Please arrive at Park N Jet Lot-2 Parking 15-20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival and pay in advance. You will be directed to a parking space.

Park N Jet-2 provides great service with competitive rates, located close to Seattle Airport.  Park N Jet-2 parking lot is safe, paved, fenced, well lit and open 24 hours a day. Shuttle services are available 24 hours a day for free and car care services are available for an extra fee, please inquire about these when you arrive at the lot. Vehicles longer than 17 feet (Including accessories) will be charged an additional $2.00/day. Vehicles longer than 19 feet (Including accessories), pick up trucks with crew cab, four doors, or dual rear wheels will be charged an additional $4.00/day. Vehicles longer than 21 feet can not be accepted at this lot. Please arrive at Park N Jet-2 Parking 25 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the SEA terminal. Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival and pay in advance. You will be directed to a parking space after you have paid.

    I was running late upon arrival to park due to traffic. Parking attendant got me in very quickly and the shuttle driver waited for me to park and hustle in before heading to the airport. Return trip was just as easy and quick.

    Lot is a bit far from the airport. Probably about an extra five minutes compared to other parking providers. Was disappointed that the drivers were not very proactive with baggage. We had to hand up bags as the drivers stayed up on top of the shuttle steps and did not get off. Customer comfort was lacking.

    We use this lot every time. Staff is always friendly, the waiting room is always clean, nice shuttles, and it's nice when you come home yourun car is running and waiting for you

    We have used your lot before with the same results. Not sure if we will use your lot again. The issue is the shuttle driver. He is not friendly or helpful. In addition to being cold and non communicative, we witnessed a lady with a baby, struggling to get her stroller in to the shuttle with her baby in her arms while he stood right next to her and just watched. the last time, the driver just took us out to our car, this time, we had to ask and he was like "Well, I guess I can drive you out there" like it was a big inconvenience. We are considering using a different lot in the future because of the driver of the shuttle. Thanks, Steven

    Easy to book online. Pay up front better than paying as you leave. The assigned spot we were given was R63. This spot is 2 rows from the back of the parking area. When we arrived, the attendant said, “wait at your car for the shuttle to pick you up. Please do not walk to the booth.” We waited for 5 minutes and the shuttle picked us up. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle stopped at the parking entrance, and other passengers started to leave the shuttle. The driver did not say anything. I asked the driver if we were going back to the car. He said “no, everyone gets out here and walks to their car.” My wife and I had to take our 4 pieces of luggage approximately 2 blocks to our car. This is the first time I parked a car at SeaTac. When I parked at Phoenix, San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, and Chicago, the driver always bought us right to the car or at designated drop off points throughout the lot. I never had to walk past more than a dozen or so parking spots to get to my car. I was not impressed. A great experience was ruined by what felt like: “We don’t care anymore. We have your money.” Please tell your shuttle drivers to explain the process. There may be others like me who never used your service before. I was disappointed. I am going to book parking for Christmas and, although your location is fairly convenient and cost friendly, I will now have to search for an alternate parking site. I work in Customer Service Management and reward great customer service with future business and write reviews to match my experience. Good Customer Service is getting more difficult to find and when I find it, I go out of my way to tell others and support the establishment whenever I experience someone who gets it and cares about their customer.

    My husband forgot his wallet in our van and didn't realize it until we got off the shuttle at the airport. We called and he got on the next shuttle back to the lot, then back to the airport again. We were very thankful for the extra help and appreciated the timely driver.

    The morning that I dropped of my car, I was the first one in line at the check-in window. My reservation had already been made weeks previously, and all that needed to be done at check-in was to run my credit card. This was a such a frustratingly slow process; I don't understand how that could take 10+ minutes. Upon arriving back in Seattle after my trip, I waited 22 minutes for a shuttle after calling to request. Once on board the shuttle, the driver was very cordial, but he was texting on his phone the ENTIRE drive back to the Park-N-Jet lot. Unnerving!! I have used this parking lot service several times in the past, and have always been satisfied, but will likely NOT be using again.

    On return, someone else's name was associated with my reservation so there was a delay in getting my car back which involved having to photocopy my driver's license and some intense questioning. The office staff was rather disorganized.

    I would rate you a 5 but I think at $6.99 there are other place I could park for less. $5.99 is what I feel is the right price. Now, having said that, I still plan on parking with you. I like supporting your small business. Peace and thats for making travel fun. Maybe offer more coupons.

    Regarding Park N Jet Lot #2: Last night (Sept. 15th), I waited almost an hour at the airport to get picked up. I had to call the dispatch twice, then almost a third time, before a VERY crowded van finally came around. Then, when I tried to flag the van down, I had to run out right in front him, forcing him to stop. There was barely any room to even stand up. Park N Jet #2 should send out vans MORE FREQUENTLY, if it is a busy night.
