    Thank you for a job very well done. The Driver called back to the lot to have our car ready and the distance was only 2 miles. I thought we would have to wait on the car but much to my surprise, the car was there with the hatchback open and ready to go. My wife really thought that was outstanding since we travelled all day. Great Job!!! The Driver was great too and said he did not need help putting the luggage onboard. Even the receipt was there in the car, again great job and we will use you again in our travels....

    Enjoyed the valet service. Came in handy on cold snowy days. Cannot do heavy lifting, bad knees and back. They load the luggage in and you just sit back and relax. Will use it again.

    I have used your lot twice--it is my understanding that my car was to be warmed up? The first time the weather was warm but the 2nd trip was cold outside and my car was not warmed up--is that a misunderstanding? Thanks..

    When I arrived at Park-to-Go, they had no records of my appointment. When I returned to pick up the car, they still had no record. I had to ask them to check their records. They had the information in a file, but did not assign them to my car.
