    EXREMELY ANNOYED and UPSET! I have used PARK-EZ FLY for years, but we arrived very late at night (1:00AM), had everything picked up from baggage claim and waiting at P/U spot #1. I called the number listed on the ticket and the call was NOT answered after over 1 minute of ringing time. I repeated the attempt numerous times and still NEVER answered. Finally, and ONLY because I had an alternative 800 number in my contact list, I called it and that was answered. I asked why the listed number was not answered and got some lame excuse about the other guy must be doing something...(What? sleeping or who knows what...). My frustration was evident. I waited from that point over 10 more minutes...ALL other passengers from our flight were picked up by their respective vans from other parking companies...many of which had multiple runs made. The van (filthy) finally came RACING up and escorted me to the lot. Shawn was very polite and apologetic' citing he was working on van repairs, he's a friend of the family and that the other person must have been doing something, he also mentioned that it was a hectic night. NONSENSE!!! I told him I appreciate his apology, but I was upset. If it was busy earlier, not my problem, and certainly was NOT hectic at 1 AM. The lot was desolate and very poorly lit. MY CAR WAS NOT AT THE DOOR and there was ample time for the other person to have had it ready as it always had been...especially with the 2-way driving time the van had to pick me up at arrivals. I asked where my car was and he replied 'go inside'. There was no one inside. ( the attendant who should have been on duty and alert the entire time to answer calls and get the car ready was NOT in the office. About 2 minutes later, that 'mysteriously absent' attendant drove up with my car, and without apology of any kind, asked "How are you?" response, 'NOT GOOD'. Still no explanation or anything. I have another reservation already booked and the airport parking reservations admin fee already paid for, otherwise, I would cancel that, and future business. Total time elapsed from first call to departure from lot was just about 30 minutes...UNACCEPTABLE.

    The location was unkempt. There were old van seats sitting outside with ? Staff? sitting in them. The van was dirty and worn. The young man that drove us to and from the airport was prompt and helpful. It felt"unsavory". Don't think we will use them again.

    The vehicle that I used was my wife's car and got scratches. Maybe one of your employees was careless about parking the car and hit or bumped something. I was thinking if I could used your parking lot or not the next time. My wife complain about the scratches and was told to go back to you which we did and nothing has been done about it. My wife and I have to travel back and forth to you and spending gas, additional mileage for the car, tiredness from the trip and wasting time without positive result whatsoever. You should have not done to look at the car if you cannot do anything at all.

    I have used this location several times in the past. The entrance and the driveway needs repairs, as it isfull of pot holes. Also when I returned they left my car in the lot and had me walk to to it. two guys in the office did not seem to want to get off their seats. Pick up and drop off drivers were prompt and attentive, but van is in poor shape and needs replacement. Stepping in and out of van is difficult for a woman, as the step down from the van to the ground is about 20".

    Fast service. The vans are dirty and worn. Driver was great. There was a post in the office for water but there was none. After a 4 hour air trip water would have been welcomed. Actually other parking services just give you water if you want and you don't have to pay for it ($1.00) if there was water. I would take this service again.

    Very nice staff. Excellent shuttle time to and from the airport. Must have parked my truck in a mud hole. Truck wheel wells were caked with mud. Recommend spraying off the mud.
