    At the airport, many people waiting for ParkMeFly, however, some people just charged ahead even though we were waiting in the parking space. Maybe you should have names of the people you are picking up so there is no fighting and people are picked up in the order that they call in.

    this was the first time it was super busy but the attendant pointed me where to park and leave keys so they would park it when they could find room.when we returned my truck was in front and ready to go.great job and the least expensive.

    Dropping off the car was ok, but getting picked up at the airport was not. It took well over an hour from call to pick up & the vehicle is just a regular van & was packed...no room on the first van, so had to wait another 1/2 hour for 2nd van which was also packed & this was at 10 PM.

    When we returned we called from the airport and gave them the number on the ticket since they parked the car, and waited 20 minutes for the schuttle, when we got to the lot our car was not brought up. After another 20 minutes I asked where the car was and one of the staff came out and asked me to come with him. He said they were unable to find our keys and asked me to look for them. I found them on the Board after about 5 minutes and they brought our car. All they said was sorry. I was upset since it took over an hour from the first call to when we had our car. They need to get a system to have the keys so they can find them. either based on the date checked in or the planned return date. I felt I should have received some sort of compensation. I have used Park me fly before and have not had a problem but this was unacceptable.

    The driver that took us to the terminal on the 21st should try out for Nascar! She drove very fast and erratic. The driver who picked us up on our return on the 28th was a MUCH safer driver who took his job seriously.

    The parking lot is entirely too small! Too much dirt and gravel, not enough space to turn in/out of lot. Only have two shuttles to pick/drop people off which totally sucks.

    Perhaps it was just the holiday weekend, but the experience with Park Me Fly was a disaster. We are loyal Xpress users, but they were on blackout for Thanksgiving, as were a lot of the main companies. Come the morning of our flight, we pull up to the lot only to find a line of cars on the street waiting to get in. The lot was nearly full, cars were basically on top of each other. When they finally had us pull in, we were so close to the street that I was afraid we would be towed. When I went to check in and pay, an alarm went off and the attendant said, "oh, they probably hit someone's car". I responded, "we'll that's comforting" and he said, I quote, "have you seen it out there? I wouldn't park my car here". The ride to the airport is not like the other services; it's a passenger van. And the promise of shuttle service every 5-10 minutes on their website is completely false. For the return, we had to wait about 20 minutes which is not bad, but there was someone waiting next to us who had waited for an hour and a half! When he made a comment to the driver, his response was "it's Thanksgiving; don't travel on Thanksgiving if you don't want to wait." When we got back to the lot, our car was waiting near the street, thank goodness. But when checking out, they couldn't find our keys. Turns out, they had left them in the car... Overall, this place is a mess. We have had wonderful experiences with other professionally run airport parking services, but this place is quite simply a lot with a trailer and a guy with a van. We used it out of desperation, and vowed that for any future holiday travel to the airport, we'll just use uber.

    Never use this service! We arrived with our car on the Wednesday before thanksgiving and it was a mess. Cars everywhere, no organization, it was awful. But we tried to give the benefit of the doubt... it was right before a holiday, after all. The real horror was when we arrived to pick our car up today and they had no record of where it was parked, could not find our keys, and had a young man (on his first day) alone in the office trying to deal with the phones and all the customers coming in the door. In the end we were driven around (in someone else's car) all over the lot in search of our vehicle which they had left the keys inside of, unlocked for four days. This is the worst parking service I have ever had and strongly advise against using this company.

    The conditions of the parking lot and the shuttle are very poor and it was the longest wait time of any shuttles at the airport. The price is competitive so you have to decide what matters to you the most, cost vs quality.

    The only downsides were the dust and no covered parking... but overall I'd give my first airport parking experience a 9/10.
