Please arrive at Park'N Go 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. You are greeted at the gate and directed to an open space. Bus will pick you up at your car with luggage assistance.

Park 'N Go Fort Lauderdale is well lit with quality fencing for your piece of mind. The parking attendants will take you to Fort Lauderdale airport in free shuttle buses. Please arrive 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. You will be greeted at the gate by one of the parking attendants and shown where to park. The shuttle bus will meet you at your car and assist you with your luggage. Once you return to the FLL and you have retrieved your luggage, please exit Baggage Claim. Follow signs to General Transportation and Shuttle Service to be picked up and returned to Park 'N Go.

Please be aware that during peak travel times, only valet parking may be available.  You may be requested to leave your keys.  Security 24/7.

    Your service was excellent. We dropped off our car and our luggage was put on the bus. We didn't even have to park our car. We were dropped off by our car at the end of the cruise and that made everything so easy for us. We were helped with the heavy bags by the attendants.

    Shuttle driver very courteous and the service was quick. Upon return from my trip I called the shuttle number several times before finally getting an answer. This increased the wait time by about 15 minutes.

    Got into my car and I noticed that the seat was moved down and as far back as possible and tilted back. There was a rain jacket on the passenger side floor,and a partial filled bottle of water in the cup holder. When I started the engine the radio was set to a rap station.

    I gave you 5 stars because my experiences in the past have been beyond my expectations, however this trip it took longer to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Everyone is always friendly and the drivers are always beyond helpful and pleasant. It's a little hard to find the parking lot coming off 595 and as many times as I've been there it's still a little confusing. I bigger sign at the entrance would be helpful especially when entering the lot when it's dark outside. Also a sign to the entrance to 595 would be helpful when exiting. I stated the wait time 5-10 minutes but it was well closer to 10.

    This was thanksgiving time, so the parking lot was expected to be crowded and full. I was giving a parking spot to park in which was a little bit further then I wanted. I noticed that there were a lot of handicapped parking spots and there were all full, noting that there were a lot of handicaps people parking in the lot. As soon as I parked my car, the shutter bus pulled up and removed my 2 heavy luggages greating me with a smile and "how is your day going". Driving around picking up couple more people, my driver observed a man with a long truck attempted to back it in a spot on the corner. I saw a problem right off, one, the truck was too long for that spot and if he backed up a little further, he would hit the fire hydrant that was right behind him. The shuttle driver stopped the bus and politely stated that the truck won't fit there and go was giving another spot to park. I was impressed because the spot was open and spaced enough for the long truck. We picked up that driver and proceeded to the airport without any problems. In the month of November I have left my vehicle there 3 times and will again right before Christmas. I love this parking place.

    We arrived at Terminal 4 in FLL (Spirit Air) and the advice we received on the phone from Park and Go was to walk to Terminal 2/3 to get the shuttle. So we did, luggage and all. But we fond the shuttle stopped at Terminal 4. So our long walk with luggage and all from terminal 4 to 2/3 was not needed. What the hell? Bad advice!!

    Be careful about what you are booking, either parking for a cruise or for the airport. We were told when we got to the gate that the price for cruise parking is higher than for airport parking for some strange reason. Not sure why, a parking spot is a parking spot.

    As you know it takes a good careful driver to back out when there are cars cross parked behind you. The van driver or someone should assist with backing out cars. I would not want to be one of those cars, where you cross park Thanks
