    I have used Park Air Express for years. The last two experiences were bad, one just slow and inconvenient, the last visit (which will be the last) was awful. We waited for 55 minutes before being picked up. This was late at night and their excuse was only one driver. After the 3rd call from airport curb, we find that the driver had actually gone to wrong airline and returned to station. Oh, they were so sorry. During our nearly hour wait(same hour of night) the Parking Spot bus passed by 6-7 times--we lost count! My daughter uses The Parking Spot. She got off same plane, got bus to her car and was home in LAWRENCE! KS only 20 minutes after we were picked up at airline curb. I will definitely be considering that service in future. Too bad, I always counted on Patk Air Express for good service when traveling. Seems that is no longer the case.

    Getting to the airport is quick & easy. But getting from the airport to the parking lot is a slow process. The last two trips, in March and April 2013, I got from the lot to my terminal in less than 10 minutes. Returning home, on both trips it took more than 30 minutes from when I called to say I had my luggage until arrival at the parking lot. Both times I called again after 15 minutes to remind them I was waiting. It didn't seem to help -- and since there was no acknowledgment of the long wait (let alone an apology), I'm guessing I should expect the service to be slow. It used to be faster, but in the last year that's changed for the worse.
