be directed to a parking space after you have paid. For pick-up at Seattle Airport, please wait at Parking Garage Level 3 at the Airport Pick-up area. Call 206-241-6600.

    I will never use this company again. The website and prices is what caught my eye. When dropping off the car, the surrounding are a bit uncomfortbale. The check-in guy was very impersonable to say the least. He seemed to hate his job just as much as the sight of me, my young child and husband needing service. He spoke terrible English and communication was horribly rude. Upon picking up our car, it was even worse! I was verbally scolded by a different check-out guy in front of my young child about needing my ticket before I could get my keys. We prepaid when we dropped of, by the way. It is very disappointing to experience such horrible people when traveling with your family.

    The experience was average. The check in process did take longer than most of the other lots and the wait time for the shuttle pick up from the airport was also longer than most.

    RETRACTION AND APOLOGY ! I falsely accused (someone at) Park n' Jet of having stolen my GPS from the glovebox while my car was in their lot. It was not stolen at all... having been removed by us at home. Park n' Jet performed perfectly in all aspects of their service to us. I recommend them and would certainly use them again, although with some embarrassment.

    The phone operator was very hard to understand the individual spoke poor English and when asking questions did not seem to be very interested in helping me but rather seem more concerned with wanting to get off the phone. The driver who arrived to pick me and my party up at the air port when asking for our ticket number information was extremely rude about doing it when making the request he proceeded to shout in an extremely rude and mean spirited manner acting like all he wanted to do was collect his pay check and didn't care about how he treated people and didn't care how he spoke towards people and as a result proceeded to continue to speak that way towards other customers who appeared to look just as annoyed as I was in my opinion. This person was extremely unprofessional and conducted himself in a totally unacceptable way! The only positive thing about the service in general seemed to be the price which is very reasonable and extremely fair.

    I will never use these people again. The driver scolded me for not flagging him down the way he would have liked when he picked me up and acted like he was doing me a big favor giving me a ride. Very aggressive and a total jerk.

    This was the first time I've left my car in long term parking. And, it is something I plan to do again in the future. The people in the office were very nice and accommodating. The van drivers were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the whole experience.

    Upon arriving they didn't have our reservations and weren't very helpful to locate the reservations, didn't offer any solutions. Luckily I printed off the reservation form. But having the car pulled up and ready when we got back was great!

    The clerk at check-in on the parking lot was plain rude. I chose to ignore it and be on my way ... Upon return, the shuttle took almost 30 minutes to pick me up. A real test.

    Your driver had a blue tooth device in his ear, however got a call on another phone and drove around one handed. I appreciate some professionalism from you drivers to at least obey cell phone laws

    I have parked here a few times over the years because of the low rates. It is always a long wait at the airport when I return, while several of each of the competitors buses go by. I decided to try them again recently, unfortunately. I arrived at the lot before the shuttle arrived, but still had to wait while they handed out keys to the returnees, and then the shuttle left without me! Needless to say, I was an unhappy camper for the next 30 minutes while I waited for the shuttle to return. Bottom line, they're trying to run this operation with too few employees/shuttles.
