There was a new attendant at the booth and charged me $28 instead of the $25 Pay at lot. Referred not knowing how to apply the coupon discount, perhaps I'm not the only one!

Charged for an extra day due to being into the 5th day 6 hours. Had a coupon for $1.00 off per day which they said was invalid on internet reservations. Also had printing a 10% off coupon on your website which they said wasn't vailid either although it said it was vailid with the internet reservation. I wasn't very happy with the repsonses on the discounting you provided on the web site when I made reservations. Other that that it was ok. Cindy Bruce

Everything went well. Easy to find lot, easy to self park; on my return I walked out of terminal and the bus was there with an attendant ready to take my luggage. We went right to my car where the driver put my luggage into my trunk and after an efficient paying process I was on my way.

I had a flat tire upon arrival back to my car. Liana (I believe that was her name) pointed it out to me and then proceeded to help me change it! She was very helpful and certainly friendly. Her customer service skills were wonderful and I will use your company in the future because of her.

Am a repeat user. Find the drivers much more helpful and curteous than airport parking staff. Also just as quick getting to the terminal than using perimeter parking at the airport. Will continue to use Bark & Park.

I was impressed with Park and Bark policies. I have never used a parking lot that gave you a card with your space number provided for you. Also upon being picked up at the airport the driver asked for the card and were taken directly to our vehicle

Find an empty parking spot upon entry and our shuttle bus will pick you up at your car. We will also handle your bags.
