Their "office" building is a trailer. I was worried about leaving my vehicle there, but it was fine. The shuttles are old vans. I was embarrassed to get on it at the airport. You get what you pay for.
Never again, don't believe anything good said about this lot! Upon arrival they said main lot was full so we had to follow their shuttle van 2-3 miles to an offsite lot. It consisted of a field with a fence around it. When we returned at 11:15 PM I had to call 3 times before someone answered the phone. Then they send a 12 passenger van to pick up 14 people. Upon arriving a the lot it had rained, lot was full of huge puddles and muddy pot holes. Think of the old saying, "the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price"!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT AN AIRPORT PARKING LOT
I try to make the company thrive. The parking lot, though not paved is in good condition and the customer service is fair. But, the waiting time at the airport after I called was 35 minutes. I was able to see 7 buses from another company, which means 5 minute intervals. I don't feel invited to come back to this company again. The other buses were a good advertisement to themselves.
This was our first time using Park EZ Fly parking company, when we arrived there, there was some confusion as to what to do as far as parking the vehicles, when my husband drove our vehicle to the parking lot after following the driver to park our car, the attendant made other passengers drag their bags over rocks and dirt to the van instead of him going over to pick them and their bags up. We had unknowingly unloaded our bags at the front of the parking lot luckily or we would have had to do the same thing. Also, the attendant mishandled the bags at the airport, yanking the bags from the bottom instead of taking them off of the top. They were very friendly though. I didn't realize that I had picked self serve because normally I choose valet parking. The price was very good though, that is why I picked them but next time we will probably go back to using Park to Fly.
This was a great value. Lots were not paved and shuttles were very basic. My vehicle was secured safely and I was pleased with the overall experience. This is a no frills operation. I don't need a fancy hi tech van to get back to my vehicle - Nor fancy parking the lots - just me and vehicle were safe without draining the bank. I'll use again.
My main complaint was the system that Park EZ Fly had in place, or rather the lack thereof. When we arrived, it was fairly messy and there was only one very hassled-looking lady directing people, accepting payments and issuing claim tickets. There were no signs at all telling us what to do. We were eventually told to follow the van driver to another lot. We were not told where the lot was. It was about a 10 min drive away, but in the heavy traffic, we lost the driver at a traffic light. To be fair, we called the manager and he was very helpful and even followed up to make sure that we eventually found the lot and another van driver. Overall, that look a lot of time, but wasn't terrible. But when we arrived back at MCO, the van driver took almost 40 min to show up at the airport from the time we made the call. He said there was a traffic accident, but we couldn't verify that. The only other passenger on the van didn't have her claim ticket, and the driver went to the main office, only to find that it was unnecessary. I thought that he should have just called the office instead of making a detour , since the overflow lot nearer (Goldenrod and Hoffner). We finally got to the overflow parking lot and the driver didn't seem quite together (perhaps he was tired) and he couldn't take any instructions on where our cars were parked and spent alot of time just making useless maneuvres in the lot. Eventually, we just asked him to drop us somewhere and we dragged our own luggage back to our car (and this was across a grassy bumpy field). It was a good thing we did, cause the driver was still nowhere to be seen when we left. From the time we called for the pickup service to the time we left the overflow lot, we had wasted 1h 40 min. I'm certainly not using this company again.
We had to wait for 45 minutes for the shuttle from Park EZ Fly. Apparently after midnight they only run 1 shuttle. The overflow parking lot was a joke with no lot markers and cars parked in several directions. It took another 15 minutes to find my vehicle. This was the worst airport parking ever.
I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. I had to load and unload my own bags from the van. My car was in a dirt lot not covered and when I arrived back after a week I had a chip in my windshield. The attendants were rude and unhelpful. I had to walk over a mile to get to my car at midnight in an unlit parking area. I will never use Park EZ fly again. It was an AWFUL experience. They charged me for 8 days even though I only parked my car for 7 days. Ridiculous!!!

Have used your site and location many times, very easy to use and the shuttle is the best - they show up quickly and we have never had any problems with your company. We will continue to use over and over.
Your shuttle has improved very much, continue to upgrade parking lot and condition of vans and you will be very successful. You won me over and some of my friends See you in the future.
I want to be very clear that I have used your reservation system many times and been very pleased, but this particular parking lot service is terrible and I will never use them again. The 40 min we were at the lot, which caused us to miss our flight and be stranded in the airport for 12 hours was totally avoidable. We checked in 35 min before we needed to be at the terminal. We told the guy in the office/trailer our time frame and he said the only shuttle van had just left and we'd have to wait - he also said the van was full. He lied because as we sat in our car waiting, the van went by us with only 3 passengers a few minutes after we spoke to him. We asked him to radio the van to come back for us and he said no - we had enough time to wait for the van to go to the airport and get back for us. This is totally unacceptable service and I would really like a full refund, which doesn't begin to compensate me for a miserable 12 hours in the airport followed by a 6 hour cross country flight - losing a full day in my destination city of San Francisco. This experience began my vacation on a very bad note and my traveling companion was so exhausted by the time we reached SF, he got very sick. People who work in these airport parking lots need to know that their actions or lack of, can cost people dearly and have very big consequences. At the least, I want to know that the guy on duty at 5:30 am at this lot on 11/10/13 is reprimanded for his actions and told how much delay and misery he caused us.
The lady that was traveling with me fell in the parking lot. The employees were most helpful and caring. She was not badly hurt, just a cut on the forehead which did bleed as most scalp cuts will. She was fine and we were on our way. Thanks.
