your van drivers are always friendly and helpful, thank you!!
Went like clock work which made our trip easier (piece of mind) knowing we had a spot waiting.
I would use the park n go
Service was great, although the price is a little high.
This service is so easy and convenient!
Both drivers that I had to and from the airport were terrific, friendly, timely, and helpful! Will use you guys again!
Employee's were very nice
Hate the system where you pay partial upfront ,either all or none makes my expenses messy !
Quick, friendly staff. First time we used the Park and Go. A friend recommened it. Was very pleased. It was a little cheaper than the Park and Fly and I found a $5.00 coupon. Prices are acceptable (with the coupon).
Driver would not allow our whole party to stay together, which included minor children. I was not happy about this at all. He would not let me stand and hold the "stable bar". Rude
I have been parking here for over 2 years and mostly satisfied with the service they provide. BUT, I had a really bad driver last week who drove around the lot so fast on slippery roads during the night that he could have killed someone! Then he had to move a car for someone to leave the lot and left all of us on the shuttle sitting there for 5 min. He had gotten in the car and drove up to the office and left us all sitting there! We all finally decided to take our own luggage and walked to our vehicles. When I complained at the office, the supervisor acted like he didn't care and told me the driver was locked in the car and didn't know how to get out! Geez, hire people who know how to get out of a car!!!!!
Excellent service despite the bad weather and snow accumulations
On our trip back to pick up the car, the driver we had was extremely helpful, courteous and couldn't have done a better job than he did. Don't know his name, but he is an asset to your company. Helped load bags, unload and put them in our SUV and made sure we could get out due to the snow around our vehicle.
The person at the check out sucked. You really need to get people that can speak English to the point that we can understand what they are saying. It was very cold the night we returned and really did not want to argue with someone who had NO CLUE about the overcharges. After the fact I called the person who handles the charges and she was able to help me out with the overcharge. I will never park there again. And by the way the guy that picked us up really needs to learn how to drive. He was flying through you lot which was not necessary. I guess he was more concerned with his next pickup instead of the safety of us.
The drivers were very courteous and helpful. It was a very good experience I will definitely use them again when I fly!
The parking lot was very snowy, but I realize that it's just about impossible to plow with cars parked everywhere, but can't rate it excellent for that point. I do not need to utilize your lot very often, but the times I have had to park, everything was very efficient. Waiting time on my return trip from Terminal 2 was longer.
I like that I can make a reservation on line. The lot was full when I dropped off the car with the keys. It was very cold and windy when I got back. They had started the car, so it was warming up before I had to drive home. I appreciated that!
We were dropped off at the wrong terminal and had to figure out how to get to the correct one for our airline. This involved a lot of walking, riding the tram and the light rail to get to the point where we could check in ourselves and our bags. Good thing we were early for our flight or we would have missed it. This process took 30 - 40 minutes and was not necessary if we had been dropped at the right place in the first place. Not a good way to start a vacation!
It was super cold so I understand but it felt like the heat wasnt on in the shuttle. other than that it was a very pleasant experience.
I had to wait a third bus for pick-up on return. The first two filled and would not permit me on. No sue and everyone merely dashed. I guess i am too slow! Not good.
