My only complaint is the last two trips have taken me 15+ minutes to leave the gate access. If you don't have printed paperwork it takes attendants forever to look up reservation details - even when you give them your confirmation number.

Employees are courteous and very helpful both on shuttles & check out. I've used your facility for several years. My only hope is that you continue uncovered parking @ a reasonable rate; especially when making online reservations. Note: sometimes finding Park N Fly at this location online when making online reservations is a challenge.

I will not park here again !!! as I was paying the cashier at the conclusion of my stay there was a technical glitch in processing my payment, it would not go through. the cashier called the manager they both asked if i had another form of payment i replied i did not they said I had to call someone to bring money or they would not let me out of the lot this was their systemic error not mine or any fault of mine I was so shocked I just sat there i could not believe I heard what I heard. the cashier tried again and the payment went through can you believe that? unheard of !!! I wont be back

our main problem was trying to find where the pick up was. first time using you. i think we walked around about 45 minutes.everyone we asked gave us a different area to check.

Everything was fine but it took about 15 minutes before the bus came to pick us up at the airport. We were a little uncertain if we were at the right place. Next time we use your service, we will know more about the pickup.

Gret, great service. We will never park at the airport again! However, we did not go to the correct place to be picked up. Came out of the terminal, turned left. Saw one of your buses but it left before we got to it. Another drove past us. An attendant told us to go to the other area for yuour pick up. Could you put up a sign with your name on it?

We've been using Park 'N Go for 8 years and leave our vehicle covered/ under covered at least twice a year. Never less than a week. Why do we go back every time? Outstanding service, most friendly staff, affordable. We plan to see you in December, keep up the high standards.

Just checked the site and read a disturbing review & want to correct it. I have parked @ this site once a year for 4 years & have NEVER had a problem! The ladies & gents have all been pleasant, courteous, and more than willing to assist. Ants, no! But it could happen, it could happen in my own driveway. I drive down from the n. on 285, over the interstate, spot the McDonalds & know to turn right at Desert and it's on the left. If it's dark, it's a little hard to see.

UNBELIEVABLE! I returned home from a bz trip last night. I was parked a your facility, Park n Go in covered parking. I returned to find my car was COVERED outside and INSIDE with ants! After charging me full price for covered parking, the attendant tells me it's a problem at 'all the parking areas in Atlanta'. They set off a fogger in my car to kill the ants, tell me it's safe after 10 min utes and to just open with windows. I ask about them paying for detailing, at least vacuuming - the guy says 'sorry we don't do that.' He also says it's usually only a problem with car that have food left in them... Ummm, we don't dine in our cars and there was NO food or crumbs in it! By this time it's close to midnight and I have a 45 minute drive home. Oh, the guy sent me with an extra fogger in case I need it. The fact that they have foggers speaks volumes doesn't it? I leave for work this morning and see that the fogger says not to re-enter the area for at least 2 hours, then to air it out for a minimum of 30 minutes! Now I have to get the car detailed on our dime. We have used Park n Go for almost 20 years, NO MORE! DON'T PARK AT PARK AND GO in Atlanta!!!

Directions were horrible especially in the dark. Driver did not ask for flight times -- I was sole person not on Delta -- dropped me off last No water upon exit.

My car was full of ants and remains with ants 4days later. The woman that came back from the airport on the shuttle was parked two rows away and also had a car full of ants. The check out attendant knew this was a recurring problem because as soon as I complained at check out she was handing over the "scented" ant spray and hand sanitizer. This is a real problem and I am deathly allergic to red ants. If this ant problem in your parking lot had been red ants you would have a dead patron on your hands. There are remedies for "bugs" at your facility. This is really insexcusable to continue to offer services knowing you have a bug problem.

I parked my vehicle in the covered area over the weekend in the Park-n-Go facility on Camp Creek Pkwy. The drivers & cashier were very friendly & accommondating to my needs, but I had a major problem when I returned to my car on Sunday night. My car was full of ANTS!! When i approached the cashier, I told her the problem & she handed me a can of ant spray & claimed "they spray at least once a week". Obviously, I wasn't the only person with this problem. After patiently waiting to speak to a manager, she offered to vacuum my vehicle. She did refund my money, but I continued to find ants for days in my vehicle. This is not an acceptable way to run a business, and someone @the corporate office needs to be aware that this is going on at this location. I would hate for this to continue. I will not recommend this parking spot to anyone.

used park n go and won't be using it again or recommending it to anyone!!. The shuttle bus didnt drop off or pick up from the international terminal we had 5 passengers and 6 suitecases. We were dropped off at the domerstic terminal and had to get another bus.

Love to use this service but the shuttle does not go to the international terminal. Please reconsider sending shuttles to the new international terminal! Otherwise, i love this service and price is always right!

I understand having to walk a little further to catch your bus because of the rate paid by people. I cannot stand waitin25 minutes for a bus at the Atlanta Airport at 3 in the afernoon. I have parked at Park and go for many years I may not be back. Also when I try to get my Freq Parker miles they never are postes. orobably 15 to 20 trips.

The lady at the desk was out of it. Although she was nice, she was lost. The lot is too far away and in bad shape. The bus made a terrible knocking sound. The leaf springs keep hitting. It needs to go to the shop!

Driver that took us to the airport was tremendous and very helpful. The fat lady that brought us back from the airport did not help at all with any of us. Just sit in her seat listening to her music. She should be replaced.

Waited way too long for the shuttle. It was the first time in many years of using Park n Go where this has happened. Even the competition was laughing and said if we were waiting that long, we had to be using Park n Go.

When we returned to our "covered parking" spot, our car was covered with whitewash. It was all over our Lexus sedan. The attendant told me that it was because it had rained and that the paint on the roof washed off onto the car. I have sent the car through the carwash twice so far and it's still not off. I will never use this parking lot again and feel that they should pay for my carwash. Cars which were parked uncovered had none of this white paint on their cars.

My vehicle was really dirty once I returned and got my car. The type of covered parking offered doesn't really do much that way. I would have been better off parking uncovered and saved the price difference. A little carport roof just doesn't cut
