Arrived at lot 11/17/2012. Immediately got into shuttle. Driver very friendly and courteous. Arrived at pier - no problems. Picked back up on Dec. 1st. Shuttle was at pier and again our driver was friendly and courteous and found our car, put our luggage in our car and off we were. The cold water upon checkout was much appreciated.

Once we got our luggage from the ship to the convenient curbside pickup location, the shuttle showed up with in 3 minutes, the driver loaded our bags, took us to our car and loaded the bags into the car. This experience could not have been better.

Apparently, my van's battery must have died (4-5 years old) and the clock and radio were not functional. Had to find a Honda dealer to reset them. It would have been nice if someone had let us know what happened. Other than that, all was well.

Arrival Info:
Please arrive at Park'N Go Port Everglades 20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the port. You are greeted at the gate and directed to an open space. Bus picks you up at your car.
Airport Transportation:
FREE transportation to & from the port is provided on shuttle buses. Bus picks you up at your car.
Operation Hours:
Open 24 hours per day.
Additional Information:
Park 'N Go Port Everglades offer safe and secure parking lots which are fenced and well lit. They offer luggage assistance and transportation to the Fort Lauderdale airport terminals for no extra fee any time of the night or day on modern shuttle buses. Once you arrive at Park 'Go you will be met by one of the parking attendants and shown where to park. Park 'N Go ask that you be parked and ready to get to Fort Lauderdale with 20 minutes to spare. After your flight when you are back at FLL and you have collected your luggage please exit baggage claim. Follow the signs to General Transportation and Shuttle Service to be picked up and returned to Park 'N Go Port Everglades.
