Please arrive at Park'N Go 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. You are greeted at the gate and directed to an open space. Bus will pick you up at your car with luggage assistance.

Park 'N Go Fort Lauderdale is well lit with quality fencing for your piece of mind. The parking attendants will take you to Fort Lauderdale airport in free shuttle buses. Please arrive 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. You will be greeted at the gate by one of the parking attendants and shown where to park. The shuttle bus will meet you at your car and assist you with your luggage. Once you return to the FLL and you have retrieved your luggage, please exit Baggage Claim. Follow signs to General Transportation and Shuttle Service to be picked up and returned to Park 'N Go.
Please be aware that during peak travel times, only valet parking may be available. You may be requested to leave your keys. Security 24/7.

A sign for making the turn off of 595 would be helpful, and on our return we mistakenly got on the Park N Fly bus who took us to Park N Go.

First class operation, very professional. Shuttle followed me to my parking spot upon arrival and helped load my bags. Close to airport, so very short ride time to drop off for departure. Upon return, called to say I had returned, was told where to wait between terminals and shuttle arrived within mere minutes. Driver asked only once what spot my car was parked in and drove directly back to it. Staff even provided water bottles to us upon check out! Was not expecting to enjoy the whole process as much as I did. Was probably quicker than if I had parked the car in the airport garage.

I got lost looking for the parking lot. The navigation had me make a right instead of a left.
I have trouble walking and asked to be picked up at the end of terminal 3 the man said no and told me where to go. I told him once again that I have trouble walking and once again he told me between terminal 2&3 it took me a long time to walk from Jet Blue to the Pick up point. I was not happy about this.

Have used Park N Go for years. GREAT people. Free USA Today upon entering and bottles of cold water leaving. Never a problem and everyone very friendly.

Staff members were very polite and helpful. We had one passenger (a child) being picked up at the parking area and the staff was extremely accommodating while the driver was waiting. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

My initial call was met with a rude "I'm too busy right now, go on our website!" That was before I even asked my question! I immediately started looking elsewhere but was in such a time crunch that I didn't have the time to research another service. I therefore tried to ignore the offence and comforted myself based on the reviews. My GPS took me straight to the airport terminal and not to your address so a friend had to walk me through by phone and it took 30 minutes for me to find you. The first driver was curt at best and the second driver who picked me up at the airport, motioned me to come in while he was sitting, as though he expected me to bring my luggage on myself. I stood there and looked at him like he was crazy since this was a part of the service I was paying for. Then he finally got up and got my luggage. When we got to the parking lot, I asked him how to get to i95 since it was night and I couldn't really tell on my way there.. and he initially interrupted me saying he'd tell everyone later. I was like, what is he talking about?? Then when he got to my car and literally THREW my luggage in the trunk, in a way that it fell to the ground the moment I opened the trunk myself (SUV) and had to strained my already injured back to sort it out, I then asked him again about i95, and because he wanted his tip, which he wasn't getting without answering me, he then told me. He certainly didn't deserve any tip, he was short and rude just like the first guy who answered the phone. The only person who had any obvious customer service skills was the guy who took my payment before I left. He was courteous, pleasant, professional, civilized, gracious and helpful and I told him so. The drivers only want to make their tips in a hurry without actually earning it and think they can treat the paying customers any way they wish. It is doubtful that I'll ever use your service again!
