Nov 13-18 2014 First time used, no reservation made in advance. Excellent experience. Drivers very courteous and helpful. They loaded my bags for me as I have mobility issues, and even placed my bag in my van for me upon return. NO WAITING for shuttle upon leaving or upon my arrival.Very fine experience and I will use again.
First time I have used Park 'N Fly and it was great. Will use it often.
Very convenient with pick up at the parking stall and drop off very near to check in area. It saved me a lot of strained muscles from lugging all of my suitcases. Efficient and friendly service.
I absolutely love your service. Every staff member has been refreashingly helpful and friendly. During my last trip, I had a friend ride with me. Although he was slightly hesitant about using an off sight parking lot, he agreed. His concern was getting to the terminal on time. He just couldnt believe that the shuttle followed us to our parking spot and before we could get our trunk open, there was a friendly, courteous, driver helping us load our baggage. Our arrival was just as impressive. We will never park anywhere else again. We both agreed that it took us less time to park, board a shuttle and get to the terminal than to park ourselves in short term parking, for half the price, Thanks park n fly
we will continue using the Park N Fly for our long term parking needs. They drove us directly to our vehicle which was very convenient
We were very happy with the service. We will use Park N' Fly next time we travel
Great people at Ontario CA
Thank you for the great experience!
Great Service at an affordable cost.
pick up by the shuttle on my car arrival at the airport was outstanding. Pickup after my plane arrival was slow because of so many passengers wanting to board the shuttle at the same time. Wait for another shuttle was very slow - about 15 minutes.
We are grateful for such helpful and friendly service when we arrive late in the evening. The little card with exact location is genius! Driver last night was great.
Prompt, Courtious & excellent service.
The attendant at the lot when we returned home was very professional, courteous, patient and understanding. We lost our ticket and went crazy trying to find it - we didn't, but he was real cool about waiting on us...
All of the above. Will use again.
I will use this service again and refer others.
I was completely satisfied with your service. I don't fly often but will certainly use you again when the need arises. Thank you
Park N Fly will be the only way I commute to any airport from now on - what a tremendous service!!!
There were two other travelers on the shuttle from the Park-N-Fly lot to the Ontario Airport terminal and all three of us were flying out with United. Upon arrival at the terminal, we asked if this was the right terminal and the driver said yes. We all disembarked, only to find out it was the wrong terminal. Ended up walking to the other terminal building.
