    After arriving Wednesday morning on a flight from Boston which was suppose to arrive Tuesday afternoon, the last thing we needed to happen was a long wait for the shuttle. As usual, the shuttle was there for us in a matter of minutes. ParkEZfly continues to impress us with the excellent service.........

    Usually very happy. this time the parking person left my interior lights on and a window down. the card battery had to be charged and someone had rifled thru our CD's. Nothing taken I guess they do not like my choice in music.

    We scheduled a car wash and vacuum for our car, but when we returned, the car was vacuumed, but the car had been washed vey little, leaving streaks, and many dirty spots. We were not charged for the car wash.

    The driver was not exactly happy that he had to pick me up at 2:00 a.m. when my plane arrived. Very rude on the phone and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when I needed a ride. Later apologized he was sleeping but wasn't the nicest person on the phone. Other than that it was fine. The first attendant was very nice.

    This was the first time I used your services and it will be the last. When I called for pick-up, the attendant who answered the phone didn't tell me whereoto wait for the shuttle. I called a 2nd time and still wasn't told. I waited 15 minutes holding 2 very heavy bags, until I asked an airport worker where I needed to be, which was at the other end of the Airport. Lastly, I continue to receive spam from you.

    There was only one non defensive employee in the EZ Fly parking company. My day of flying began with being chastised by not one, but two employees there for not having a printed copy of the reservation. When I explained I had the confirmation number, I was told that I had been directed to print out the page. I told them the reservation had been made on my phone, I was then informed that didn't matter and that they used many websites and needed the printout. Another employee came up and said "I'm not going to argue with you about it telling you to print it out. I'll try to figure it out." I told them both that I felt that I had been spoken to rudely and neither apologized. When we returned last night at 11:00 PM the shuttle van was unmarked and our group was chastised by the driver because he said he had circled twice and called out for us. The only polite employee was the driver the morning of our departure. The lady at the checkout at night became polite after initially also being defensive. When I told her how rudely we had been treated, she became semi apologetic. I will NEVER use this lot again.

    Unless they get some covered parking spots I may not be able to leave my car there. It is an older car and water gets in the engine in heavy rain. I was unable to start it the last time I parked with you and had to have AAA come out to get it started (but your staff was incredibly nice during the process)
