Everything was ok until it was time to pick us up at the airport on a Tues 8 am. I was unable to reach them by phone. It was either busy or an answering machine. Left messages and no one returned calls. Took about 6 calls to finally be picked up. All told 45 minutes. Do not use if you are not fluent in Spanish.

our car was not parked inside the facility but outside. I thought we had indoor parking. the guys are great, we will use again as it is superior to airport parking.

Will probably use again now that I know where it is. It was just hard to find in the dark because the name on the building didn't match the name on the website and the small sign by the road was hard to see in the dark. I had to call to find out where the bldg. was.

Paking carage was difficult to find initially. The intake service was efficient. We were picked up from the airport with free shuttle exactly in 10 minutes from our phone call as promised. Our car was inside and the carage was less than 10 minutes from the Miami airport. Will used thenm in the future also.

The shuttle service for our return to pick up the car was terrible. They promised to pick us up within 15 minutes of our phone call, only to arrive more than 30 minutes later with the explanation that they had "forgotten" about us. Not even an apology or an explanation.

when we got to the facility we had to wait to be taken to the airport because there was only one person checking in and driving. We almost missed the flight and we got there 1 hour and a half early. It took them 30 minutes to take us. I almost took a cab. On the way back they were fast picking us up because they were not busy.

THE CAR WASH WAS GREAT ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT THE INSIDE WAS SO SO. OVERALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Your directions were adequate; however, the sign for 25th Street is difficult to see (construction,etc.) and most confusing to access from the east. Yes, I missed 25th coming from the west and spent a lot of exasperating time driving all around the airport trying to get back to 25th! Oh,well...at least I know how to find you from either direction now! I want to tell you,too, that in my frenzied state of arrival (finally), you were most kind and helpful and managed to get me to the airport very speedily so I would make my flight. Also, the young man who picked me up at the airport was most pleasant, helpful, and mannerly. See you next time! Jill
