    I generally don't write reviews but had such a bad experience that I had to write a review. It is a SCAM. Do not use this lot. During drop off, they made us wait for 30 minutes to get the shuttle bus and dropped us in the airport 30 minutes after the shuttle came. So it took us a total of an hour to get to the airport and we almost missed our flight. When we came back to pick up the car, we called almost 10 times to the number that was provided and eventually the guy picked up. He was rude on the phone and told us that the driver of the shuttle bus is not available and he can't help us. He told us we have to take a cab and come. We ended up having to wait an hour for the cab and eventually reached the parking lot after paying the cab $20 extra.

    Waited one hour for pick up to parking location upon my return home from vacation. No one was available to pick me up to take me to my car. As a result we had to take a cab after being told I would be reimbursed. No reimbursement was made and the service was non existing. Be prepared to spend more money on a cab to the lot.

    I dropped off my vehicle and was at the airport within 15 min. Staff was very quick & friendly. They advised me to take a picture of our receipt in case we lost our ticket on vacation which I found to be a great idea. Upon our return we called to say that we were getting our luggage and when we got upstairs the shuttle was already there. They dropped us off and a staff member was standing next to our vehicle with the keys in his hand. No wait at all which is priceless after a very long flight. We I will definitely use them in the future!

    Unlike some other reviewers we had no problems with the shuttle or in finding the lot. Office staff were cordial and efficient. BUT when I picked up my car - the driver's seat was moved (understandable), the radio was set to a strange channel(questionable), the driver's info screen was on a different setting (no excuse for that), and THE CAR REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. Two days of driving with the windows open and using Febreeze and it still smells of cigarettes! No matter the price I would not park here again.

    My experience with Park & Save was very good. The delivery and pick up was flawless. I gave them a call before boarded the plane on the way back and my car was waiting for me right at spot. I am glad I have picked this parking.

    My experience with Park & Save was flawless. I parked there during the first three weeks of August 2014 and am surprised to see other negative reviews posted during that time. I was dropped off at the airport immediately after arriving at the lot, picked up on my way back very promptly. My car was ready for me to drive off the lot when I arrived back. Everything in the car was exactly as I left it except for the fact that the person parking it must have needed to adjust the seat for himself/herself (naturally!). The van that was used to pick and drop me to and from the airport was a big professional one with plenty of space for luggage. What more can one ask for? Since I had no complaints, I would not have bothered to write a review either, but I just happened to click on the bookmark in my browser and was amazed to see that some other people had such different experience.

    Very prompt airport pick up and drop off in a very large van with plenty of space for luggage. Friendly and helpful people. My car was waiting for me at the lot exactly as I had left it three weeks ago. Zero issues.

    Dropping the car off was easy, no issues except the guy checking me us in when we arrived wanted to get paid in advance and in cash (said cc machine wasn't working). Getting picked up was another story. We called when we arrived at JFK. The person who answered the phone didn't tell us where to wait or give us a description on the van that was going to pick us up. We called back after waiting 20 minutes. FINALLY they said the driver is there in a white van but there is NO NAME on it. When we got in, the driver said he called our phone 10x, and was rude about it. There were NO missed calls on our phone. After he picked us up, he stopped at 2 more terminals. What was supposed to be a 10 minute ride to the car turned out to be about 40 in total. Never again - I'd rather pay more daily than go through this again!!!!!!!!

    This was my second time using the Parking, first time it went very smoothly ......BUT this time I had to take a CAB from the airport to the parking because they never picked me up!!!!! The driver said he couldn't find me!!!

    The service was terrible! We were dropped off in a rattly old van when we left our car. Pick up from the airport was horrendous! Not only did we have to make multiple calls upon our arrival to have the office send the shuttle van for us, but we waited well over an hour and a half!! The office manager kept insisting that the driver was at the airport and implied that he had called us, when in fact, he never did! When the driver arrived, he gave us an attitude and despite being a family of 5, he went on to pick up a second family of 5! We ended up sitting on each other's lap, no apologies given! Don't waste your money, use a different company!

    The worst service ever, the guys were nasty. They were 1 hour and 1/2 late from picking me up after my flight arrived. The man who picked me up was yelling at me and I was scared. He was complaining that he was using his gas and that they don't pay him for picking me up. That he works for tips. My door on the passenger side was scratched. It is not worth the fee.

    Park&Save; is terrible! I do not recommend them to anyone! It seemed okay for the trip out, but coming back was a bad experience. The worst of it was the rickety SUV that we were picked up at the airport in. It did not fit our luggage (we were a party of 5, 2 adults and 3 children with only 3 checked bags and 2 carry ons) so the driver tied it down on the roof, which would have been accaeptable until one of the bags slid off and was hanging by the shoulder stap off the side of the SUV. It got worse when the driver did not stop to fix it, he just let it hang there driving down the road. He said it would be fine because it was not a heavy bag (the bag was 32 lbs according to the airport scale). He only felt this way because it was not his luggage hanging off. I will never use them again. The lot is extremely small and the cars are packed like sardines. When you get there the paperwork says that they may park your vehicle in lot 2, but no one could tell me where lot 2 was. I fear it was a side street in the city somewhere like another reviewer experienced.

    i used Park & Save at JFK Airport. It was the worst experience I've ever had! When I arrived, they had no van and had to use my car to take me to the airport. On the return, it took 1/2 hour to reach anyone and they didn't know when the van could pick me up. After waiting an hour, I had to take a cab to their location. Never again will I use this awfully run lot. You should be ashamed even listing their rates.

    Park n Save is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. When I returned from my vacation, I called the lot to inform them I had landed and a very unfriendly man picked up the phone and snapped at me about where I was located to get the shuttle to come pick my friend and me up. We waited approximately 30 minutes only to watch the shuttle drive right by us. After calling back and finally getting picked up, we got back to the lot to get my car. When my friend went to open the passenger side door, we discovered a HUGE dent and multiple scratches and other damages to the front of the car. The door was dented in as well. No one told me about this when I first arrived at the lot. I went inside to speak to the manager and they had no idea. Apparently the worker responsible for damaging my car didn't file a report. It was like pulling teeth with these people. I made them write a statement saying they were liable for all of the damages of my car and sign and date it. That was over a month ago. I just had to threaten to call the police and hand this case over to a lawyer because the Park N Save workers and OWNER have done nothing but ignore the problem and me. I am from Philadelphia, so I need to get my car fixed in a lot down here. All Park N Save had to do was send money to the garage I go to to fulfill one of the THREE quotes I got for the cost of the damages and that has proven to be too difficult. Do not park in this lot. They are cheap liars who do not take responsibility for their own damages. It's a sham of a business.

    This company seemed like it was a Ma and Pa operation. They did not have shuttles that at least had the name of the business on the side so you can recognize them. The drivers had no uniforms, so you couldn't tell them from anyone else. The one van they had broke down so they had to use the personal vehicle of an employee whichn was uncomfortable. It took us about 35 minutes to find them and they were the whole time. Because again their was no way of telling who they were. I would not recommend.

    Staff appeared to use my vehicle for personal entertainment. My seats were reclined and my Satellite radio station was changed to a station I don't listen to.
