    I had one problem with the service. When we arrived after our return flight and phoned the pickup number, we got terrible directions to the van! We called from the Alaska Airlines luggage area and were given odd directions about crossing the street, going to the left, and then crossing another street. Those directions weren't physically possible. When we called back, we got more instructions including something about a "blue cube". When we further described where we wre, namely a position on the island labeled "1 Taxi", the dispatcher said we must not be in San Jose airport! The Alaska luggage claim must be a very common place for customers to call from. The correct directions would have been simple: cross to the island and then walk to the right until you reach position 9, Off-airport shuttles. (Or whatever that label was.) It was frustrating to arrive at night and get no helpful directions. Aside from that problem, I found your service convenient and well-priced. Thank you for asking for feedback.

    Park and Jet worked great for my family's trip to Seattle. It's much closer to the airport than the old lot we used in the past, and a really great deal. The somewhat old van was waiting when we arrived and took us directly to the airport. When we returned, we called their number to tell them we arrived. Only waited about 5 minutes for the van to take us to our car. I'll use them again.

    The shuttle was slow to pick up, we waited for at least 10 minutes. The parking lot was in poor condition, but it was gated and manned. The attendant wasn't friendly and seemed more into Dancing with the Stars than tending to us. However, the girl in the booth who checked us out, was pleasant and quick with our transaction. Regardless, we will find another lot in the future.

    When I arrived, nobody was at the kiosk. The shuttle van pulled up behind me and honked, which I assumed meant I should get out of the way, so I went and parked. When I called the shuttle, he said he had honked but I took off so he left. I asked him if I was supposed to just jump out of my car and leave there and get in the shuttle? No response. The shuttle on the way home was very fast and the driver was great, but we both neglected to get my last bag out of the shuttle. When I came back the next day, again nobody was at the kiosk and after waiting a long time, I just went into the office and got the bag myself. Anybody could have walked in and taken it. I would not park in this lot again.

    We had a dead battery when we returned from our vacation........and the attendant was beyond helpful......he came over with his van and jumper cables and stayed with us until our car started.......he was friendly and saved the day.......after being on the plan all day he really saved our trip home.......and we thank him profusely........it was the parking lot on 4th street in San Jose........sorely did not get his name.......but he was our savior at the midnight hour!!

    When I arrived at the lot the attendant was very quick and the shuttle service was very prompt. However, when I returned the night attendant did not speak English so it was almost impossible to communicate. Also, he did not know how to work the credit card machine so I had to scramble to find exact change. In multiple locations around the lot, the fences were bent and the barbed wire was almost completely bent down-looked like from previous break in attempts. Fortunately, I have an older car so I don't think my car was at risk. However, the lot did not seem very well secured.

    I had 2 children with me; the ride there I was able to use the carseat that was in the back of the shuttle for my 1-year old. On the returning drive, there was no available carseat and it is not only against the law to drive in a car without proper child restraint but also very unsafe. Public busses aren't required but they are under different laws. Anyways, I wanted to bring this to your attention, as the shuttle has to get on the freeway to bring people to the airport.

    There was no attendant on duty when I arrived. There was no notice indicating what was happening and there was no answer at either of the phone numbers given. The only employee was doing both driving and attendant duties. She was aoverworked and rude.

    The rate is really great but hold on when you get onto the van. It seems like they have no shock absorbers...that probably accounts for the low rate. This shuttle seems to take the longest to reach the airport while you are waiting at the airport.

    We have young children and getting them into the shuttle right away both to and from the airport is key. They shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes (we have been used to waiting over 25 minutes!). We received courtesy calls 2 times from an attendant

    Took them 40 minutes to send the first shuttle. But it was full already! Total wait time was one hour!!!

    I tried to call from the airport but got no answer and the voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. I had valet parked and since they didn't know I was coming, I had to wait for my car in the rain.

    Pickup upon arrival was quick and hassle free. It was great only waiting for a few minutes (less than 15) to be picked up at the airport and having my car right there ready when we arrived back at the parking area.

    Had to wait about 15 minutes for ride to airport but we were able to wait in our car so that was nice since it was raining. Van waited for US when we got back! Very curtious drivers, very enjoyable part of our trip. Definitly will use this lot aga

    The directions made it seem as though the parking lot were adjacent to the Biltmore Hotel, but it was nearby. It was confusing, and cost some time trying to find the lot. Once there, though, the employees were very friendly and the shuttle to the air

    Getting to the airport was great. Getting picked back up took a lot of time. Seems like only 1 shutle was in use. Got back to the parkinglot an hour after my flight landed. That was difficult. May need to run more than 1 shuttle back and forth to pic

    Directions for going south on 101 from Mt. View should indicate that the split in the off ramp marked Montegue Expwy. is better than the fork to the San Tomas Exit..

    When we arrived at the lot, there was no one there. There was a note "be back in 10 minutes" at the entry station. They eventually came and we arrived to the airport in good time. No problem on return.

    The shuttle bus was a little dirty and the return shuttle driver was not that friendly. The shuttle driver who took me to the airport was friendly but had an odor to him.

    Going to the airport was fine. Coming back a bit less fine. They had a hard time finding my car, and had written down the wrong arrival date so had not washed the car as requested.

    Shuttle Dose not run every 15 min. as stated. Waited almost 30 min.to be picked up at airport at least 20 min after calling. Not very happy with this service.Could not understand attendant that checked me in.Need people that speaks halfway good Engli

    My first driver did not wear her seat belt. The second driver did wear his seat belt, but did not make sure his passengers did so. (two did not) I understand that some passengers might resent the reminder, but what if the vehicle was pulled over by

Pull into lot and see attendant for ticket. If you select Valet Parking, attendant will take car. Shuttles leave every 15 minutes.

Airport Transportation:

FREE transportation to and from the airport is provided 24 hours per day on shuttle buses to all terminals and gates.

Located close to San Jose Airport is Park and Jet, an off airport parking facility which offers a great alternative to the expense of on-airport parking. Park and Jet provide free transportation to and from San Jose airport 24 hours per day on modern shuttle buses to all terminals and gates at SJC. Car wash and oil change services are available for an additional charge, please inquire upon check in about these services. When you arrive at Park and Jet please pull into the lot and see a parking attendant for a ticket. If you select Valet Parking, the attendant will take your car. The shuttles leave every 15 minutes to San Jose Airport. On your return after retrieving your luggage, please go to the Shuttle bus stop located outside Baggage Claim. Shuttles run every 15 minutes.
