    When arriving, the attendant on the phone for a good length of time. should be a 2nd person there. 45 minutes to pick us up at airport, with 3 phone calls, and the bus smelled like fresh fast food french fries. Seems eating dinner was more important than picking us up from airport. 45 minutes unacceptable

    Parking area needs to be paved, I could not see out of my window because of the dust and sand that the shuttle bring up from driving by. Shuttle service should be more prompt. I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle. Driver was courteous, and the operator was very nice, and helpful. I still would park here again.

    The shuttle took 1 hour to arrive after I landed. They did not answer the phone for 30 minutes after I started calling them and took another 30 to pick me up afterwards. Both the driver and attendant were very rude and did not apologize for me having to wait in 40-degree weather at 1am for them.

    There is no security, no lights at night time except at the entrance in front of the trailer like office. The entire lot except for the immediete front area is pitch black. I cant imagine parking out there to walk back to the trailer in the dark. the parking lot is a dirt, grassy and stone lot. If was wearing heels or disabled this would be very incovenient if not difficult. I was told to park my own vehicle and keep my keys even though my reservation clearly states that I signed up for and paid for valet parking. I want a complete refund.

    First and last time with this "service". We paid for Valet parking only to find out that we had to go around the bumpy parking lot picking up self park guests, which not only annoyed us, it delayed us. From time of arrival to departure to airport, we waited over 20 minutes. The trip back was worse - waited 45 minutes to be picked up, watching other services pick up guests not only once but multiple times! Insult to injury, we had to get our own car upon return because the guy was so slow. So much for Valet Parking! Never again with this outfit!!

    We paid for Valet parking only to find out that each self park party was picked up around the lot anyway. When we returned, the attendant was so slow getting our car, we asked for the keys to get it ourselves. So Valet parking was a waste of money. The speed of getting us to and from the airport was totally unacceptable; we arrived at the airport a full 30 minutes after arriving at the car park (it's a five minute drive). We waited a full 45 minutes for pickup when we returned. Horrible service. Will never use again. Insult to injury? We paid a $5 "facility/service fee" for this experience.

    pickup service at the airport was pitiful. It took over 45 minutes during which time I saw lots of other services come and go multiple times. The van was overcrowded because everyone had to wait so long. Never again!

    On a very busy Saturday night the lot had only 1 shuttle driver. The round trip takes 45 minutes, and we were turned away because the shuttle was full. We waited almost an hour waiting for the return while 8 shuttles from a different parking lot went by. We'll be sure to use them next time. Our shuttle driver said this has been a problem since he took the job a few months ago -- only one driver on the weekend nights. Never again!

    2 of 3 shuttles were out of order when we landed. We, along with several others, waited for over an hour to be picked up from the airport.

    Too bad there isn't a lower rating than poor for 'was the parking lot easy to find'. Perhaps if there had been a sign that you could see from the road I might have found it in under a half hour once I was on Narcoossee Road. I drove past it 4 times, finally had to go to another parking lot and they gave me directions. It's true, you do get what you pay for! and I can so relate to the customer that felt like they were in a popcorn popper, so true. The van was in very poor shape and has a high step up with no step stool or anything to climb up to the seats on. Definitely not a good experience.

    On our way to our flight, we had to wait 25 minutes at the lot for the next shuttle to take us to another lot to park our car. Then, we missed our flight. On the return, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for ANY shuttle at ALL! It was ridiculous - we called 3 times, each time always being promised a swift pickup. Once the van arrived, it was barraged with 20+ angry people waiting. The driver was nice but unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. There is clearly no organization nor consideration for the busy holiday season. People were piled on top of one another (14+) in a dinky 10 passenger van. The field was dark and a FIELD! Glad it didn't rain or I'd be covered in mud.

    The parking at ex park and fly was easy to find but when I finally got to my parking spot without loosing a tire or something because of the field they had me park in. It was very windy and cool that day and there were about 8 parties waiting in the cold wind for a shuttle. When he showed we all were bounced around like popcorn in a bowl. Coming back I had to wait 25 min. To be picked up from airport. Van looked like it was falling apart and the driver dropped you off then took off for next drop leaving the people in the dark not knowing if their car would get out of lot because of all the sand.

    The ParkEZfly was not up to the condition and professionalism I'm used to. This year's rate was very low but the conditions and security was very poor. I've never experienced such poor management style and lack of professionalism as well as organization. I doubt I will fly with them again unless they are able to acquire different facilities (not have 3 different parking lots with little or no security as well as lighting) and better organization. I've enjoyed their company in the past. It has never been this bad!!!!
