This company seemed like it was a Ma and Pa operation. They did not have shuttles that at least had the name of the business on the side so you can recognize them. The drivers had no uniforms, so you couldn't tell them from anyone else. The one van they had broke down so they had to use the personal vehicle of an employee whichn was uncomfortable. It took us about 35 minutes to find them and they were the whole time. Because again their was no way of telling who they were. I would not recommend.

Would prefer a shorter wait for the shuttle - it was about 30 minutes in both directions. Otherwise all OK - friendly staff, car was waiting for us when we returned. I would use this company again.

The worst parking. Waited for pick up for 1 hour. Telephone does not answer or line is busy. They have only 1 passenger van and even this one is not equipped for luggage. Prepare to wait long time or take a taxi to their location.

Horrible. Shuttle wait time was almost 45 minutes. Its not worth

Do not use this service. Not worth any savings. Waited 20 minutes going to airport and 45 leaving airport. Car is gross and filthy. Bird stuff all over the car. No remorse from office when called about slow pickup.

The price was very reasonable, the drop-off and pickup were fast, and the staff was friendly.

I used this parking lot for my trip to Aruba on 5/3/14 to 5/7/14 & had no problems at all. It was easy to find & the staff was very friendly. The shutle was waiting for me when I arrived at 6a.m. to take us to the airport which was a 5 minute ride from the parking lot. When we returned home my car was waiting for us. I don't know why anyone would want to pay more money for parking when you get the best service here. I would & I am going to use this parking lot again on my upcoming trip to Florida in June. I recommend very much.

This parking lot was a great deal. They are close to the airport and cost much less than the long term lot. The pick-up and drop-off times were very reasonable consider the bad storm as we landed. The address provided was wrong, it should be approximately 151-21 N Conduit Ave Jamaica, NY 11434. If you call them they answer quickly and are very helpful.

If you've got an hour and a half to wait around for them to pick you up and you like a little old fashioned Queens-style disfunction with your airport trip, Park and Save could be the place for you. When we booked they were the cheapest lot at JFK so we gave them a try. I suppose you get what you pay for. The one thing I'll say for this place is the people are nice, brusque but secretly friendly in the gruff New York fashion and that makes me want to like them. And I do like them, but I'll never park there again. The place is jacked in a way that makes a good story: I always want there to be weird messed up places like this in the world just for the aesthetic charm of it- hopefully there's a customer base who will be up for the low-priced chaos of Park and Save and can keep them in business. Maybe they'll get it together as the business grows and it'll turn out to be a great place to park but at the moment it's ideal mostly for comedy. A) The lot was not at the address which prints our with your receipt, and it was not located at the address which Google finds when one searches "Park and Save JFK." The card they gave us when we finally found the lot and checked in lists the address as being: 151-57 North Conduit. I don't know if this address will actually bring you to the lot, I've never tested it but you can give it a try. B) Our ride to the airport for our departing flight was quick and I was pleasantly surprised. I overheard an attendant saying that a lady had just left in a cab to get to her flight because it was taking too long for the van to leave and she was worried about missing her flight. C) Upon our return to JFK, it took Park and Save 50 minutes to arrive to pick us up, and another 25 minutes of driving around JFK before they made it back to the lot. When I called for the pick up I didn't know the terminal number and said that I was on Jet Blue, at the terminal that has the big old empty TWA building, assuming that as a parking lot they be familiar with the terminals. The guy on the phone had no idea where that was and I had to go asking around to figure out the terminal number. The driver who arrived 50 minutes later had to circle back around to terminal 1 after picking us up, because there were supposedly passengers there waiting for a ride. After arriving there the driver called the passengers to learn that they had already gotten a ride with another of the company's vans, one that had apparently passed us by in the past hour. The drive then went around the loop again to terminal 3 to pick up a group of people so large that if there had been passengers back at terminal 1 we never would have all fit in the van. D) When we got back to the lot it was a scene of chaos. I went into the office to ask about our car being pulled out (they suggest that this will be done before you arrive) and noticed my key on the table and pointed it out. The guy working there said, "How do you know that's your key?," and then another guy said, "is that for the Subaru? We've been looking all over for that key." It was just laying there plainly on the table attached to a card with a number printed out that matched the one given to me when we flew out. One of the attendants set off the car alarm in an SUV that was being pulled out and there were like seven guys working in the lot running around with bags and cars half pulled out/half parked and I stopped feeling so upset about how long the pick up had taken and began to appreciate the situation for its absurdity. The lot is like one tiny sliver of asphalt with about 45 cars jammed into it. Watching them shuffle the cars around must be a sight. Good luck Park & Save! Stay real!

TERRIBLE service and advertised facilities are not as claimed. Inadequate staff..There was only 1 staff when I arrived at 5:30am (which is the time I placed my reservation for) in the morning and he had to multi-task as the shuttle driver, admin and valet staff. He took 40mins to finally get me to the airport terminal which I had missed my check-in time and had to be rebooked to a later flight. Attitude of the staff was not great either though granted he was probably under a lot of stress from customers who were trying to leave, check-in, or to be taken to the airport. My WORST experience was coming back from my trip to pick up my car 5days later. Firstly, the same driver took 45mins to pick us up. Secondly, he was not able to find my car keys in the shop nor my car in the fenced parking lot which was very concerning and insisted another car key was mine. We went for a wild goose hunt to look for my car in some remote residential area (not fenced area and dark...unlike advertised) 2+ miles away from the 'Park-and-Save' lot for the driver to finally find my car but realized he had the wrong keys. He drove us back to the shop again and had to call his boss (which I didn't understand why he didn't do that initially) to inform that he couldnt find the keys for my car model. Ended up the boss claimed that he had my car keys in his own car and we had to drive to his place (2+ miles away from Park-and-Save) to pick my car keys up and drive back to my car which was parked in a remote area. In the end, it took me 2+hours to finally collect my car from Park-and-Save. This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL...there is no good tracking system of the cars, nor did they park your car in a safe area. Not to mention that the boss will hoard your keys.... I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Great service! Front desk was friendly, and not too long of a wait for the shuttle.
