I made a mistake, that I dis covered after My reservatiion was confirmed. I was unable to get back in & make a correction. I made the reservation for 1 day longer than it was supposed to be. Worked out okay, I was only charged for the time of my stay. Would be nice if some way to make contact after reservation is confirmed .

Upon leaving the lot at 12:30 am - there was a change in shift and I had to wait at the payment booth for several minutes in order to submit my prepaid receipt - it was a very uncomfortable (scary) feeling as there was no one around and it was the middle of the night - please make sure that on shift changes that the booths are covered at all times - Thanks Otherwise i was very pleased it was all very easy

Service is so good that I stopped using Super Shuttle years ago because I have the freedom of my own car and I still get dropped right off at the airport terminal. SO VERY CONVENIENT!

MAKING THE RESERVATIONS WAS SO EASY. THE LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT, AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS SECURITY AND SAFETY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM PARKING IN THIS LOT, AND I DO NOT FEEL UN-COMFORTABLE, EVEN WHEN TRAVELIN
