    Shuttle drive we had on Saturday, April 9th coming from the airport to the Park n Go was terrible. He did not help with any luggage and was not friendly.

    I parked at the end of a line and when I got back I noticed my car was scratched bad. Looks like it was hit by another vehicle. I called and never got a response from the MGR. I had to call the Bloomington Police to assist me.

    Shuttles were efficient and on-time, even in the wee hours of the morning for my departure. Love that I get dropped right at my car. Easy to find shuttles at the airport. One thing to comment - when I was dropped off, signs said no tips accepted, but when I was picked up, signs said tips welcome but not expected. Has there been a chance in policy?

    Driver who picked us up couldn't find our car because the ticket was poorly written; the aisle number deciphered from the ticket looked like 5, but couldn't possibly understand the parking slot number. Had to use the remote's panic button to finally locate the car in aisle 4. There was some minor amount of "employee complaining" happening over the vehicle's radio which of course was unprofessional in front of a busload of customers.

    MPLS received 13 inches of snow while we were gone. The driver of our shuttle helped shovel off the car and waited to make sure our car started. Very good service.

    Parking lot was full so they had to park my car for me. They put it in the ramp at no extra charge. It snowed about a foot but my car was snow free!!!!!!!

    I called Park N Go to see if they offered a Government rate, the person who answered the phone stated they did not offer a Government Rate. Waiting in line to pay our bill, the post had a sign posted that discounts for Government, AARP and AAA. Hope this is helpful to others using this service.
