Please arrive at Park'N Go 20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. You are greeted at the gate and directed to an open space. Bus will pick you up at your car with luggage assistance. During peak travel times, you may be required to leave your keys.

Park 'N Go is a trusted and reliable parking operator servicing Minneapolis Airport (MSP) at a great rate. They ask you to arrive and park 20 minutes before you need to be at the airport terminal. You will be greeted at the gate by one of their professional parking attendants and shown where to park. During peak travel periods you may be asked to leave your car keys. Once you have parked, a shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up by your car and transport you to Minneapolis Airport. On your return you will need to follow the signs to Off Airport Parking once you have retrieved your luggage. Park 'N Go will provide instruction on how to contact them for pick up.

Our return driver spoke the whole trip from the airport back to our car about how much money he makes off of commission and how this is the best time of year for him. He then wiped the snow off our car and waited around expecting a tip, which we did give feeling forced into it.
Everything was excellent! I always park at park and go when I travel!
The shuttle driver did not help anyone with their bags, nor was he able to find any of the "valet parked" cars. Took forever to get from the airport to my actual "valet parked car" between the wait for the shuttle and how long it took for people (not the driver as he didn't help) find their cars.
the one driver was very helpful and courteous! The shuttle was kept very warm and clean. This was an excellent way to fly and have my car close by and catch my flight on time!! I would do it again in a heart beat!
I had accidentally left a dome light on in my car therefore I had a dead battery upon my return. Staff had paused at my car and were immediately attentive in helping start my car, encouraging that I remain in the car and stay comfortable.
Took way too long to check out (about 10 min. waiting in line and at checkout, even though I had a copy of our reservation receipt). Attendant didn't know what he was doing. Said he gave us a deal of $10/day, however, I had already paid for 1 day to make a reservation. Therefore, we were slightly overcharged. Hopefully when we use you, again, you'll have better trained employees at the checkout, so we can get home!

Our shuttle drivers were very thoughtful, strong and patient because we had a ton of luggage.
The first driver was [not a nice person], however the second driver was great.
I've only taken the shuttle a couple of times and I'm not that familiar with the airport. It was a little hard to find the place to pick up the shuttle but that's more of an airport thing. Both ways the drivers were friendly and helpful and zero wait time.
Driver needs to be more aware of the light rail. really close call last night. To be safe they should stop at the tracks like commercial buses (Really cut it close!!!!!!) We were all distracted by two riders that were telling us about there Vegas trip.
I had some difficulty finding the correct route to the exit in the dark.

When we checked in and showed our reservation, the attendant was on his cell phone and distracted. He showed us to our parking spot but did not give us the white card shown at checkout. We thought that unusual but assumed our reservation form would do. When we later tried to check out, the attendant would not let us pay without the white form. He just wouldn't listen to our explanation and was quite rude. After intense argumentation, I saw the white slip on my dashboard. I always put it in my wallet with the yellow parking spot locater and have no idea how it got there. Maybe I left the car unlocked or they have some way to get into the car, but it was obvious to us that we did not receive the card on arrival and someone put it in our car after we had left. A screaming attendant is no way to finish a trip. My wife can confirm all of this.
