I always use Park n' Go
Well organized with clear directions of where to go
We have used Park and Fly in the past but would use Park and Go again for our travel plans in the future.
When I was dropped off at my vehicle (truck) I noticed someone from the lot had put several traffic cones on my tonneau cover. I really did not appreciate the fact that my vehicle was being used to store their traffic cones. I mentioned it when I checked out. The woman was pleasant but had no idea what to do or say. I did not park in this lot for my vehicle to be used as construction storage. This is really irritating.
Because we arrived at the lot at 3 AM for departure, and our return flight got in at 12:30 AM, we didn't know what kind of service to expect. It turned out to be just excellent, and we will definitely use the service again.
Getting kind of expensive and you only send coupons right after a trip, good for only 60 days...I don't travel that frequently...would be nice if the coupon didn't expire so I could use it in 6 months.
I'll never park at the airport again. Super fast pickup and much less expensive
First driver to the airport had a little road rage....lol, but not more than I would naturally have. He got me to the airport safely and timely! Great crew. Checking out, your attendant was such a sweetheart! Very pleasant.
I've been using this service for many years and it is the best way to get to and from the airport.
Checked out at 5am on Friday 5/13/16, attendant at check out booth had major attitude and was down right nasty, needs intensive Customer service training or an invitation to seek employment elsewhere. I am in the frequent park program but will pursue other options rather than take a chance of having to deal with him again.
Parking lot was great.
Staff was very friendly, polite and courteous!
The gal that picked us up at 3:15 AM wasn't the friendliest, but it was 3:15 AM. The gal that picked us up at Midnight was great, but there was a passenger without his paper work that she should have left for last and we drove around for a short time looking for his vehicle. We all were tired and had a distance to drive so it would have been nice to get us on our way and him later... but we all survived...
Park "n Go is an efficient, cost effective alternative to long term terminal parking.
This is such a breeze getting to and from the airport. I would never consider any other means of getting to or from the airport. Thanks a whole bunch.
There were no issues--finding the lot has to do with our not knowing the area very well. When we left we even were given excellent directions to head home on 494--the safest way! We will return in the future for sure.
Entire family had a great experience and would certainly love to recommend to others and use this facility again in future.
As a first time user I was so impressed. I will make this my go to parking at Minneapolis Airport from this point on!
The lot needs better "exit" signs, particularly if you're parked in the back and leaving when it's dark.
