We had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle each way. On the way there the shuttle had no air conditioning (and was actually blowing hot air on us) which was fairly uncomfortable. On the way back, they squeezed 4 of us onto each van bench, which was rather cozy. But the office staff was great, friendly, and efficient.
This was the worst parking experience I have ever had. It starts off fine on your way to the airport and then it all changes once they have your car and you are trying to get home. The shuttle is old and dirty and the doors didn't work. The driver had to open the door through the window of the passenger side door. They tell you to call as soon as you get your bags, which I did. They told me they were dispatching someone. An hour goes by and no one, so we call and they tell me they are sending someone. Seriously?! Now an hour later, they claim they are sending someone. Now, another half hour goes by and still no one! We call back and can hear him finally dispatching someone on the other end! I can't believe they are just dispatching someone! Finally, we hear from the driver after two hours!!! He comes through the terminal beeping his horn with no sign that says Park King. Thank god we recognized the old, beat up van or he would have left. To make matters worse, we weren't the only people who were annoyed. Another man gets in who had been waiting two hours and twenty minutes!! he was furious!! Yelling at the driver because he drove by him, but didn't call him or show any signal that he was Park King, so the driver left the pickup area. Absolutely the worst. I would seriously recommend saving yourself time and aggrevation and spend the extra money and park elsewhere!
The phone isn't working for 20 mins after my flight landed so I kept calling and calling, finally someone answered the phone but they told me there is no shuttle so I had to take a cab and pay by myself from airport to the parking lot.
I chose this parking place was for "Brand new shuttle coaches, not your typical bus." but this was a lie. Both ways I was on a very old van with missing seat belts. When I arrived JFK, I called them, it took one hour for them to get me. I will definitely not use this parking place any more.
Never use them again. Took over 1 hr+. to get back to my car.
Kind of sketchy,rude guy on phone, cursed at another customer. I would only use if you really need to save some bucks and can't find another company
Returning to JFK--Dispatcher told me 15 min. After 4 calls, it turned into an hour. Didn't need that!
Pick-up was the real problem. We had to call twice and wait just under 30 minutes for the driver to show up. Said van was red but in the dark not easy to tell. LOGO on van would help. Driver was reckless, too fast and could not communicate. We drove almost to the parking lot before he returned to the airport. we drove around for over 30 minutes. We will not be using this service again.
OMG!!! We had to wait One hour and 15 minute in the cold and rain on 06/05/16. I called the office 8 times. The last time she wouldn't answer. We were standing under the number 5 sign and the driver said he was there. He and no other car was there at the time.
When I walked in, the attendant was yelling at a customer to stop talking to him. He was rude, unprofessional, and very unpleasant for customers who are about to catch a flight. The parking location was in the sketchiest location and was essentially a gravel parking lot with a trailer as the office. The shuttle wasn't going to come for 35 mins, so a few customers and I got an Uber to the airport. I called the shuttle to pick me up when I returned. The office didn't know what kind of car the shuttle would be. The office said 10 mins - the shuttle came 25 minutes later. The shuttle driver drove ~60MPH in a 30 zone and was honking at random cars and pedestrians for no reason. Overall, very happy that my car got out of there relatively unscathed and that I returned safely, but never using this service again!
I loved how they had my car ready and running when I came back in town. I had front door service which was even better knowing I had a 6 hour flight and a 2 hour drive home..Everything about this place is excellent!!!
Shuttle was there to take us to the airport -had no problems. Returning my husband called to let them know we were ready for pick up but he didnt know which terminal we were in. So, i called them back to let them know which terminal at which point I got comments like "what are you calling me for". Needless to say it was a bad ending to a good vacation. It took us over 45 min to get back to car and she wanted to charge me for being late when we called 35 min before needing to get car. It was a 15 min difference
Overall, quick service and fair price. No complaints.
