The driver going to the airport was old and couldn't really pick up the bag and I had to ask him to do it.

The pickup area is located too far from the Southwest terminal on the return trip. At my age lugging suit cases is not easy.

Check out was a bit of a nightmare. The clerk didn't know how to add my deposit to the total amount and I had to email the payment receipt to the manager. Rather unprofessional.

This is the first time we used Park & Fly. Everything was perfect. We would definitely use it again. Directions to parking lot could have been easier & quicker if we went 695 to 95 South to 175 and then gotten off at the road leading to the lot. Not as many traffic lights and residential areas, by staying on main highways.

I could not set the dates right on this survey. We parked on 12/26/12 and returned on 12/30/12. BWI could do a better job with signage to help us find the shuttle pickup area. (Not your fault)

We are very impressed. For some reason, we were the only ones on the bus both ways. Normally I would have expected slow bus service since we must have been traveling during a slow period, but the buses were waiting for us at both ends. Friendly staff too. Also easy website for making reservations. We were very pleased and will be using this company again.

Did not realize that we had to be picked up at a particular zone at the airport. Had to hustle with luggage after being bypassed by driver several times. Would have been helpful if we had known where we had to be in order to be picked up.

i could not find the lot,when i left they forgot which door to drop me off..... when i got back the buses went passed me twice,and i was waving.. when i was picked up the man had a joke for everything,i was appauled.... he was not paying attention in the lot and went pasted my car twice.... this service is gong down......

Several shuttle buses from each competitor went by before Park n Fly. It has been the same for the last three times I have used the BWI lot. Unless this is improved I will not use Park n Fly again.

When I got to the pick-up area at BWI, there were vans waiting for most of the other off-site lots, but not for yours. I then watched as those vans left and at least 2 more came for each of the other lots. At that point I called and reached an operator to ask about a van. 5 minutes later, one came, but did not stop. Fortunately it was followed by another van (who had just done a drop off and was supposed to be going on break) who I yelled to and he stopped. This driver was extremely apologetic and provided excellent service. The whole incident though left me far less likely to use your lot in the future.

I wasted 32 minutes at your pay booth because your computer malfunction. Your staff was completely indifferent "dont blame me, not my fault attitude". By far the worst airport parking service of my travels. Other than the timely bus pickup, you got lots of improvements to do.

I've used the BWI location twice in the past month. Honestly can't complain about anything. For being so basic, they do a great job. I worry about getting hit by car doors, so I usually park at the end of an isle. The shuttle drivers are AMAZING!!! I left my sunroof up and would've gone on travel, had my driver not said something. If I had to improve anything it would be for the parking to be covered. Military discount, excellent service and about an 8 minute travel time to the terminal makes this a great service.

check out was way too slow. I have used other, BWI-locale, private, off-site parking for which, check out was much more straight forward and did not require the attendant to look up records, time, date, etc. It is not clear to me why my entire parking charge could not have been prepaid. A bar code on my pre-printed reservation/receipt could link to my file with dates and time to confirm my length of stay and whether or not I needed to pay any additional money for any time/date discrepancies.

Only issue I had was looking for PARK'N Fly, drove past PARK'N Go. I did then notice that was the former name, but was not expecting it to still be all over the entrance.

It is so difficult to find great customer service these days, but this team has it down. I have recommended them to several others after only 3 experiences. They are prompt, courteous, and real people. Love it.

The parking information given when you board is really an excellent way of operating. The only issue we had was whether to call for a shuttle on the return flight, which arrived Sunday afternoon. I called because we did not see any shuttles for your service, but then one showed up. But other people were trying to way down that shuttle but it was full with luggage.

Excessive delay to exit the parking lot. Estimate 10+ minutes to process the car in front. Attendant on and off the phone many times. When my turn, I handed her my pre-payment email and she asked me if I had pre-paid. Supervision/improvement in training is advised.

Your shuttle driver on 31MAR2011 at 1230am was wonderful. He helped me with my bags, stayed with me until I was safely in my vehicle and made sure that my car started and I was on my way. What a gentleman. Thank you for hiring such a courteous young man.

I"ve good overall experiences thus far, however, this time, it took the shuttle to my lot about 10 minutes to pick me up, while another lot had 3 shuttles go by. Also, check out took about 10 minutes because the attendant didn't recognize my receipt and what code to use to pay the difference.
