Power were out at the office during the storm but the shuttle's driver leave massage on my phone and arrived on time and friendly.

great staff personality goes a long way and the characters there works good. drivers were great did everything promptly and courteous with a little ghetto flare lol. Will be back. Shuttle time awesome keep up great job. Oh great price with coupon code.
The female last night was rude. I didn't expect to wait 40 minutes at the airport before I could be picked up. We took a cab to pick up our car.I will never use your parking lot ever again. I would not recommend it.
if you are expecting a black limo to shuttle you back and forth, and someone to offer you free coffee while you wait, then this is probably not the right place for you. if you just want somewhere to park your car while your gone and a somehow to get from here to there, this works. the lot isn't paved and the shuttle does bounce around quite a bit, but in all i would say it was a good experience. i don't have an expensive car and i can handle a 3-star shuttle if it gets me where i need so this worked out very well for me...
I had to wait in the airport for 1hr 20 min to get the ride . will never recommend this to anyone in my life.
do not say the shuttle is on its way and have us wait 0 mins. terrible experience. never again.

Shuttle driver was a complete jerk. Shuttle was old, and unsafe. I guess you get what you pay for! The parking lot was very spacious, car was returned with no scrapes or scratches and mileage was the same as when we left it.

When I arrived, I was the only customer there. I handed my paid reservation receipt to the attendant as required. He asked me, "Where did you make your reservation?" I told him online. He replied, "That's NOT what I asked you. WHERE did you make your reservation?" I said I didn't understand what he was asking me so I just pointed to my printed receipt. He said, "Well, you're going to have to pay." I replied, "What are you talking about -- you are HOLDING my paid receipt!" Then he asked, "Do we have a problem here?" I said, "We sure do!" Then, another employee who was watching this nonsense walked over, picked up my printout and showed the attendant, line by line, where, when, how I paid -- all there, of course. At that point, I told the attendant that he was an absolute PLEASURE to work with, gave him my keys and left to get into the shuttle. The driver, who we had both ways, was a wonderful, friendly guy. I didn't get his name, but he drove us in a black Ford Excursion. That guy deserves a raise. The attendant, on the other hand, was the biggest [jerk] I have come across in years and will likely be the reason I don't park there again.
I got into JFK after 11pm on Tuesday evening. I called the parking lot after I had gone through customs and picked up my luggage. I told the attendant on the phone three times what my ticket number for my car was. I got to the parking lot...my car was not pulled out and they couldn't find. I had to ride around in the dark with the van driver to look for my car in the parking lot. I found my car, drove back to the front of the facility, picked up my bags that I had left there earlier and drove off. I would not go back.

Ok say This is the second time I use them. The staff is very helpful they had my car ready pulled up to the front when I returned. The shuttle driver was very pleasant . They even threw out a banana I left in the car so my car wouldn't smell bad when I returned. Thanks park King

Almost missed flight due to half hour wait to get in to a broken down van with a rude driver. After not tipping him due to his rudeness he made a scene at drop off. I would not recommend this place to anyone
We had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle each way. On the way there the shuttle had no air conditioning (and was actually blowing hot air on us) which was fairly uncomfortable. On the way back, they squeezed 4 of us onto each van bench, which was rather cozy. But the office staff was great, friendly, and efficient.
This was the worst parking experience I have ever had. It starts off fine on your way to the airport and then it all changes once they have your car and you are trying to get home. The shuttle is old and dirty and the doors didn't work. The driver had to open the door through the window of the passenger side door. They tell you to call as soon as you get your bags, which I did. They told me they were dispatching someone. An hour goes by and no one, so we call and they tell me they are sending someone. Seriously?! Now an hour later, they claim they are sending someone. Now, another half hour goes by and still no one! We call back and can hear him finally dispatching someone on the other end! I can't believe they are just dispatching someone! Finally, we hear from the driver after two hours!!! He comes through the terminal beeping his horn with no sign that says Park King. Thank god we recognized the old, beat up van or he would have left. To make matters worse, we weren't the only people who were annoyed. Another man gets in who had been waiting two hours and twenty minutes!! he was furious!! Yelling at the driver because he drove by him, but didn't call him or show any signal that he was Park King, so the driver left the pickup area. Absolutely the worst. I would seriously recommend saving yourself time and aggrevation and spend the extra money and park elsewhere!
