Please arrive at Park N Jet Lot-2 Parking 15-20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival and pay in advance. You will be directed to a parking space. PLEASE NOTE: Refund will NOT be issued if you return early.

Park N Jet-2 provides great service with competitive rates, located close to Seattle Airport.  Park N Jet-2 parking lot is safe, paved, fenced, well lit and open 24 hours a day. Shuttle services are available 24 hours a day for free and car care services are available for an extra fee, please inquire about these when you arrive at the lot. Vehicles longer than 17 feet (Including accessories) will be charged an additional $2.00/day. Vehicles longer than 19 feet (Including accessories), pick up trucks with crew cab, four doors, or dual rear wheels will be charged an additional $4.00/day. Vehicles longer than 21 feet can not be accepted at this lot. Please arrive at Park N Jet-2 Parking 25 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the SEA terminal. Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival and pay in advance. You will be directed to a parking space after you have paid.

    Great experience overall! I'll be coming back. The valet service is the best - your car is ready to go once you get back with the shuttle. No paperwork or looking around the lot. Just get off the shuttle and go. The staff was very friendly, the shuttles are new and comfortable, and you get free coffee and tea in the waiting area.

    Drop off was quick and easy. We didn't have to wait for a van. When we returned, I tried texting but couldn't figure out the exact format and kept getting an auto reply that said "invalid syntax". Instead I called and entered in my car claim ticket number. A van arrived within 5 minutes and when we got to the lot, our car was ready and waiting for us. It was super easy and the best pricing that we could find. We will use Park and Jet 2 again.

    When leaving for my trip. I arrived and was met by attendant. Check in took less than a minute. Waited about 3 minutes for shuttle. Upon return I used my cell to call, entered my information and was picked up within 5 minutes and car was waiting for me when we arrived at the lot 5 minutes later. Awesome!! I will use this service again and have already referred friends!! LOVED IT!!

    Theit telephone answering system could be improved. If one has misplaced or lost your receipt, there is not an option to get to a love person...or at least give them your last name to locate record. Shuttle wait time could be improved.

    I was charged extra $ for my truck. I didn't feel this was fair as my spot was not any larger than the 2 spots on either side of me. Basically I was put in a regular spot but charged more $ than the spots directly next to me.

    I've used this lot a couple of times and am pleased with the service. The drop off is easy, particularly valet parking. Shuttles were frequent enough, I think we waiting 15mins or so which I thought was reasonable given the price and location of the lot and we arrived just as a shuttle was leaving. The return pick up was just as easy, I called as I left baggage claim and it took about 15-20minutes from the time I called to reaching my car, including wait time and journey time. My car was waiting for me and ready to go.

    I waited 25 minute for a shuttle. When I get to the parking lot/ to my car, I see three ppl in the office chatting. One of the three guys could have drove the van to pick me up. Also they told me the keys were in the car. The keys were not in the car. The staff had the keys the whole time.

    upon arriving a the parking lot I dropped my keys off at the counter and the attendant starts helping another customer. After helping them for 5-10 minutes, while I was standing at the counter. He finally turns to me and says your done. He could have told me that before he started helping the other customer. On the way to the airport the driver was looking at his cell phone the whole time. I'm not really sure how he stayed on the road. PUT THE CELL PHONE DOWN AND DRIVE. I will probably not use this company again because of that. Upon arriving at the airport the driver seemed most concerned about getting the bags off the shuttle then letting the customers get off the shuttle first. When I arrived back at the airport from my trip I quickly scanned my email and did not see any instructions for getting picked up from the airport. Later I found out this is because Arrival and Pickup is combined into one section. The last thing someone wants to do after arriving home from a trip is to read a full 2 page email to figure out where to be picked up. This should have it's own section clearly marked. After arriving back at the parking lot I walk into the office and I was asked if I has a quick question. I said I'm here to pick up. I was asked if my car was out there. It was. They said I was ready to go. It would have been nice if the staff explained to me how the pick up process would work when I dropped my car off, of course they were more concerned about help another customer before they were finished with me.

    I came across this lot for a last-minute trip, and it was priced cheaper than other lots, so I thought I would give it a try. The lot was relatively easy to find, but it is situated farther from the airport than other lots. This would not be a big deal if the shuttles ran regularly, but ended up being a major inconvenience. Despite calling ahead when I landed, I still waited over 30 minutes from when I got to the shuttle pickup location. I believe there was only one shuttle running that day, and there were at least 3 shuttles sitting at their lot completely unused. I understand that there are cost concerns with running multiple shuttles at all times, and that I was able to park at this lot for a cheaper rate because of their attention to lowering costs, but I'm not going to pretend that these lots are not huge money makers for the owners regardless of the overhead. In conclusion, the shuttle wait times were a major inconvenience that will prevent me from parking at this lot again.

    Upon my return, I followed the directions on the ticket. I had to wait for 3 shuttles because the first two shuttles were full. This resulted in a 30 minutes wait time for the shuttle. Meanwhile, while I waited, I saw countless other shuttles from the other parking lots. This lot needs to invest in more shuttles.

    We arrived at the airport at 1am and when we were taken to the lot, there was a car parked behind my car. The driver had to get the key and move the car...took about ten minutes. When we exited the lot, the gate bar was across the road. I had to get out and find the attendant to have him open the gate. We were at Lot 2 at Seatac.

    I've never parked my car and taken a shuttle to the airport at all. I have also never been to Park & Jet 2 and it came recommended from a friend. It was easy to find, the staff were great and helped explain the process. I forgot that they had given me a ticket so when I called to get picked up and it asked for the number I just put the first 5 digits of my reservation number in it, and the guy was trying to locate who that belonged to and I let him know it was me all he asked for was my name and my car was waiting there for me. It really was one of the best experiences I've had!
