The lot is easy to find once you know the exit to take. The shuttle is almost too fast when you arrive -- it waited while we put up the sun shade and got everything out. At the airport we rarely wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle back to the lot.
Courteous drivers (who help with luggage--even before they know I will offer a tip!). MOST recent reservation San Francisco CA
When I make advanced reservations I always know I will have a spot. The bus drivers help me on and off with my luggage.
Park 'N Fly drivers are consistently courteous and helpful and there I've never experienced a long wait for their vans.
Park n Fly has very courteous drivers and very prompt in picking you up at the SFO. I highly recommend them for the Park and Ride business.
Quick pick up at my car when I arrive in the lot, and same quick pick up at SFO when I return. Courteous drivers every time...without fail.
We would not park anywhere else! Fast service, courteous, clean vans. Everything is an "A".
quick, predictable, good timing at the curb when we arrive to get transpo to our car
I have used SFO Park&Fly; many times, and am very pleased with their service. Advance reservations ensure that I have a parking spot, even in busy travel periods. Bus service in both directions is convenient, and drivers are always helpful and courteous. Costs are compatible with other SFO options (none are cheap). There is easy access to 101 and 280 freeways heading south, and OK though tougher access heading north. I only wish that they had a EV plug-in system for my second (all-electric) Honda Fit EV.
Friendly drivers and nice to have help with luggage.
Very happy using this service, it's convenient, close to the terminal easy access and timely pickup and delivery directly to your car, especially safe at night when picking up your car.
Easy to use the website and you take reservations!
I have been using Park 'n Fly for over 10 years and they have never let me down. I feel that my car is secure in their lot so I don't have to worry while I'm traveling. Their service is great!
I always find a spot. A shuttle always follow me to where I park and pick me up from there. I don't even have to walk. The shuttle is fairly quick. Their pickup point is pretty close the airport and shuttles run often.
I always park at Park n Fly. I know there will be a space for me. I can reserve ahead of time. The discounts are great and I don't know of a better deal. The shuttle busses are frequent and I have never had to wait very long for a shuttle. Customer Service is friendly and they make the experience enjoyable. Traveling is tough these days but this starts the travel experience on a good track.
Fast pick up, great service.
Friendly service, fast pick up. Always reliable. Nice to cross one thing off the list that wont be an issue when flying. Park n Fly has been a great resource to me and my family for many years now.
Good price; convenient location; friendly service.
Easy to find and fast service. The staff is very helpful as well.
The Park'N'Fly shuttles are very prompt. We have had some bad experiences with other companies. Some don't even pick up at the International SFO terminal.
